п.). The article highlights modern features, forms and methods of monitoring students knowledge in the process of studying school subjects The psychological and pedagogical foundations of the application of test control are considered. In pedagogy, current, thematic and final control are distinguished for testing and evaluating students knowledge. The tasks of training, education and development are most solved in the course of the current audit. The current audit performs not only the monitoring function, but also the educational, developmental, educational and managerial one, while the thematic and final audit mainly carry out monitoring and control. Current control involves checking and assessing the quality of the assimilation of knowledge and skills in the process of studying the thematic block of a certain educational material. As a rule, control is carried out in the first half of the lesson to identify the level of assimilation of the previous material, or at the end of the lesson to determine the effectiveness of students during the lesson (in both cases, as an oral survey, working with a map, a test, performing cognitive tasks and etc.).

There is an active search for policies and methods to improve the quality of education in the vocational studies system, with all that it represents. Pedagogical work is a special type of highly skilled mental work that has a creative character and is characterized by a high degree of tension. The work of a teacher is a conscious and appropriate activity for the training, education and development of students and of society as a whole. The objective of the research is to discuss the development of creativity based on the innovative activity of teachers. It is concluded that the teacher has a main role as an agent in the formation of professional knowledge among students. The real problems of psychology and pedagogy in the modern education system are the definition of the professional requirements for the personality of a modern teacher and the psycho-diagnosis of the level of his professional qualities. However, these questions take on a political meaning because they concern the human development of a society and must therefore also be politically debated.

Asymmetry limitation requirements between left and right wing flap surfaces play an important role in the design of the implementation of the secondary flight control system of modern airplanes. In fact, especially in the case of sudden breaking of one of the torsion bars of the flap transmission line, the huge asymmetries that can rapidly develop could compromise the lateral-directional controllability of the whole aircraft (up to cause catastrophic occurrences). Therefore, in order to guarantee the aircraft safety (especially during take-off and landing flight phase in which the effects of asymmetries could generate uncontrollable aircraft attitudes), it is mandatory to timely detect and neutralize these asymmetries. The current monitoring techniques generally evaluate the differential angular position between left and right surfaces and, in most the events, limit the Flaps Control System (FCS) asymmetries, but in severe fault conditions (e.g. under very high aerodynamic loads), unacceptable asymmetries could be generated, compromising the controllability of the aircraft. To this purpose, in this paper the authors propose a new active monitoring and control technique capable of detecting the increasing angular error between the different flap surfaces and that, after stopping the whole actuation system, acts on the portion of the actuation line still connected to the PDU to minimize the FCS asymmetries.

Project aims to develop a system that allows to provide to the People with Special Needs (PSN) a relief to the level of the sensitive perception of discomfort, assuring greater independence, welfare, quality of life, prevention of illnesses/wounds, through the development of textile and polymers applications (cushions, mattresses and mattresses overlays) with functions of monitoring and control of pressure in the body's areas in contact with the support surfaces. In this group of PSN will be enclosed the people with serious motor limitations conditioning their mobility/deambulation, such as bed rest people, patients under effect of sedatives or anaesthesia during long surgeries (intra and post operative), patients and users in general of wheelchairs. These people have, for the most part of the cases, a commitment of sensitivity in the body's areas in contact with the support surfaces, or its motor capacity does not allow them to move regularly of position autonomously, as it would do a healthy person unconsciously. Then, insufficient sanguineous irrigation occurs as result of pressure exceeding too long the tissue capillary pressure depriving tissues of oxygen and essential nutrients, owing to ischemia and hypoxia, which then causes the pressure ulcers (PU) development.

The article considers the problem of determining and assessing the quality of the vulnerability validation mechanism of the information systems and networks. Based on the practical analysis of the vulnerability validation process and the analytical dependencies of the basic characteristics of the vulnerability validation quality obtained using the Bernstein polynomials, additional key indicators were identified and characterised, which make it possible to assert with high reliability about the positive progress or consequences of the vulnerability validation of the target corporate network. The intervals of these indicators were experimentally determined at which the vulnerability validation mechanism is of high quality. In addition, during the calculations, a single integral indicator was also derived to quantitatively assess the quality of the vulnerability validation mechanism of the corporate networks, and an experimental study was carried out, as well as the assessment of the quality of the automatic vulnerability validation mechanism of the db_autopwn plugin designed to automate the Metasploit framework vulnerability exploitation tool. As a result, it was proposed the methodology for analysing the quality of the vulnerability validation mechanism in the corporate networks, which allows one to quantify the quality of the validation mechanism under study, which in turn will allow real-time monitoring and control of the validation progress of the identified vulnerabilities. Also, in the study, the dependences of previously determined key performance indicators of the vulnerability validation mechanism on the rational cycle time were obtained, which makes it possible to build the membership functions for the fuzzy sets. The construction of these sets, in particular, allows making decisions with minimal risks for an active analysis of the security of corporate networks.

Project management is a sub-discipline of management. Using specialized knowledge, skills, tools, and methods in project activities enables the project to meet or exceed set requirements and desired processes under limited resource constraints. Project management is the overall monitoring and control of activities that are successful in achieving a range of goals. This includes planning, scheduling, and maintaining the progress of the activities that make up the project. A project is a one-time task that needs to be completed within a defined resource and within a limited time. Specifically, it can be a project, a service, a research topic, and an activity. Project management education reflects the characteristics of education and can better solve the problem of the quality of education personnel training and the needs of social talents. Project management education is an inevitable choice for reform.

To let the service system react quickly on customers’ perception or user experience while using the service, mapping functions between Quality of Experience (QoE) and Quality of Service (QoS) are strongly required in purpose of building up an intelligent QoE control system upon adjusting QoS parameters. This article studies the changing behavior of QoE with respect to changes of QoS parameters in the context of video streaming service in an IP Multimedia Subsystem-based IP Television network (IMS-based IPTV network). The article is, in fact, an extended version of the paper published by the same authors (Thu-Huong Truong, 2012). In (Thu-Huong Truong, 2012), the authors studied QoE in both terms of Mean Opinion Scores and VQM as functions of each single QoS parameter such as: loss, jitter, and delay. In this extended content, the correlation between QoE and multiple QoS parameters will be introduced. The QoE-QoS correlation could be a significant first step to build a smart QoE monitoring and control mechanism as an added value to promote the IMS-based IPTV network.

Trust and quality: two interdependent concepts A service is intangible, it is created and consumed in the here and now. Although it may be a challenging task to measure the quality of a service objectively, clearly some services are of good quality, while others are not. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) defines quality as "the degree to which a set of inherent characteristics fulfils requirements (or needs)." In other words, any service that meets users' expectations or needs will be of good quality. However, views will differ as to what constitutes good quality and how to achieve it. This article is based on a study of deaf people who use interpreters and of hearing Sign Language interpreters. The study examined the parties’ experiences of interaction in interpreting situations where the primary activity was interpretation from Norwegian Sign Language to spoken Norwegian. By considering situations from an interactional perspective, we have focused on how the parties create their social reality. We have also sought to pinpoint the influence of various factors on the experiences of deaf people and interpreters in interpreting situations; and have sought to identify what the parties believe characterizes an interpreting situation of good quality. We produced our data by establishing two focus groups, one consisting of deaf people and one consisting of hearing Sign Language interpreters. When analysing the resulting data, our focus was on identifying the thoughts and experiences that determined the behaviour of both the deaf person and the hearing interpreter. Based on the thoughts of both parties regarding actions and experiences, we applied analytical tools based on ethnomethodology and concepts of indexicality and reflexivity. Our aim has been to examine the context in which the actions and experiences were described, and to apply different perspectives to identify the nature of the interaction between the different analytical components. Taking an interactional perspective, the article examines the various challenges that may arise in an interpreting situation. Such challenges may relate to communication; differences between Norwegian Sign Language and spoken Norwegian; and to the interpreting process itself. These challenges affect the interaction between the deaf person and the interpreter, making it more difficult to achieve a good-quality interpreting situation. When communicating in an interpreting situation, the deaf person and the interpreter employ various control mechanisms when attempting to assess or improve the quality of the situation. Both deaf persons and interpreters mentioned attempting to exert control over the allocation of the interpreter/deaf person that they would be working with as a means of gaining visibility and control over the situation. Two factors that both parties believed could improve the quality of the interpreting situation and enhance their feelings of control were preparation and pre-discussion (a conversation between the deaf person and the interpreter that takes place in advance of a particular interpreting situation). In addition, during the interpreting session, both parties attempt to verify whether the interpreter has perceived an expression correctly. A central assumption in Goffman is that people attempt to control other people’s impressions of them through expressions we give and give off. In an interpreted conversation, however, it will be extremely difficult for a deaf person to verify what the interpreter is saying, and accordingly what impression he or she is making on the deaf person’s behalf. Since the interpreter often is the only party present who is familiar with both languages, this may cause tension between the deaf person and the interpreter. Sign Language interpreting situations require collaboration between hearing persons, deaf persons, and interpreters. Situations that require collaboration often involve a mix of mutual monitoring and control, and trust. Since trust is a relevant factor, establishing trust isimportant. The deaf people and the interpreters in the focus groups referred to the concept of trust in different ways, and this in itself may say something about how trust is established. Both parties agreed, however, that while trust may be present from the outset, trust could also be built up over time. The process of the parties getting to know each other plays a major role in the building up of mutual trust. While it is sometimes argued that trust arises more from the behaviour of professional practitioners than from their qualifications and the quality of the work they perform, there is evidence that, in interpreting situations, trust and quality are intertwined. The nature of the interrelation between trust and quality is experienced differently, however, by deaf persons and by interpreters. On the one hand, a deaf person will trust the interpreter if she or he is confident that the quality of the interpretation is satisfactory. On the other hand, interpreters have to feel that they are trusted in order to perform in a qualitatively satisfactory manner.
