The quality of aquaculture waters is directly related to water management and aquaculture efficiency, which puts forward higher requirements for water quality evaluation. Based on the consideration of the influence of temporal and spatial changes on the water quality, this paper proposed an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for aquaculture water quality evaluation. Specifically, constructing a new membership function in the first place, and then selecting dissolved oxygen, pH, temperature and ammonia nitrogen content as water quality indexes for aquaculture, after that, collecting 60 sets of water quality index for different seasons in the past three years, finally, evaluating the water quality of Yangjiabo Aquaculture Base. Meanwhile, comparing it with the evaluation results of the single factor evaluation method and the traditional fuzzy evaluation method. The results show that the water quality of the Yangjiabo Aquaculture Base is at the worst level in winter, and the water quality has improved significantly in spring, summer and autumn. Compared with the other two method, the improved method can comprehensively reflect the changes in water quality with time and space, which is more practical, and so it can be considered to provide a scientific basis for efficient aquaculture and water quality classification.

In order to improve the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of main factors, the paper used the shortage of the outstanding balance average type instead of traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the evaluation process and takes big or small algorithm, this method to avoid maximum membership principle may cause information loss, more objective quantitative determination of water quality class. This paper Liaozhong waterfront city underground water quality testing data as the basis, an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate, the result is due to the area of iron and manganese from groundwater seriously overweight cause groundwater quality grade V. Show that the method of water quality evaluation, the result more objective and accurate.

The water of Shenwo reservoir has been seriously polluted. In order to avoid the inaccurate evaluation results of a single index, the variable fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has been adopted to comprehensively evaluate the water quality of Shenwo reservoir based on the water quality data of Lan River section of Shenwo reservoir in 2011. The evaluation results have shown that the water quality of Shenwo reservoir belongs to grade Ⅳ, which tends to be grade Ⅲ. The evaluation results based on this approach will be more stable and reliable.

Evaluation of teachers is one of the most important sectors for colleges and universities to foster a high-quality teaching staff influencing the training qualities of students directly. Scientific and rational evaluation of teachers has the important guide functions to improve the quality of teachers, inspire teachers' potential and creativity and encourage teachers to make constant progress. It is difficult to evaluate one teacher objectively and fairly using the ordinary evaluation method for the influencing factors are more and complex. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of selecting outstanding teachers in university is proposed in this paper, its main goal is to make the scientific and rational evaluation on one teacher and select outstanding teachers. Finally, an example of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on one certain teacher for the illustration of the proposed method is represented, the result indicates that the scientific and rational evaluate result is provided by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.

Self-compacting concrete (SCC) has been widely used in engineering for improving the product quality and efficiency at the construction sites, enhancing the working conditions and the appearance of concrete. Workability is an important property of SCC. But none of a single method has been developed for evaluation workability of SCC efficiently. Aiming at the quality control of fresh SCC, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for evaluating workability of SCC was put forward and a case study was done by measuring slump, slump flow, L-box ratio, J-ring flow, bleeding and sieve segregation of fresh SCC in the present paper. Evaluation results indicated that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can give a quantitative evaluation of workability of SCC and it is convenient to establish an expert system for controlling the quality of fresh SCC by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.

Establish a nonlinear membership function of slope stability taking the case of six different sliding blocks on a typical slope and do a second class fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the determinate membership. Comparing the result of stability evaluated with former result determined by extension classified method, it shows that it is basically conforming to evaluate slope stability using membership function which is established according to the changing rules of impact factors of slope such as quality of rock, massiveness of rock mass and dip angle of rock. This method can be referential in a qualified sense for the forecasting and preventing of landslide disasters.

To clear the agricultural non-point source effects on wetland water environment and the purification efficiency of wetland on non-point pollution. Use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the water quality conditions of three different urban wetland of Harbin in north shore of Songhua river which affected by human Agriculture activities. Selected Wanbao wetland goose island and sun island water quality monitoring, monitoring time was in October 2004, May 2005, August 2005, and April 2008, a total of four times. The results shown that Wanbao wetland meets water quality planning V water, Goose Island and the sun island meets quality planning IV water. According to fuzzy coefficient can compare the three places wetland water pollution by heavy degree to light for Wanbao wetland > Sun island wetland > Goose island wetland. From upstream to downstream water purification by wetlands, water quality gradually improved.

To study the disparity of river hydrochemical characteristics and water quality in different regions of the city, this paper took the Tuo River in the center of Suzhou, Northern Anhui, China and the Bian River on the edge of the urban area as the research objects, used Piper trigram, Gibbs diagram, and hydrogen and oxygen isotope content characteristics to analyze the geochemical characteristics of surface water in the study area, and then the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the water quality. The results showed that the hydrochemical types of the two rivers were SO4-Cl-Na type, and the contents of Na+, K+, SO42−, Cl−, Ca2+, total phosphorus (TP) in the Bian River at the edge of the city were much higher than those in the Tuo River at the center of the city (ANOVA, p < 0.001). Gibbs diagram showed that the ion composition of the two rivers was mainly affected by rock weathering. The results of correlation analysis and water quality evaluation showed that Bian River was greatly affected by agricultural non-point source pollution, and its water quality was poor, class IV and class V water account for 95%, while, for Tuo River, due to the strong artificial protection, class II and class III accounted for 40.74% and 59.26%, respectively, and the overall water quality was better than that of Bian River. The evaluation results of irrigation water quality showed that the samples from Tuo River were high in salt and low in alkali, which could be used for irrigation when the soil leaching conditions were good, while Bian River water samples were high in salt and medium in alkali, which was suitable for irrigation of plants with strong salt tolerance.
