This research was conducted to find out what factors can influence consumers satisfaction. In this study used two independent variables Waiting Time (X1), and Location (X2), while Customer Satisfaction (Y) as the dependent variable. After reviewing the literature and formulating hypotheses, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 97 consumers at Gemah Ripah Purwakarta Restaurant who had carried out the purchase using non probility sampling techniques. For analysis and elaboration of data using SPSS version 21. Then there are several tests performed in analyzing data, such as measuring instruments, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis found that the two independent variables have a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable. Waiting time variable has a positive effect of 0.488 with a significance level of 0,000. Location variables have a positive effect of 0.566 with a significance level of 0.000. Adjusted R Square of the three variables is 0.662 or 66.2% which means that the two variables are able to explain the variation in the dependent variable of 66.2 percent with 33.8 percent explained by other variables not used in this study.

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of selection and training on employee performance at PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari in the village of Peninjauan. The analytical method used is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Testing the significance of the influence of selection variables (X1) and training (X2) as independent variables and employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable carried out t test and F test. The results of testing the hypothesis on the effect of selection variables on employee performance that the t count is 3.560> from the t table 1.667 and the significance number is (sig) 0.001 <from the level of significance (α) 0.05 (5%), thus it can be known that selection has an influence on employee performance. The results of testing the hypothesis of the effect of training variables on employee performance that the t count is 2.089> from the t table 1.667 and the significance number is (sig) 0.004 <from the level of significance (α) 0.05 (5%), thus it can be known that training has an influence on employee performance. The results of testing the hypothesis of the selection and training variables on employee performance shows that the F value obtained F count 15.956 with a significance level of (0.000 <0.05), the value of F table of 3.11 means that F count (15.995) > F table (3.11) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that selection (X1) and training (X2) have a positive effect simultaneously or together on the work performance of employees of PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari in the village of Peninjauan. Adjusted R square generated is 0.265. So it can be concluded that the percentage of the effect of selection and training on employee performance at PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari amounted to 26.5% and the remaining 73.5% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

(2)) Commitment has positive (8,218)> (1,984) and significant (0,000) <(0,05) effect on loyalty. (3) Tangibles has negative (-2,430)> (1,984) and significant (0,017) <(0,05) effect on loyalty. (4) Reliability negatively (-1.570) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 120> 0.05 to loyalty. (5) Responsiveness has positive effect (5,922)> t table (1,984) and significant (0,000) <(0,05) to loyalty. (6) Warranty has positive effect (1,199) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 234> 0,05 to loyalty. (7) Empathy has positive effect (186) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 853> 0,05 to loyalty. From the value of Adjusted R Squere simultaneously produced 566. It means that 56.6% of loyalty variables are influenced by independent variables and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by othervariables.

The sample of this study uses income from restaurants in The Capital Hotel and Resort and promotional costs for the period 2019. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination, F test and t test. The results showed that the results of the coefficient determination were 0.990, it could be said that the five independent variables contributed 99% to the income value, the F test results showed F count> F table (113.135> 3.97), which means that the five independent variables simultaneously had a positive effect and significant to the dependent variable. The t test results show t count (17,779)> t table (2,447) and its effect on the dependent variable (0,000 <0.005), stating that advertising (X1) is the variable that has the most dominant influence on income.

In this study aims analyze the effect of financial ratios on the performance of cigarette companies listed on the IDX. The factors tested in this study are the effect of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and activity ratios as independent variables while the company's profitability as the dependent variable. The sample in this study were all populations consisting of four companies and the data used are secondary data. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis at a significance level of 5%, with the regression equation Y = 0.180 + 0.006X1 - 0.014X2 + 0.090X3. In this study the influence of pritability is activity while liquidity and solvency do not affect profitability. And simultaneously obtained Fcount 5.381 is greater than Ftable 2.89 with a significance of 0.004 smaller than the significance value of α = 0.05, this shows that simultaneously Liquidity, Solvability and Activity are factors that influence profitability. Keywords : Profitability, Liquidity, Solvability, Activity

This study is to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, work environment and workload on employee performance at PT. Benua Penta Global Medan. The research approach here is based on a quantitative approach. Sampling techniques are generally carried out randomly. The population used is employees as many as 137 people and the sample of this study amounted to 102 people obtained from the slovin formula. This research model uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation and workload partially had a significant effect on employee performance and work environment partially had no significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, motivation, work environment and workload have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination seen from the adjusted R square is 0.283 which means that it implies that the effect of motivation, work environment and workload on employee performance is 28.3% and the remaining 71.7% is the influence of other independent variables not examined in this study such as competence, work stress, etc. Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, Workload, Employee Performance.
