Objective: To identify the factors responsible for noncompliance of Anti Tuberculous Treatment in TB patients. StudyDesign: Cross Sectional Descriptive Study. Place & Duration: The study was Carried out at Chest diseases and Tuberculosis unit BahawalVictoria Hospital Bahawalpur from 15th May 2007 to 15th August 2007. Subject & Method: The tuberculous patients who abandoned antituberculoustreatment repeatedly were interviewed for determination of their reasons to be defaulter before completing therapy byquestionnaire method. The patients were AFB positive on every non-compliance episodes. Results: The total number of 100 noncompliantpatients were interviewed. It was noted that 63% were males and 37% were females among them. There were 72% married and 28%unmarried from total patients. The treatment source was asked and found that 92% used government health out let only and 8% used privateservices also from them. Conclusion: TB is curable disease so health education should be imparted through electronic media andcommitted field teams stressing to take regular and complete ATT according to the physician advice removing the social belief against TBdrugs. Decentralized government and private sector coordination is essential to give treatment at doorstep to reduce dropout and defaultertendency. Stigma of TB as a disease of the illiterate & poor still persists.

E-Commerce is an affiliation of E-bisnis in electronic media era, which is fifth industry revolution era (digital era). It is shown by many companies using internet as the most effective means to advertise and promote products produced competing either nationally or globally. Indonesia is one of potential market in Asia even in the world with the fifth largest population in the world in 2017, which the population are more than 263 million people; while the internet users up to 30 June 2017 in Indonesia are more than 132 million people. Of 200 respondents, which the mean of age was 18-24 years old. The respondents consisted of 110 male and 90 female, thus the average gender in Solo was male. The result of analysis showed that Trust was positively and significantly influence Purchase intention, Website Quality was positively significantly influence the Purchase intention, and Percived Risk was positively and significantly influence the Purchase intention, so that each improvement of Percived Risk score would improve Purchase intention.

This research is motivated by the development of technology playing an important role in the establishment of companies in various regions in the territory of the archipelago, namely the Republic of Indonesia, one of which is a Limited Liability Company. This study aims to determine the arrangement of electronic signatures in the General Meeting of Shareholders of Limited Liability Companies and to find out the legal consequences of the signatures conducted electronically in the deed of decree of the General Meeting of Shareholders of Limited Liability Companies. The method used in this research is the normative research approach is legislation. Then, the data that has been analyzed are presented in an informal form, through the words described in paragraphs. The results of this study address that the regulation of electronic signatures in the deed of the decision of the decision of the general meeting of shareholders of the Limited Liability Company through tracing and transformation according to structured translation by reasoning based on logic that electronic information or electronic documents and / or printouts can be used as evidence legal law, which is also an expansion of legal legal evidence based on the provisions of article 11 jo. Article 5 of the Law. Therefore, the evidence according to the procedural law above made in the form of electronic information or electronic documents, is valid evidence under the Electronic Information and Transaction Law, so that all electronic transactions that utilize electronic media produce electronic signatures that are loaded on the deed of determination of the results of the GMS decision, the Limited Liability Company can be considered as a deed. Then, due to the legal signature that was carried out through electronic media the outcome of the determination of the GMS had a legal impact on the legalization status of the deed which according to the relevant Act was declared valid insofar as the deed was seen as a deed under the hand.

It is now possible to determine proper motions of high-velocity objects in such a way as to obtain with some accuracy the velocity vector relevant to the Sun. If a potential field of the Galaxy is assumed, one can compute an actual orbit. A determination of the velocity of the globular clusterωCentauri has recently been completed at Greenwich, and it is found that the orbit is strongly retrograde in the Galaxy. Similar calculations may be made, though with less certainty, in the case of RR Lyrae variable stars.

Using the new reductions of the IUE light curves by Sonneborn et al. (1997) and an extensive set of HST images of SN 1987A we have repeated and improved Panagia et al. (1991) analysis to obtain a better determination of the distance to the supernova. In this way we have derived an absolute size of the ringRabs= (6.23 ± 0.08) x 1017cm and an angular sizeR″ = 808 ± 17 mas, which give a distance to the supernovad(SN1987A) = 51.4 ± 1.2 kpc and a distance modulusm–M(SN1987A) = 18.55 ± 0.05. Allowing for a displacement of SN 1987A position relative to the LMC center, the distance to the barycenter of the Large Magellanic Cloud is also estimated to bed(LMC) = 52.0±1.3 kpc, which corresponds to a distance modulus ofm–M(LMC) = 18.58±0.05.

A symposium on the future of the International Latitude Service (I. L. S.) is to be held in Helsinki in July 1960. My report for the symposium consists of two parts. Part I, denoded (Mk I) was published [1] earlier in 1960 under the title “Latitude and Longitude, and the Secular Motion of the Pole”. Part II is the present paper, denoded (Mk II).

In South Africa the modern outlook towards time may be said to have started in 1948. Both the two major observatories, The Royal Observatory in Cape Town and the Union Observatory (now known as the Republic Observatory) in Johannesburg had, of course, been involved in the astronomical determination of time almost from their inception, and the Johannesburg Observatory has been responsible for the official time of South Africa since 1908. However the pendulum clocks then in use could not be relied on to provide an accuracy better than about 1/10 second, which was of the same order as that of the astronomical observations. It is doubtful if much use was made of even this limited accuracy outside the two observatories, and although there may – occasionally have been a demand for more accurate time, it was certainly not voiced.

AbstractPrecise measurements of heliographic position of solar filaments were used for determination of the proper motion of solar filaments on the time-scale of days. The filaments have a tendency to make a shaking or waving of the external structure and to make a general movement of whole filament body, coinciding with the transport of the magnetic flux in the photosphere. The velocity scatter of individual measured points is about one order higher than the accuracy of measurements.
