The purpose of this article is to assist and enrich the laboratory and teaching practice in technical and vocational education with preliminary information, examples and solved tasks. The advantages of electronic modeling, which is designed to facilitate the ever-expanding electronization of the learning process, are explained. The synthesis of combinatoric summers is a task related to the methodology of practical study of digital and logic circuits through a programmable logic controller. The schematic examples are intended for students, students, teachers - specialists and lecturers in all technical specialties of vocational high schools, colleges and universities. Examples are presented illustrating the advantages of electronic modeling in research and design, the possible application of software products for electronics in the automation of engineering work and in non-electrical subjects such as electrical engineering, electrical equipment, mechatronics and others. The programmable logic controller"LOGO" from Siemens is easily portable, simplified enough to study the programming with it and, moreover, the virtual simulation of the circuits can be monitored at every stage of their operation. The teaching practice shows that the combination of LOGO's PLC programming environment and the study of the synthesis of combinational aggregators in this environment gives the fastest and highest results in the learning process, especially in non-electronic specialties. The method can also be successfully applied in design practice. The Siemens LOGO module is highly functional and easy to operate. It runs and runs on Windows, Linux, MacOSX. Programs can be tested, recorded, printed and archived independently of the controller. LOGO on a modular principle is easily portable, needs fewer accessories and can be expanded as needed. Other advantages include simple installation and easy programming. The LOGO controller remembers the program permanently, it is not erased when the power is turned off. The program remains stored until it is deleted with the corresponding command. The program part can be used for computer simulations of synthesized circuits and without the physical presence of the controller.The best result compared to other simulators is obtained with the CEEMS controller due to its main advantages of visualizing the work environment. The simplicity of installation and uninstall, the poor computer requirements, the ability to monitor and record all the simulation variants and the individual windows are discussed in this material.

Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is a competency that must be mastered by third-level vocational school students in an electrical motor installation course. PLCs can be operated using programming languages such as sequence function charts, block diagrams, instruction lists, ladder diagrams, and others. This competency is important because it is often used in the industrial world. To create better and more effective conditions in the teaching and learning process, the development of teaching aids is needed to improve and enhance students' skills. This research, to design and development a useful teaching and learning tool teaching medium to help teachers teach concepts PLC-based electrical control systems, both theoretically and practically. The ADDIE model was used in developing the aids. The verification stage is carried out to ensure that the teaching aids that have been developed are suitable for use. In addition, this kit is relatively small with dimensions of 45x34x20 mm and is easy to move and can be used in various places. Confirmation involves lecturers and teachers who teach the field of electrical engineering. The results of the study found that the respondents strongly agreed that the PLC teaching aids was suitable for use in the learning process. Respondents also stated that using the tool because did not waste time and was easy to use. However, it is suggested that further research be conducted to identify the effectiveness of this teaching aid on students.

Sistem kontrol elektropneumatik telah banyak digunakan dalam menunjang pekerjaan di dunia industri,perkembangan teknologi ini harus segera direspons oleh dosen pada perguruan tinggi vokasi yang memiliki peran sebagai pencetak calon tenaga ahli siap kerjauntuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menguji kelayakan desain media pembelajaran sistem kontrol elektropneumatik berbasis <em>programmable logic controller</em>, (2) mendeskripsikan respons mahasiswa dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran sistem kontrol elektropneumatik berbasis <em>programmable logic controller</em> dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan <em>Research and Development</em> (R&amp;D) dengan melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu tahap analisis potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk, dan uji coba pemakaian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar validasi ahli yang diberikan oleh 3 orang ahli dan angket respons yang diperoleh dari mahasiswa. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) desain pembelajaran sistem kontrol elektropneumatik berbasis <em>programmable logic controller</em> mendapatkan nilai validasi yang diberikan oleh para ahli dengan rata-rata nilai 3,51 sehingga menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran dalam kategori baik dan layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran, (2) respons mahasiswa dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran sistem kontrol elektropneumatik berbasis <em>programmable logic controller </em>dalam kegiatan pembelajaran diperoleh nilai persentase 84,34%mahasiswa memberikan respons menarik, dengan demikian hasil respons mahasiswa termasuk dalam kategori baik.

The paper analyzes the factors that affect the amount of effort required to create a mobile application and its cost. It is established that the main factors of influence are the design of the application, its functionality, the type of mobile platform, the availability and level of testing and support, as well as the individual characteristics of the developer. Based on the analysis of information sources, the main methods and approaches to forecasting the cost of software products are identified, which include the COCOMO model, Price-to-win method, expert evaluation, algorithmic methods and the method of analogies. It is proposed to consider the method of analogies as a tool that allows you to make predictions about the cost of resources required for the successful implementation of IT projects based on the experience of similar projects. It is proved that the advantages of this method are the simplicity of its implementation and the clarity of the results obtained, which follows from the practical orientation of this tool. Among the limitations of the method of analogy is the mandatory need for reliable data relating to similar projects, as well as the difficulty of taking into account unspecified indicators. Taking into account the mentioned limitations of the method of analogies and on the basis of the analysis of scientific sources the possible directions of its optimization are determined. Thus, among the ways to improve the effectiveness of this method are those aimed at optimizing the project selection process, the data for which are used as a basis for forecasting. Attempts to improve the method of analogies by including parameters that were previously ignored by this technique seem promising. This in turn can lead to an expansion of the scope of the method of analogies and increase the accuracy of forecasts. As prospects for further research, the need to continue research in the field of optimization of the method of analogies with the subsequent practical verification of theoretical positions on the data of real projects.

Abstract. This journal discusses the development of variations in teaching in increasing learning motivation. The learning process is an activity that involves an individual (physical and spiritual), learning activities are never carried out without a strong motivation or motivation from within the individual or from outside the individual who participates in learning activities. Therefore, the learning process requires the development and use of variations in teaching to generate student motivation. Variations in teaching include variations in teaching styles, variations in media and materials, and variations in teaching and learning interactions. Motivation has a very important role in learning activities, there is no learning activity without motivation, therefore motivation has a strategic role in achieving the goals or results of learning.
