The basis of the modern student's training is the idea of individualization of his educational activities since the modern educational paradigm has designated the personality of the student and his needs as the most important link in this system. Higher educational institutions in search of effective ways of formation of competence of the future specialist using individualization of its activity use possibilities of innovative educational technologies. The purpose of the article: to consider the experience of implementation of educational technologies in the individualization of educational activities of students. The article presents an overview of the essence and importance of educational technologies used in the modern educational process, the features of their implementation and their role in the individualization of student activity. We considered the experience of implementation of educational technologies in the individualization of educational activities of students. Innovative technologies have a powerful potential in shaping the competence of future specialists. Individualization of training takes place in comfortable conditions for the teacher and the student. The teacher has the opportunity to constantly monitor the level of knowledge of the student and make timely adjustments, directing it in the right direction. When students perform tasks, the teacher carried out periodic consultations, where he covered for students the questions that appeared to them. The teacher conducted small surveys and tests, with the help of which the test of assimilation of the material was determined. The study presented in the article allowed to determine the impact of individualization of education on the level of student performance. Based on the data obtained in the course of our research, we can conclude that educational technologies provide ample opportunities for individualization of the learning process and contribute to the formation of professional competence of a specialist.

The article provides evidence that the educational system at its current state is not able to adequately perceive the intervention of informational computer technologies and utilize them, as well as clearly differentiate types and risks of the so-called computer addiction. So far, education hasn’t developed a clear view of the role these technologies play in educational process, it only notifies their ambiguity for teaching different subjects. It means that humanity is still in search of the new approaches, being under the pressure of the old paradigms in education. It is especially obvious in teachers’ training practice, equipment of educational institutions, and other factors. The authors believe that contemporary risks in education, connected with intervention of information technologies, can be managed through computer literacy of participants in the educational process, and it might become a sort of a counterbalance for computer addiction.

The results of a study conducted within the framework of an interactive approach to the task formation, which is an actual branch of computer methods in education, are presented. The author notes that the branch is currently not used for teaching information technologies practice in higher educational institutions due to the labor cost of forming, implementing and taking into account the impact of interactive tasks on the success of the educational process participants. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the introduction of relevant information technologies into the educational process, as well as approaches to the verification and formation of knowledge. It tested the main hypothesis: tasks aimed at interactive activity better help students in mastering the material, based on their own perception, than static tasks based on traditional approaches in the educational process with information technologies application. An intraindividual scheme of the experiment is used on the basis of traditional and interactive tasks, different types of tasks are presented to the same group of students. The sample for the participants of the experiment is recruited among the most capable students of the Information Technologies Faculty, bachelors, 2-4 year of experience according to the criterion of academic performance in the framework of specialized disciplines (28 people participated). The variables are empirically selected characteristics that reflect the useful qualities of the task in the context of the educational process. Methods of descriptive statistics are used to test hypotheses. It is noted that the results of the study make it possible to determine and formulate conditions that allow maximum use of the advantages of each of the studied types of tasks. The research confirms the demand for the development of teaching tools for students using interactive tasks, indicating the boundary conditions under which, according to the author, an interactive approach to the construction and implementation of tasks can demonstrate its effectiveness.

The article highlights the practice of using digital technologies in the educational process during the virus pandemic. The use of digital technologies in education is dictated by modernity and supported at the state level. Digitalization during the virus pandemic is a new social situation of "digital divide", "digital citizenship", "digital socialization". The most important changes in education during the pandemic are related to the transition to full digitalization of education. In this process, I fundamentally change the technology, structure of training and organization of the educational process. The use of new information and communication technologies is an initial condition for the further development of digital pedagogy. Organizationally, the active transition to digital education technologies is based on new educational standards, using a new competence approach. Universities began to effectively use a two-component information and educational environment, which combines the resources of international educational platforms with the content of their own developments, which contributes to the development of their own information technologies. Introduction of a modern digital educational base of the educational process-information and educational environment (IOS). The introduction of digital educational technologies in the higher education system will make changes in the qualification requirements for the teaching staff. Teachers began to use digital technologies to ensure their work. Changes in education related to the pandemic have led to profound changes in the labour market. This is a reason for further reorganization of the educational process. Electronic library systems of all universities of the world, as well as teaching materials of teachers, have become available to all students. Digital education is actually a product of recent years, although it existed before in various forms. Obviously, modern devices and means of transmitting infor-mation are necessary for its development. Modern “virtual lectures”, e-learning courses, online testing, educational resources portals, as well as digital school registers and educational process monitoring systems have become everyday real-ity. However, the digitalization of the educational system has both positive and negative side. The purpose of the article is to consider the impact of digital educa-tional technologies on learning, from a university teacher’s view point, and to consider their positive aspects and problems. The study was conducted at the I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University (Sechenov University) and University at the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of EurAsEC. The study in-volved 89 teachers who have teaching experience at the university (11.9% - 1-7 years, 28.1% - 8-10 years; 30.8% - 11-15 years; 29.2% - 16-25 years). The main results show that, respondents overly have a good opinion towards learning in virtual environments. The advantages of e-learning are complex for a particular measurement, but it has been found that some identifying variables as “age” shows statistically significant differences, while “gender” and “teaching experi-ence” are not important for evaluating the four provided variables. The study re-sults can be used to improve the perception of new educational technologies by teachers, to organize approaches for introducing innovative educational technolo-gies that expand the possibilities of progressive education on the part of admin-istrations of higher educational institutions and educational departments.

Evolving digital technologies are infiltrating schools wave after wave. The changes taking place are viewed as the schools’ digital renewal process (SDRP). The SDRP is complex (multidimensional). It includes changes in the educational environment (physical and virtual), the educational process, and the way the school operates. The SDRP goes uneven, with individual schools at different stages. One-time observation of the SDRP allows you to fix its current state (statics). The longitudinal observations allows you to see changes in the schools’ digital renewal (kinematics). The connection of the observed changes with the impact on the general education system makes it possible to discuss the development of digital renewal under the influence of individual control actions (dynamics). The stages of penetration of digital technologies into the work of the school: computerization, early and mature informatization, digital transformation (transition to the “Smart School”) can be considered as the stages of maturity of the SDRP. The article discusses a framework for describing the processes of digital renewal of schools in an evolving digital environment and an assessment of the SDRP’s maturity.
