This study aims to find out the influence of income levels, knowledge, taxpayer awareness and tax officer services on the compliance of paying land and building taxes. The population of this research includes the taxpayers of the land and buildings located in the city of East Jakarta, especially in Pasar Rebo District. Questionnaires obtained after being distributed to respondents amounted to 110. This research uses quantitative approach and uses structural model analysis (SEM). This research also uses hypothesis testing in the form of z test. The results shows that the level of knowledge has no effect on taxpayer compliance while the level of income, awareness and service of tax officers has a positive effect on taxpayer compliance.

<p><span>Abstract</span></p><p><span>This study aims to determine the effect of the level of income and satisfaction<br /><span>received scholarships to students of the psychological happiness Dual Mode<br /><span>System at the Islamic Institute of Pati in 2013, using a quantitative approach<br /><span>with three variables: the level of income, the satisfaction of receiving a scholarship and psychological happiness. The study population was all students of the <span>Dual Mode System totaling 117 students. Samples authors take 25% of polulasi, <span>as many as 30 students. Analysis of this study using multiple regression with <span>three steps: a preliminary analysis, hypothesis testing and analysis of further <span>analysis. Results of this study was no effect of income level (X1) with psychological happiness (Y) student Dual Mode System in STAI Starch 2013. Thus the <span>first hypothesis which says "There is a significant relationship between the <span>income level of students to students of the psychological happiness Dual Mode <span>system in sTAI Pati "is rejected. There is an effect of satisfaction received <span>scholarships (X2) with psychological happiness (Y) student Dual Mode System <span>in 2013. So STAI Pati second hypothesis ie "There is significant relationship <span>between satisfaction received scholarships to students of the psychological <span>happiness Dual Mode System in STAI Starch" accepted as true. The effect was <span>of 18.3%, and the remaining 81.7% is influenced by other variables that have <span>not been examined by the authors. No effect of income level (X1) and the <span>satisfaction of receiving a scholarship (X2) with psychological happiness (Y) <span>student Dual Mode System in 2013. The purpose of this study was to know the effect of Salak Pondok Prices, Medan Salak Prices and Income Levels on the Demand for Salak Pondok in the Fruit Market of Lhokseumawe City. This study used primary data sourced from 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression with the help of Eviews 10. The results of the study showed that Salak Pondok prices had a positive effect on demand, while the Salak Medan prices had a negative effect on demand, and the income levels had an effect positively on demand, but simultaneously, Salak Pondok prices and Salak Medan prices, and income level had a positive effect on the demand for Salak Pondok in the fruit market of Lhokseumawe City and the magnitude of the effect of Salak Pondok prices, Salak Medan Prices and income levels on demand (R2) was 0.5340 (53.40%).

This study aims to see the effect of tax knowledge to taxpayer compliance with risk preference as a moderating variable. The sample in this study are taxpayer in the city of Padang as much as 156 sample. The analysis was done by using moderating regression model analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) tax knowledge has positive effect on the taxpayer compliance. (2) risk preference are able to moderate the relationship between tax knowledge to tax compliance

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, work environment, and work stress on the performance of employees of private universities in the city of Bandung, Indonesia. This research uses a descriptive verification method which was conducted on 150 employees of private universities in the city of Bandung. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using correlation analysis, regression, determination and hypothesis testing (t-test). The results of hypothesis testing prove that workload has a negative effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, and work stress has a negative effect on employee performance.

Banks develop KUR (Kredit Usaha Rakyat) to improve the competitiveness of the people's small businesses which are expected to have an impact on increasing the income and standard of living of the people towards prosperity. This study aims to determine the effect of working capital and the provision of KUR credit to the level of UMKM income at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch of Bintaro. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 86 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study work capital have a significant effect on UMKM income levels of 20.3%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05. The granting of KUR credit has a significant effect on UMKM income levels of 21.7%, the hypothesis test is obtained at a significance of 0,000 <0.05. Working capital and KUR credit distribution simultaneously had a significant effect on the UMKM income level of 32.9%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0,000 <0.05.

This research aims to know the influence of student’s self-confidence against the ability of mathematical creative thinking of students. Methods used correlational with quantitative approach. Samples taken is as much as 30 students are subjected to an SMP in the city of Cimahi. The instruments used in this research consists of a test and non-test. The results of this research are the self-confidence of students have a positive effect on the ability of mathematical creative thinking of the students of 10.9% and 89.1% influenced by factors other than the self-confidence.

This study entitled "Effect Analysis of Financial Experience and Income Level Toward Family Financial Behavior In District East Purwokerto. This study took a sample of 85 heads of families living in six villages in the district of East Purwokerto. The results showed financial experience have a significant positive effect on the behavior of the family finances. While the variable income levels have no significant impact on the financial behavior of families in East Purwokerto.

This research tried to answer problems about the organizational comitment with increasing evidence of service employee. The research was conducted on organizational commitment involving of 98 outlet leader had been selected from a target Populations of 130 outlet leader by using the quantitative approach with path analysis methods. The research of hypothesis testing show: (1) organizational culture had a direct positive effect on organizational commitment; (2) personality had a direct positive effect on organizational commitment; (3) trust had a direct positive effect on organizational commitment; (4) organizational culture had a direct positive effect on trust: (5) cohevision team had a direct positive effect on trust: (6) personality had a direct positive effect on trust: (7) organizational culture had a direct positive effect on cohevision team (8) personality had a direct positive effect on cohevision team: Therefore to improve the organizational commitment of outlet leader in Bank Negara Indonesia, Regional Offices Senayan Jakarta.
