This study aims to find out the supervision carried out by the Sharia Supervisory Board, and try to analyze the role and function of the Sharia Supervisory Board in supervising shari'ah financial institutions, especially for ASKOWANU Jepara. This research is descriptive qualitative research, where data collection is carried out from various sources in the form of books, magazines, newspapers and documents related to the supervision of sharia financial institutions.
The results of this study illustrate that basically the supervision of sharia financial institutions has two systems, namely supervision of aspects: (i) financial conditions, compliance with the provisions of financial institutions in general and prudential principles, and (ii) compliance with sharia principles in the operational activities of institutions Islamic finance. In this regard, the structure of supervision of sharia financial institutions is more multilayer in nature, which would ideally consist of a system of internal supervision carried out by Sharia Supervisory Board, which is more in-depth and carried out so that there are mechanisms and control systems for the interests of management and external supervision systems. by DSN which basically to meet the interests of customers and public interests in general.

To improve the living environment in Japanese cities, both combined type and separate type sewer systems are being provided to cope with rainwater and sewerage. However, during heavy rain, overflows are causing pollution of the rivers or lakes at the discharge destinations. In response to this problem, river management authorities in Japan have been studying the discharge load on combined sewer systems during rainfall and have established a simulation method to enable its prediction. As a result, the control of discharge loads by means of detention ponds has been effectively carried out in various cities in Japan. In addition, in recent years the separate system, that was thought to result in relatively good water quality, has been found to cause adverse effects as a non-point source of pollution in lakes and rivers at discharge destinations. For this reason, simulation models are being developed for the case of separate systems for several cities to accurately determine the discharge loads during rainfall. In this paper, as well as describing the discharge loads and control during rainfall for combined sewer systems in Japan, a report is given of the results of new research in regard to the discharge loads occurring in the case of separate sewer systems.

The complexity of decision making in software process development and the need for highly competitive organizations require new supporting tools to coordinate and optimize the information flow among decision levels. Decision levels are related to strategic planning, tactical process management, and operational activities development and control. This chapter presents the theory for developing a framework that integrates the different decision levels in software development companies in order to reach their business objectives. Furthermore, the proposed framework coordinates the information exchange among the different modeling paradigms/conventions currently used.

The article presents the author’s solutions for automating the diagnosis of cattle diseases, discusses approaches to managing the planning and implementation of veterinary measures implemented in the computer programs “CORALL – Diagnosis of cattle diseases” and “CORALL – Cattle farm: Herd management”, estimates the economic efficiency of the introduction and use of automated systems. The development of specialized information systems for livestock enterprises was carried out by two developers – B.V. Lukyanov and P.B. Lukyanov (the author of the article). The presence of personal computers on farms makes it possible to transfer into specialized computer programs a significant part of the routine work on planning, accounting and control of veterinary measures, and when diagnosing animal diseases, computers make it possible to actively use automated diagnostic expert systems. The introduction of modern information technologies into the practice of the zootechnician and veterinarian significantly increases the accuracy and validity of measures to protect animals and prevent diseases, and also allows to achieve more effective management of operational activities with herd animals. The use of the expert system «CORALL – Diagnosis of cattle diseases» is disclosed. This system is focused on two types of users: an Expert who fills in the knowledge base, and a User who uses the system for diagnosing diseases and obtaining certificates. When considering the software package «CORALL – Cattle farm: Herd management», the main attention is paid to the functions of planning, control and registration of veterinary measures both for an individual animal and for a planned group. Practical recommendations are given on the use of CORALL software systems when using them at livestock enterprises.
