Cloud computing is internet-based computing in which users can share information technology resources in a secure and efficient system [1]. South African organisations by adopting and using technology such as cloud computing can leverage on its ability to offer a flexible resource that is scalable to the needs of an organization, which are accessible from anywhere at any time. The main goal of this study was to conceptualise a strategic cloud computing framework in the context of South African information technology professions. This study used stakeholder theory, contingency theory, and technology-organization-environment theory as research lenses. The study used interpretivism research philosophy. The primary data was collected using semi-structured interviews from 21 individual IT professionals. The key findings are that IT professionals recognized the importance and benefits of cloud computing. In addition, stakeholders have an influence on cloud computing use and adoption. The IT strategy needs to be aligned with the business strategy for cloud computing to be smoothly adopted and use in an organisation. The study concluded that there is a need for a strategic cloud computing framework that would help to strategically adopt and use cloud computing in a uniformed and coordinated manner in South African organisations.

Framework yang dianalisa yaitu Software as a Service (SaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), dan Platform as as Service (PaaS).

Information technology is increasingly developing and has a positive impact on the world of education. The implementation of student counseling with a Knowledge Management System is one of the contributions of information technology in the world of education. Many benefits provided by the Student Counseling Knowledge Management System, in managing the knowledge needed by the counselor section to document student consultations. The development and implementation of a KMS counseling system costs more to employ professional staff to maintain and improve; KMS student counseling application; For this reason, it is necessary to design a Cloud Computing-based Student Counseling Knowledge Management System. The research method carried out in the first stage is to collect data and information about Knowledge Management and Student Counseling, and how to use it to create a Knowledge Management System Application, Student Counseling Based on cloud computing. Furthermore, conducting a literature study and literature review, system design is in the form of data architecture compounding, process design, network design, and user interface design. The design results of this system can facilitate educational institutions in conducting online cloud computing-based student counseling

Data Technology industry has been utilizing the customary social databases for around 40 years. Be that as it may, in the latest years, there was a generous transformation in the IT business as far as business applications. Remain solitary applications have been supplanted with electronic applications, conferred servers with different proper servers and committed stockpiling with framework stockpiling. Lower expense, adaptability, the model of pay-as-you-go are the fundamental reasons, which caused the conveyed processing are transformed into reality. This is a standout amongst the hugest upsets in Information Technology, after the development of the Internet. Cloud databases, Big Table, Sherpa, and SimpleDB are getting the opportunity to be more natural to groups. They featured the hindrances of current social databases as far as convenience, adaptability, and provisioning. Cloud databases are basically utilized for data raised applications, for example, stockpiling and mining of gigantic information or business information. These applications are adaptable and multipurpose in nature. Various esteem based data organization applications, such as managing an account, online reservation, e-exchange and stock organization, and so on are delivered. Databases with the help of these sorts of uses need to incorporate four essential highlights: Atomicity, Consistency, Isolation, and Durability (ACID), in spite of the fact that utilizing these databases isn't basic for utilizing as a part of the cloud. The objective of this paper is to discover the points of interest and disservices of databases generally utilized in cloud frameworks and to survey the difficulties in creating cloud databases

Cloud computing is the buzz word in today’s Information Technology. It can be used in various fields like banking, health care and education. Some of its major advantages that is pay-per-use and scaling, can be profitably implemented in development of Enterprise Resource Planning or ERP. There are various challenges in implementing an ERP on the cloud. In this paper, we discuss some of them like ERP software architecture by considering a case study of a manufacturing company.

A development and evaluation the Cloud Computing (ClComp) of Ministry of Electricity and Energy of Egypt (MEEE) is presented in this paper. In order to be able to judge whether the ClComp of MEEE is competence, there is a need to develop criteria which performance can judged. Competency based standards and the ability to perform the activities within an occupation to the standard expected in the organization structure are presented. The key objective of Cloud Computing is to integrate Authorized Groups (AuthGs) development with the needs of the organization structures of MEEE. The ClComp of MEEE was developed jointly between the telecommunication information technology and ClComp services. Evaluation enables participant to distinguish between AuthGs centered view and a customer centered view of cloud computing of MEEE is competence evaluation. Recognize the main types of evaluation, explain the purpose of evaluation compare the approaches to cloud computing evaluation and review the relationship between the process and policy of evaluation are investigated. Microprocessor architecture presented an optimistic view of multicore scalability to develop the ClComp. Moreover this paper investigates the theoretical analysis of multiprocessor developing and scalability. The analysis was based on the laws of Amdahl's, Gustafson's, Hill's and Marty for fixed-workload condition. Moreover, challenged the difficulties to develop better cloud computing is taken into account. Also, multicore analysis of ClComp scalability, performance and power under fixed-time and memory-bound conditions are studied. These results complement existing studies and demonstrate that ClComp architectures are capable of extensive scalability and developing.
