This research was conducted to analyze the magnitude of the effect of the partial and simultaneous implementation of the E-Procurement, Competence and Compensation System on the Goods / Services Procurement Employee Performance in Subang Regency. This research uses quantitative explanatory methods. The population and sample of the study are employees in the New / Service Procurement Unit in Subang Regency, so the total population is 31 people. Data collection methods used in this study are survey methods by distributing questionnaires. Where each respondent is given questions / statements as many as 32 items using a Likert scale. Data is processed using SPSS 22.0 version. Based on the results of data processing obtained results there is a positive and significant effect for the variable Application of E-Procurement, Competence and Compensation System partially and simultaneously to Employee Procurement of Goods / Services.

Abstract: Competition in the increasingly stringent era of globalization companies are required to be able to win business competition with a healthy. The success of a company is determined by the extent to which leaders create and produce good employee performance to achieve predetermined goals. Providing compensation is an activity to improve employee performance. Satisfaction with compensation given by the company can influence employees to work more enthusiastically to achieve company goals. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of giving compensation to employee performance in Dafam Hotel, Pekalongan City. The method used is a quantitative method using SPSS version 16.0 and data collection methods by observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires to employees of the Dafam Hotel in Pekalongan City with a total of 44 respondents using census techniques. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which has been tested using validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test can be concluded that there is a real effect between the provision of compensation on employee performance in the Dafam Hotel, Pekalongan City. Keywords: compensation, performance, employees and hotel

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, workload and work stress on employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch. The type of research used in this research is descriptive verification. The sample is 45 people, which is the entire population. Data collection methods used were interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by path analysis model with Smart PLS 2.0 program to determine the relationship between variables. The results showed that partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance, workload has a positive and significant effect on performance, work stress has a positive and significant effect on performance. For indirect influence, competence and influential workload positive and significant impact on employee performance through work stress at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Branch of Merauke.   Keywords: performance, work environment, workload, work stress

This study aims to see the relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction on employee performance in Majalengka Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, with survey methods and path analysis techniques. The sample in this study were employees in the Majalengka environment with a sample size of 80 employees. The data collection technique in this research is by using a questionnaire containing several lists of statements. The results showed that (1) employee performance was directly affected by empowerment. Increased empowerment would result in an increase in performance of 3.2%. (2) Increased job satisfaction will result in an increase in employee performance by 19%. (3) job satisfaction is directly affected by empowerment, increasing empowerment will result in an increase in satisfaction by 12%.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of direct and indirect compensation on employee performance simultaneously and partially. The population in this study was 92 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach. The object of this research is direct compensation and indirect compensation at PT. Surabaya Container Terminal. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study are that direct compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and indirect compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. To improve employee performance, companies can maintain and improve indirect compensation services, because indirect compensation has a dominant influence in influencing employee performance, such as improving employee welfare, paying attention to what employees need now, then the company can provide indirect compensation in return for employee services that have been provided to the company.

This research aims to see how much influence religiosity, perception, and motivation have on choosing Islamic banking. This research is quantitative research with data collection methods using survey methods and questionnaires. Samples were selected by non-probability sampling and convenience sampling. Questionnaires were distributed to 96 CIMB Niaga Syariah Medan customers, and 61 questionnaires were returned. Data analysis using multiple regression test using SPSS tool. The study results found simultaneously that religiosity, perception, and motivation influenced the decision to choose Islamic banking. Partially, motivation has a positive effect on the decision to choose Islamic banking. In contrast, religiosity has a negative value and does not affect the decision to choose Islamic banking and perception, does not affect the decision to choose Islamic banking.

<em>This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline, work environment, and organizational commitment partially or simultaneously on employee performance at the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital. This research was conducted on non-medical employees of the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital. There are 55 respondents who have been selected as samples using the Slovin formula. The method used is the survey method, while the type of research is classified as explanatory research. The method of data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination are assisted by IBM Version 24 Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results show: (1) Work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital; (2) The work environment has a partial effect on employee performance at the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital; (3) Organizational commitment has a partial effect on employee performance at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital; (4) Work discipline, work environment and organizational commitment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital.</em>

ABSTRACKThis study aims to determine how the influence of wages and incentives on performance at PT Perkebunan Milano. This study uses data collection methods by distributing questionnaires. The population and sample used in this study were 57 employees of PT Perkebunan Milano. Hypothesis testing in this study uses a validity test analysis tool, reliability test, the classic assumption test of multiple linear regression, (t test), (F test), and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence The results of this study indicate that partially (t test) wages and a positive and significant effect on employee performance. with a t count of 2,422. Incentives have a positive and significant effect on performance with t count of 6.114. Simultaneously wages and incentives together have a positive and significant effect on performance, with an F count of 22,458. Through testing the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.454 or 45.4% which shows that the performance is explained by wages and the remaining incentives of 54.6% are explained by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Wages, Incentives, Employee Performance

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis dan menginterpretasi, pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja aparat sipil negera (ASN) pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan melalui Employee Engagement. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode survey. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 ASN pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Data hasil penelitian akan dianalisis melalui alat uji statistik dengan menggunakan software AMOS 23. Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Lingkungan kerja secara langsung maupun tidak langsung tidak  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN Pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan melalui Employee Engagement  2) Kepemimpinan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN Pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan melalui Employee Engagement 3) Kompensasi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN Pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan melalui Employee Engagement. This study aims to examine, analyze and interpret, the effect of the work environment, leadership, and compensation on state civil apparatus (ASN) performance in the Dinas Sosial of the Province of South Sulawesi through Employee Engagement. This research is quantitative and uses survey methods. The sample in this study was 200 ASN at the Dinas Sosial of South Sulawesi Province. Data collection methods used questionnaires and literature study. The data will be analyzed through a statistical test tool using AMOS 23 software. The results of the study show that: 1) Work environment directly or indirectly has no significant effect on ASN performance in the Dinas Sosial of South Sulawesi Province through Employee Engagement; 2) Leadership directly and indirectly has a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN performance in the Dinas Sosial of South Sulawesi Province through Employee Engagement 3) Compensation directly or indirectly has a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN performance in the Dinas Sosial of South Sulawesi Province through Employee Engagement.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study was 276 employees of PT. KarangMas Unggul (KMU) Bekasi. The sample used was 73 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses proportional stratified random sampling. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions. This research proves that the effect of work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The increasing number of tourist visits made in Indonesia, of course, must be balanced with the increase in hotels in Indonesia. One of them is in Surabaya, in that city many hotels, from non-star to five-star, are built in the city. This study aims to determine whether workload and compensation affect employee loyalty at Hotel Tanjung Surabaya. The data collection technique used is saturated sampling, where samples are taken from the entire population. The sample used in the study was 30 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods, data collection methods use a few interviews and questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using software called Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study prove that compensation and workload have a significant positive effect on employee loyalty.
