To enrich the form of film and television production, improve the level of film and television production, and satisfy the film-watching experiences of audiences, based on Virtual Reality (VR) and the Internet of Things (IoT) technology, with the help of S3 Studio Max and Photoshop software, a VR film-watching system is built, which realizes the interaction with users on different devices through somatosensory interaction sensors. In addition, by utilizing Twirling720, the panoramic sound recording is achieved. Through this system, a smart IoT platform between users, films, and devices is built. Finally, this platform is utilized to produce the film and television work Van Gogh in Dream, which is evaluated and analyzed through questionnaires. The results show that the technology system of this set of film and television production is complete, and the production level of film and television works have been significantly improved. The audience recognition of film and television production based on this technology is 55%, and the impression evaluation is over 56%. However, knowledge acquisition is only 20%, and historical understanding is above 50%. These dimensions show that compared with traditional film production, artificial intelligence films can bring a better experience to audiences, but knowledge acquisition is less. Therefore, professional knowledge will be improved at the later stage. The above results provide a theoretical basis for the application of artificial intelligence technology in film production and production mode.

In order to reduce some of the problems of technological restructuring and insufficient expansion in the current film and television production mode, the application of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), and Internet of Things (IoT) in the film and television industry is introduced in this research. First, a topical crawler tool was constructed to grab relevant texts about “AI”, “VR”, and “IoT” crossover “film and television”, and the grasping accuracy rate and recall rate of this tool were compared. Then, based on the extracted text, the data of recent development in related fields were extracted. The AdaBoost algorithm was used to improve the BP (Back Propagation) neural network (BPNN). This model was used to predict the future development scale of related fields. Finally, a virtual character interaction system based on IoT-sensor technology was built and its performance was tested. The results showed that the topical crawler tool constructed in this study had higher recall rate and accuracy than other tools, and a total of 188 texts related to AI, VR, and IoT crossover television films were selected after Naive Bayes classification. In addition, the error of the BPNN prediction model based on the AdaBoost algorithm was less than 20%, and it can effectively predict the future development scale of AI and other fields. In addition, the virtual character interaction system based on IoT technology constructed in this study has a high motion recognition rate, produces a strong sense of immersion among users, and can realize real-time capture and imitation of character movements. In a word, the field of AI and VR crossover film and television has great development prospects in the future. Therefore, the application of IoT technology in building the virtual-character interaction system can improve the effect of VR or AI film and television production.

In today’s globalized situation, people on the one hand enjoy the great convenience brought by the Internet and artificial intelligence Internet of Things (IoT) technology, and, on the other hand, they are also inevitably subject to a series of harms brought by network technology. Internet economic crime is a new type of crime based on Internet technology. Criminals use Internet technology to conduct illegal visits and Trojan horse program attacks, steal user information, and defraud victims of money. This has resulted in the people’s personal and property safety and social harmony and stability. Strictly cracking down on cyber economic crimes in accordance with the law is of great significance to safeguarding the interests of the people and maintaining social stability. However, as the methods and forms of cyber economic crimes emerge endlessly, it is very important to collect intelligence information on such crimes. This paper proposes using the sensor technology, embedded system technology, radio frequency automatic identification technology, and cloud computing technology in artificial intelligence Internet of Things technology to design and build a data-mining-based network economic crime intelligent information aggregation collection system to realize network economic crime intelligence of aggregation and analyze and help combat cyber economic crimes. This article takes cyber economic crime cases in various cities in our province as an example, selects 9 cyber economic criminals’ intelligence information as sample data, and tests and applies the designed cyber economic crime intelligence information system. The final results show that the numbers of cyber economic crime cases in four cities A, B, C, and D in four provinces are roughly the same, but city A has the largest number; the minimum confidence of the 9 criminals is above 0.60, indicating that the economic crimes of cyber economic criminals are related to their academic background and family status and criminal history are related to a certain extent; illegal fund-raising fraud and online credit card fraud account for the largest proportion of the four cities and are currently the main forms of online economic crime.

Film and television itself is a product of culture and innovation, combining digital technology, creative thinking, and artistic design. In the rapid development of 3D film and television, the situation of scene design and production has also become an important role. In a typical environment, the main scene plays the role of film and television and coherent plot. This thesis mainly analyzes the design and implementation of a 3D movie scene production algorithm based on the Internet of Things and also makes 3D movie scenes through the algorithm of Internet of Things technology. This article also analyzes the traditional 3D scene-making algorithm, which is mainly composed of a plane mapping part, a basic primitive generation part, a collision detection and positioning part, and a terrain generation part. Among them, the plane mapping technology provides the function of using plane mapping to simulate 3D objects. The basic primitive generation part uses the OpenGl function to draw 3D primitives and paste the BMP format image on each surface of the stereo primitives, so that the 3D model can be represented by a plane texture; collision detection is a key part of mechanical physics, which can detect games of the physical edge of the object in the middle; the terrain generation part uses the converted gray height value as the corresponding grid terrain height and uses planar mapping technology to capture the image of the entire terrain, that is, paste and generate a terrain map. The results show that a characteristic of the algorithm of the Internet of Things technology is that the 3D scene is completely mapped. This avoids the trouble of using 3DMAX and other tools to create 3D models and also reduces the difficulty of creating 3D scenes and makes the execution efficient, which is better than directly importing 3D models, runs faster, and runs very smoothly. The Internet of Things is an important development trend in the Internet information age and can be used to produce 3D film and television scenes to reduce development difficulty and cost and has a variety of research and development value and practical value. In the analysis part, this article also introduces the algorithms used in the scene production and passes the tests of 4 different files in 4 different frames and also found that more than 83% of people feel that the use of Internet of Things algorithms in the production of 3D movie scenes has improved production efficiency.
