The purpose of this study is to uncover employers’ assessment of possessed generic green skills for green jobs of electrical installation and maintenance work graduates of technical college in Nigeria. The study used 120 out of 140 employers of technical College Graduates in Adamawa State. The instrument used for the data collection was a questionnaire. Mean and standard deviation were used to analyze research data. The hypothesis was tested at 0.05 level of significance. The findings reveal that, in the rewinding of electrical machines modules of electrical installation and maintenance work, technical college graduates have adequate skills to work in the industry except in few areas like: conduct of preventive maintenance and testing faults in electrical filing machines’ winding, the ability to locate faults in electrical filing machines’ winding, carrying out insulation resistance test, interpreting drawings of electrical equipment where they showed averagely adequate and slightly adequate skills. Similarly, from the data obtained and analyzed, the result indicates that the graduates have adequate skills in industrial installation except in few areas like: Ability to handle power transmission equipment and components, maintain simple power tools, to test simple power tools, to interpret drawings of electrical equipment, to read symbols. Therefore, the researchers concluded that technical college graduates have adequate technical skills for green jobs and to work in the industries.

Winding temperature rise is inevitable for electrical equipment. There is no harm when device is working properly. However, winding temperature rise will be abnormal when equipment failure exists, this will affect the normal operation of equipment even cause electrical accidents. According to the principle of winding temperature rise, we designed an experiment in which the winding temperature rise is real-time monitoring by the thermal infrared imager. Then we get the data and analysis them,after all we simulated the procedure of monitoring and troubleshooting by infrared technology for equipment in electrical system.

Electricity has a very vital role in everyday life, therefore the electricity network must be properly maintained and protected, otherwise, not only disrupt the need for electricity  but it can also endanger human safety. One type of electrical hazard that often arises is fire that caused by the electrical equipment used was not under the PUIL Standard (General Requirements for Electrical Installation in Indonesia) and COE (Certificate of Operation Eligibility). Beside carelessly installation that not comply with regulations that often cause electrical short circuit.. The purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge about the safe and correct household electrical installations to residence of Tegalpanjang especially school student so they can also provide information to other community members about dangers and utilization of electricity as well as correct electrical installation. The result of this service activity is the participants has knowledge upgrading and understanding about the dangers and use of electrical installations to avoid fires caused by electrical short circuits.

Problems found in related to electrical installations in buildings/houses are not arranged perfectly or the installation is not following to the procedure because there have been improvements to the electrical installations of the building or house beforehand. Electrical installations that will be installed should also consider the concept of savings and costs Installation and addition of electrical installations with equipment that is not based on knowledge of electrical installations can be dangerous if not carried out by save maintenance and security of existing electrical equipment. Based on the situation analysis of MSME traditional tempe producers that have a separator machine using an electric motor, there is a need for a good and correct electrical installation to prevent the user avoid from electrical shock that could be potentially dangerous, because the separator from the soybean skin is a direct contact with water. The method of implementation in community service activities at Tempe producers MSMEs include; Field Observation, Tool Design, Tool Assembly, Tool Testing, Tool Installation, Electricity Installation, Electricity and Operation Training, and MONEV. The results of a series of community service activities that have been carried out are being able to increase the knowledge of all who are on the business purposes to understand how electricity and good installation are save from an unwanted thing about electricity.

Electricity is a very vital needs for the life of the community it is today. Electricity became the primary needsof the relatively inexpensive price because in addition is also very helpful in everyday life. In addition toelectricity has huge advantages, electricity also has a hazard that can lead to accidents such as fire, electricalcurrent was stung and damage electrical equipment. Bali is an island of the gods and the visit of a veryfamous Tourism both locally and internationally. The beauty of Bali we must keep together in order to lookmore natural. Lighting is one of the effects of the sun rays create the beauty of being a more natural look. Theplacement of the lights as the lighting to create a natural atmosphere, usually placed on top of or below,because the light on the object is not interrupted. Because of the Permasalahn above, then the electricalinstallation has also become very influential for aesthetics, so the installation is generally ditanan in theground. The main constraint in the system in the ground is a way to install and secure the conductor. Of these problems this devotion will provide information about the security system wiring installation. Electricalhazards can be eliminated by following all electrical installation requirements. Danger of electric shock andfires can be corrected with electrical installation safety contained in the 2011 electrical installation Generalrequirements (Amendment 2011serta year 2014 PUIL, who hinted to secure the environment in this securinghuman safety, mandatory use of electrical installation in accordance with the National Standard safetyIndonesia (SNI). In this devotion will be given explanations and Training Security System Installation Cableplant in the village of Payangan Gianyar-Melinggih Sub-district, which provide devotion often occur becauseof electrical interference system wiring and equipment who do not meet the requirements of the electricalinstallation.

<p class="Keywords">Design of electrical system in the Faculty of Economics and Management Bogor Agricultural Institute was based guidance consisting of PUIL, SNI, as well as provisions of modern security and technology and aesthetic beauty. Design is also based on the relevant IEC standards, specifically IEC 60364. In the electrical system, it is necessary to pay attention to the conductor and safety factor to minimize power losses and drop voltage. Losses on the customer side due to drop voltage besides damaging electrical equipment is customers only can have a voltage less than 220 V. The distance between load panel and main panel is directly proportional to the drop voltage value, much farther the load panel to the main panel, resulting greater drop voltage value produced. The calculation of drop voltage based on total load, length, and area of conductor. To overcome the problems that occurred in this case study, the conductor uses 1.25 times the nominal current as a safety factor. The selection area of conductor can be said to be quite good with the farthest drop voltage value from SDP-TR is 0.89%. The total amount of electricity in the building is 158.33 kVA, assuming that if there is an additional 5-10 years, the total electric power and 15% of the others SDP is 182.04 kVA.</p>
