Philosophy is a search for a general understanding of values and reality by chiefly speculative rather than observational means. It signifies a natural and necessary urge in human beings to know themselves and the world in which they live and move and have their being. Hindu philosophy is intensely spiritual and has always emphasized the need for practical realization of Truth. Philosophy is a comprehensive system of ideas about human nature and the nature of the reality we live in. It is a guide for living, because the issues it addresses are basic and pervasive, determining the course we take in life and how we treat other people. Hence we can say that all the aspects of human life are influenced and governed by the philosophical consideration. As a field of study philosophy is one of the oldest disciplines. It is considered as a mother of all the sciences. In fact it is at the root of all knowledge. Education has also drawn its material from different philosophical bases. Education, like philosophy is also closely related to human life. Therefore, being an important life activity education is also greatly influenced by philosophy. Various fields of philosophy like the political philosophy, social philosophy and economic philosophy have great influence on the various aspects of education like educational procedures, processes, policies, planning and its implementation, from both the theoretical and practical aspects. In order to understand the concept of Philosophy of education it is necessary to first understand the meaning of the two terms; Philosophy and Education.

Изоляционные эксперименты, предоставляющие возможность изучения действия факторов космического полета на организм и отработки технологий для использования на борту космических кораблей, космических и напланетных станций, также являются платформой для эффективной международной кооперации. Координация усилий приводит к взаимообогащению сторон (знания, опыт, технические, финансовые и методические возможности сторон) и дает возможность повысить эффективность проводимых исследований. Такое сотрудничество позволит обеспечить жизнедеятельность человека в дальних космических полетах и сделать возможной широкую коммерциализацию космических технологий. Isolation experiments providing an opportunity to study the effects of space flight factors on human body and to develop technologies for use on board spacecraft, space and planetary stations serve also as a platform for international cooperation. Coordination of efforts leads to mutual enrichment (knowledge, experience, technical, financial and methodological capabilities of parties) and increase the effectiveness of research. Such cooperation will ensure the human life being in long-distance space flights and widespread commercialization of space technology.

NASA is preparing to undertake science-driven exploration missions. The NASA Exploration Team’s vision is a cascade of stepping stones. The stepping-stone will build the technical capabilities needed for each step with multi-use technologies and capabilities. An Agency-wide technology investment and development program is necessary to implement the vision. The NASA Exploration Team has identified a number of areas where significant advances are needed to overcome all engineering and medical barriers to the expansion of human space exploration beyond low-Earth orbit. Closed-loop life support systems and advanced propulsion and power technologies are among the areas requiring significant advances from the current state-of-the-art. Studies conducted by the National Academy of Science’s National Research Council and Workshops organized by NASA have shown that multiphase flow and phase change play a crucial role in many of these advanced technology concepts. Lack of understanding of multiphase flow, phase change, and interfacial phenomena in the microgravity environment has been a major hurdle. An understanding of multiphase flow and phase change in microgravity is, therefore, critical to advancing many technologies needed. Recognizing this, the Office of Biological and Physical Research (OBPR) has initiated a strategic research thrust to augment the ongoing fundamental research in fluid physics and transport phenomena discipline with research especially aimed at understanding key multiphase flow related issues in propulsion, power, thermal control, and closed-loop advanced life support systems. A plan for integrated theoretical and experimental research that has the highest probability of providing data, predictive tools, and models needed by the systems developers to incorporate highly promising multiphase-based technologies is currently in preparation. This plan is being developed with inputs from scientific community, NASA mission planners and industry personnel. The fundamental research in multiphase flow and phase change in microgravity is aimed at developing better mechanistic understanding of pool boiling and ascertaining the effects of gravity on heat transfer and the critical heat flux. Space flight experiments conducted in space have shown that nucleate pool boiling can be sustained under certain conditions in the microgravity environment. New space flight experiments are being developed to provide more quantitative information on pool boiling in microgravity. Ground-based investigations are also being conducted to develop mechanistic models for flow and pool boiling. An overview of the research plan and roadmap for the strategic research in multiphase flow and phase change as well as research findings from the ongoing program will be presented.

The criteria for assessing the actual comfort of human habitation in the system "man-technology-environment" (MTE) and important components of integrated security in the society are numerical quantitative estimates of a particular person organism functioning characteristics in a specific environment of his specific production activity and / or vital activity using a specific technique. To assess the level of actual habitat comfort, it is necessary to develop composite models that provide the ability to diagnose, evaluate and correct the current numerical values of characteristics for human, engineering and habitat. The use invariant and specific characteristics, depending on the variety of the system under study and changes in the values of its other component characteristics, methods and tools for numerical evaluation of comfort is of great importance as well as to distinguish the level of comfort of living (in human life) or the functional state of the operator (in labor activity). The article examines an example of the survey and monitoring of the human habitation comfort in a construction site stationary environment.
