Objectives In order to improve the security of departmental information technology systems and the rationality of the financial costs of hardware solutions in such systems, it is advisable to develop a simulation model of the information technology system of an internal affairs authority (ITS ATS) connected to the Internet to determine the likelihood of damage occurring denial of service attacks. Lead and clarify for the ITS ATS a classification of modern-time complex ITS, which will allow identifying possible threats to the ITS information resource ATS based on open federal and departmental regulatory documents in connection with Internet connection. Further development of the ATS ITS model was done in the Anylogic simulation environment, which makes it possible to simulate a denial of service attack on a departmental resource and investigate the likelihood of damage occurring. The expressions from the apparatus of queuing systems are given, which allow modeling the attack and calculating the probability of damage occurrence, which is advisable to use when designing such systems in ATS. Method. Analytical and mathematical modeling using the apparatus of queuing systems. Result. A simulation model of ITS ATS is proposed, which allows to determine the probability of a destructive impact on the departmental resources of such systems. Conclusion. The direction of this study is relevant and requires further development in order to develop a methodology for assessingthe occurrence of damage in ITS ATS.

The questions of the information resources organization and formation mechanism of an enterprise through financial and managerial reporting data and accounting data prism are highlighted. The sequence formation elements and enterprise information resources use are considered. The formation of the enterprises information resource, based on managerial accounting, is studied, which is a priority aspect of modern decision-making support, as well as other components of business tools - financial management and audit. Information resource management has certain functions that are general and inherent in all business systems. The nature of the prepared reports and information filling of the financial statements are subordinated to general objectives. That is, it contains a range of financial information that should be publicly available and useful to a wide range of users and decision-making, and not specifically devised to the needs of a particular group or set of decision-making. Managerial reports are specialized reports that are designed either for a solution of a specific decision or for a specific manager. The directions of the information resource management development on the basis of information technology use and information technology impact on the accounting development are disclosed.

The prevalence of information technology (IT) and information systems (IS) provides opportunities for enterprises to sustain open innovation. However, information silos that appeared with IS use have made IS inconvenient and thus impeded enterprises’ open innovation. The present study, therefore, aims to resolve this issue by helping understand how to encourage information-resource sharing within the enterprise. We first proposed a new concept—consensus perception—based on the blockchain characteristics and advantages derived from prior studies, and then developed a conceptual model based on the consensus perception and principal–agent theory. Second, we used this conceptual model to investigate whether blockchain technology (BT) can be used to promote information-resource sharing. The results showed that information security concern, perceived rewards, and openness have direct influences on information-resource sharing intention and that trust has indirect effects. The findings provide useful theoretical and practical contributions to sustain enterprises’ open innovation by adopting BT to solve the information-resource sharing issues.

The evolution of technology of information right now can affects human lifestyle so each individuals forced to follow the evolution so they are not left behind from the technology of information. Technology and information system this time already become a requirement and information resource for the users. This time, every fans of music, especially the fans of angklung instrumental, even for a beginner or a professionals hoping that’s someday there will be a development for an application of angklung instrumental based on android who can complete the needed of angklung instrumental users as a tools to education and entertainment who can play anywhere and anytime through a hardware called smartphone with android’s platform. This angklung application production is using an application called java eclipse, so when using this angklung application the users can get the details information, interactive with good and can conserve this traditional angklung instrumental.
