With the popularity of network information technology, the Internet has gradually infiltrated to people's life and even changed their lifestyles. People use Internet thinking to solve all the problems they encounter. Therefore, people's life is inseparable from the Internet. In the field of education, the "Internet" also plays its role. Universities and colleges continue to improve the teaching system and form a student-led teaching method, which is consistent with the Internet development speed. Taking the diversified teaching model as the starting point, we will deeply study the development path of the application-oriented teaching system under the "Internet +".

In recent years, with the rise of piano teaching, many people began to learn to play the piano. However, the expensive piano teaching cost and its unique teaching model that teachers and students are one to one have caused the shortage of piano education resources, and people learn piano playing has become a luxury activity. The use of computer multimedia software for piano teaching has become a feasible way to alleviate this contradiction. This paper proposes the design of an intelligent piano playing teaching system based on neural network, studies the realization method of the piano teaching system, presents a method of evaluating piano playing by using neural network model for the difficulties in computer piano teaching, that is, computer teaching is one-way knowledge transfer without interaction. In addition, this paper simulates the teacher to guide the students to carry on the playing practice, which is of great significance to the teaching of the piano.

In accordance with the progressive knowledge-to-ability transformation laws, a hierarchical learning model composed of cognitive layer, application layer, and design layer was created and applied to college computer teaching. This model was used to facilitate the deep learning among students through the association establishment, step-by-step understanding, and comprehensive application of new and old knowledge. In the teaching design process, the “5-problem” teaching, which centered on “student–problem–activity–resource,” was conducted and applied to the “Small Private Online Course (SPOC) + flipped classroom.” The teaching result was assessed using the proposed hierarchical classification method. Results demonstrate that the improved teaching model remarkably enhances the ability of noncomputer major students to solve the practical problems encountered in their specialties by virtue of computational thinking through the data analysis of evaluation results and students’ survey feedback. The students obviously speak more highly of the improved teaching model than the traditional blended teaching in the aspects of teaching content organization, learning effect, integration degree with the specialty and satisfaction. The degree of their participation in the flipped classroom reached as high as 90%.

The rapid development of technology and information ( IT) provides learners with a better learning environment with the help of a more advanced means. Nowadays, in China, web-based education is enjoying great popularity because of its undeniable advantages .With its support, the goal of the well-designed curricular can be better achieved and learners’ learning efficiency can be greatly promoted. This paper aims to explore the effect of a new fixed teaching model ( classroom instruction +web-based instruction ) on English majors’ translation competence. Results from the 16-week experiment and in-depth interviews with the participants show that this new model do exert great influences on learners’ learning strategies, which can boost learners’ translation competence as well as their self-directed learning .
