To echo the United Nations formulated Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), SDG 4 is to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. Furthermore, high-quality education is the base on which human lives can be improved and sustainable development can be accomplished. Therefore, the affective emotional tutoring system established in this study enables learning via mobile devices, which are indispensable in daily life. The real-time interactive agent in the system guides learners to turn negative emotions into positive ones. We explored the usability of and user satisfaction with the affective emotional tutoring system. Sixty-two students participated in the study which used a quantitative research design to explore a learning situation. The overall usability of the system was evaluated with the System Usability Scale (SUS), and the Questionnaire for User Interaction Satisfaction (QUIS) was used to evaluate user satisfaction with the different elements of the system. The results showed that both the usability of and satisfaction with the affective emotional tutoring system were high. The emotional feedback mechanism of the system can help learners turn negative emotions into positive ones.

The rise of so-called emerging technologies is broadening the way in which students access information and in turn changing the way in which they can interact and the experiences to which they are exposed. Mobile devices are regarded as flexible tools that facilitate access to information in different formats and in any environment. For its part, Augmented Reality is a technique that, through mobile tools, can enhance the globalization of content and access to contextual information in various ways. Together, the globalization of mobile devices and Augmented Reality contribute to an inclusive, equitable, and quality education, as mentioned by the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in goal four on Sustainable Development (Sustainable Development Goals 4 (SDG 4)). This article analyses the binomial Augmented Reality-mobile devices, and takes a conceptual approach to these technological environments, both the technique and the tool, in the context of quality education. To assess the potential of Augmented Reality-mobile devices as a methodological learning resource, a learning unit of Secondary Education is presented in the field of Technology, enriched with different materials related with Augmented Reality.

System Usability Scale (SUS) is a usability testing technique for a simple system using a Likert scale. Testing and usability analysis assess user satisfaction with the system or web. So, the purpose of this service activity is to train website usability testing with SUS, using the Dukcapil website as a test object. Dukcapil's website will be analyzed for its usability level as a real case for direct practice. In SUS, ten statements are used as parameters in assessing the usability of a website. This activity was attended by 20 people, including Bina Darma University students, vocational students, and IT staff from the Dukcapil Palembang City. The usability analysis of this website aims to assess how well user interaction with the website is going. Then, the results of this assessment and study produce an input as a reference for website development to be more optimal in the future. In testing the usefulness of the Dukcapil website in this PKM activity, it can be seen that the SUS score is at a score of 56.125, with the category Acceptable. Therefore, it shows that the Dukcapil website is ranked F, with a "Good" rating category. The training results show that the Dukcapil website is still very rarely accessed by users. Because it provides information lacking in updates, the features used are still in the beta version (still in the testing phase). Users or participants still do not understand how to use it. In addition, this activity provides participants with an understanding of the website usability test using the SUS model.

Abstract Background Questionnaires are commonly used tools in telemedicine services that can help to evaluate different aspects. Selecting the ideal questionnaire for this purpose may be challenging for researchers. This study aims to review which questionnaires are used to evaluate telemedicine services in the studies, which are most common, and what aspects of telemedicine evaluation do they capture. Methods The PubMed database was searched in August 2020 to retrieve articles. Data extracted from the final list of articles included author/year of publication, journal of publication, type of evaluation, and evaluation questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results Fifty-three articles were included in this study. The questionnaire was used for evaluating the satisfaction (49%), usability (34%), acceptance (11.5%), and implementation (2%) of telemedicine services. Among telemedicine specific questionnaires, Telehealth Usability Questionnaire (TUQ) (19%), Telemedicine Satisfaction Questionnaire (TSQ) (13%), and Service User Technology Acceptability Questionnaire (SUTAQ) (5.5%), were respectively most frequently used in the collected articles. Other most used questionnaires generally used for evaluating the users’ satisfaction, usability, and acceptance of technology were Client Satisfaction Questionnaire (CSQ) (5.5%), Questionnaire for User Interaction Satisfaction (QUIS) (5.5%), System Usability Scale (SUS) (5.5%), Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire (PSQ) (5.5%), and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) (3.5%) respectively. Conclusion Employing specifically designed questionnaires or designing a new questionnaire with fewer questions and more comprehensiveness in terms of the issues studied provides a better evaluation. Attention to user needs, end-user acceptance, and implementation processes, along with users' satisfaction and usability evaluation, may optimize telemedicine efforts in the future.

In this work we analyzed the mapping of Sustainable Development Goals in the curricular units of the undergraduate courses of the School of Social Sciences at the University of Évora. Of a total of 449 curricular units, only 374 had students enrolled in 2020/2021. The data presented refer to the 187 course units that had Sustainable Development Goals in addition to SDG4 (Quality Education) assigned to all the course units. Considering the set of curricular units, the results showed that the most mentioned objectives were those related to Gender Equality (SDG 5), Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10), Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8) and Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions (SDG 16). Regarding the differences between the departments, which are also distinct scientific areas, we have observed that the Departments of Economics and Management had more objectives related to labor and economic growth, while the other departments mentioned more objectives related to inequalities, gender or other.

Purpose This study aims to focus on the phenomenon of “over-education” characterized by a discrepancy between education provided and the needs of the economy vis-à-vis employment. The study considers this issue with reference to tourism and courses taught in the field. Specifically, the phenomenon of over-education is investigated with reference to university graduates in tourism and their employability in the sector. Design/methodology/approach The research design draws from secondary data derived from a review of the literature on tourism and education. Findings The findings point to a need to consider aspects of tourism (field of study and discipline) in destination management. This is to avoid discrepancy at macro and micro levels and at a discipline and industry level. This strategy would also help to ensure synergy between tourism education and the needs of the tourism industry as advocated by the Helix model. Originality/value By focussing on over-education, this study shows that Sustainable development goal (SDG) 4, which relates to quality education, may be addressed. The outcome of the study also leads to the conclusion that SDG 4 should be based on not only access to education and school enrolment rates at all levels, particularly for girls, but also the relationship between education and actual employment.

BACKGROUND Musculoskeletal conditions account for 16% of global disability, resulting in a negative effect on millions of patients and an increasing burden on healthcare utilization. Digital technologies to improve health care outcomes and efficiency are considered a priority; however, innovations are rarely tested with sufficient rigor in clinical trials, the gold standard for clinical proof of safety and efficacy. We have developed a new musculoskeletal Digital Assessment Routing Tool (DART) that allows users to self-assess and be directed to the right care. DART requires validation in a real-world setting prior to implementation. OBJECTIVE This pilot study will assess the feasibility of a future trial by exploring key aspects of trial methodology, assess the procedures and collect exploratory data to inform the design of a definitive, randomized, crossover, non-inferiority trial to assess DART safety and effectiveness. METHODS We will collect data from 76 adult participants presenting to an NHS England GP practice with a musculoskeletal condition. Participants will complete both a DART assessment and a physiotherapist-led triage with the order determined by randomization. The primary analysis will involve an absolute agreement ICC (A,1) estimate with 95% confidence intervals between DART and the clinician for assessment outcomes sign-posting to condition management pathways. Data will be collected to allow analysis of participant recruitment and retention, randomization, allocation concealment, blinding, data collection process and bias. In addition, the impact of trial burden and potential barriers to intervention delivery will be considered. DART user satisfaction will be measured using the System Usability Scale. RESULTS A UK NHS ethics submission will be submitted during June 2021 and pending approval, recruitment will commence during August 2021 with data collection anticipated to last for 3 months. Results will be reported in a follow-up paper later in 2021. CONCLUSIONS This study will inform the design of a randomized controlled crossover non-inferiority study that will provide evidence concerning mHealth DART system clinical sign posting in an NHS setting prior to real-world implementation. Success should produce evidence of a safe, effective system with excellent usability, facilitating quicker and easier patient access to appropriate care while reducing the burden on primary and secondary care musculoskeletal services. This rigorous approach to mHealth system testing could be used as a guide for other developers of similar applications. Incorporating substantial, sustainable development issues into teaching and learning is the ultimate task of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). The purpose of our study was to identify the confused students who had failed to master the skill(s) given by the tutors as homework using the Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS). We have focused ASSISTments, an ITS in this study, and scrutinized the skill-builder data using machine learning techniques and methods. We used seven candidate models including: Naïve Bayes (NB), Generalized Linear Model (GLM), Logistic Regression (LR), Deep Learning (DL), Decision Tree (DT), Random Forest (RF), and Gradient Boosted Trees (XGBoost). We trained, validated, and tested learning algorithms, performed stratified cross-validation, and measured the performance of the models through various performance metrics, i.e., ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristic), Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F-Measure, Sensitivity, and Specificity. We found RF, GLM, XGBoost, and DL were high accuracy-achieving classifiers. However, other perceptions such as detecting unexplored features that might be related to the forecasting of outputs can also boost the accuracy of the prediction model. Through machine learning methods, we identified the group of students that were confused when attempting the homework exercise, to help foster their knowledge and talent to play a vital role in environmental development.

This descriptive exploratory study analyzed user satisfaction with the care received at a Family Health Unit in Ribeirão Preto, Brazil. In total, 40 users from families registered in the FHU were selected, using key informants and the snowball sampling technique, and interviewed. Thematic content analysis was used to analyze the empirical material. Interviewees were mostly female, over 50 years, resident in the catchment area of the unit for 10-30 years, had incomplete primary education and also did not perform work outside the home. The analysis identified three themes: access, team-user interaction and organization of work in the FHU. The subjects of this study expressed satisfaction with the accessibility provided together with the caring attention given to them, marked by a team-user interaction that takes place in a friendly and patience manner. Although not totally satisfied, the majority of users would recommend the health service to someone due to its quality.


The use of outdoor (open) spaces in public buildings is vast and has significant roles ranging from individual (users) perception of the development of urban centers and cities to the satisfaction of the various functions they perform. However, little research is available on the use of the outdoor spaces in these Public buildings environment and the activities that take place thereof. This study investigates the factors that take users of public buildings to the outdoor environment and the physical factors that constitute their uses within the spaces. Using both qualitative and quantitative research approach, the paper examined the importance of restructuring the outdoor spaces for quality of the surrounding of the built environment. The study adopts a purposive sampling where participants were selected based on the outdoor use only. A total of seventy (75) questionnaires were administered to the various users of public buildings within specific open spaces. Only seventy (70) representing (93.33%) of the total population were returned and subjected to data analysis using the relevant descriptive and inferential statistical techniques, Mean Weighted Score (MWS) and Relatively Important Index (R.I.I) were used to rank features obtained. The study concludes that proper restructuring of landscape elements is necessary within public buildings, in order to provide human comfort, well-being and improved productivity. It was recommended that revitalizing the environmental features of these public building necessitates the insufficiency of outdoor features in government own buildings. Therefore, the user’s satisfaction of this outdoor (open) space in public buildings should be key consideration and emphasized on right from planning and design stages to it implementation.
