Heritage interpretation is an educational activity that provides information on natural and cultural heritage to people visiting heritage sites and objects. The article aims to identify different ways of using heritage interpretation as a tool for managing areas of sustainable development. The study consisted of a systematic literature review (knowledge mapping) in the field of heritage interpretation and sustainable development. Using the most important databases of scientific publications in the world (Scopus, Web of Science, Ebsco, Proquest), publications on the interpretation of heritage and sustainable development were searched. A total of 106 articles and scientific monographs were identified. Then, quantitative and qualitative data analysis was performed (text mining, topic extraction, content analysis). As a result, six thematic areas were identified: opportunities and threats for the area related to the implementation of heritage interpretation programs; the effectiveness of heritage interpretation in the areas of sustainable development; sustainable tourism development planning in heritage areas; the role of a guide-interpreter in the sustainable development of the area; the role of creativity in the heritage interpretation; and strategies for managing the visitor traffic in heritage areas. These thematic areas were discussed by citing examples from the literature on the subject.

Public sector organizations, primarily higher education institutions (HEIs), are facing greater levels of responsibility since adopting and committing to the Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development (SD) and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). HEIs are expected to provide guidance for various stakeholders on this matter, but also to implement this agenda and the SDGs in their institutions. Although the role of these organizations has been recognized, the fields and issues that HEIs should address on their path towards sustainability and SD are still unclear. To provide further clarity, a semi-systematic literature review on sustainability and SD in HEIs was conducted to identify both the key concepts and main research themes that represent sustainability and SD in HEIs and to identify research gaps. This review increases our knowledge of this topic and enhances our understanding of sustainability and SD in the context of HEIs.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to present the results of a systematic literature review on innovation and sustainability. To accomplish this aim, a systematic analysis of the literature in the Scopus database was carried out for articles with the terms “innovation” and “sustainability” in their titles. Once identified, articles were analyzed in three ways: the ten most-cited articles; the ten most-cited literature reviews; and the most recent articles. Sustainable development is the central theme of the articles studied. Sustainable development is influenced by the ways that sustainability is measured within the network of which the organizations are a part, including adequate systems, and is mediated by compatible behaviors. Encouraging green innovation is an environmental commitment and managerial concern driven by customer pressure, environmental regulations and cost reductions. Suppliers and customers can contribute or benefit from the value created. Design/methodology/approach This study was a Systematic literature review. The search terms “Innov * AND sustain *” were defined for the titles of the articles. The analysis was divided into three categories: the ten most-cited articles (without a year filter to form an idea of the impact of the main research in the field); the ten most-cited reviews (these were only filtered from 2009 to 2018); and the 10 most recent articles (all of the articles found were from the year 2018). Findings The main findings of this study were that network action, mobilization of relevant stakeholders, reinvention of the business model, redefinition with multiple values and a sustainable strategic scope are the mechanisms that effectively contribute to promoting the link between innovation and sustainability in organizations. Sustainable development is the central theme of the articles studied. Sustainable development is influenced by the ways that sustainability is measured within the network of which the organizations are a part of, including adequate systems, and is mediated by compatible behaviors. Originality/value This study contributes to the literature by providing perspectives for future studies that may contribute to the sustainable development of organizations. Sustainable development is strongly influenced by the ways that sustainability is measured within the network of which the organizations are part, including appropriate systems, and is mediated by compatible behaviors.

This paper contributes to providing an understanding of the dynamics of infrastructure development planning in sustainable development. First, this paper will explain the concept of development from the beginning. The idea is used in a scientific context. Then it will also be described development planning and, in more detail about infrastructure development planning. The research method used is a qualitative approach with systematic literature review (SLR) from various sources of the best journals in googlescholar.com, sciencedirect.com and other relevant sources. The result of this article review is to explain the development of development planning concepts from different periods; development planning context (Developed and Developing countries); categories of physical or social infrastructure development planning; then the sustainability impact of infrastructure development planning, both positive and negative effects of economic, environmental and social aspects, the last about the relationship of development planning with political decision making Based on this paper it is known that the dynamics of infrastructure development planning related to the sustainability of development. Then development planning cannot stand autonomous as an idea or concept that is normative because political decision-making determines the success of the planning. Furthermore, it is necessary to collaborate and synergize development actors in realizing infrastructure development planning. The novelty in this paper is to raise some research questions that can be researched for the future about the dynamics of infrastructure development planning in sustainable development.

Abstract Background Sustainable development of employees is based primarily on practices oriented towards caring for the relationship between the employer and employee. In this approach, the employee's and the employer's perception of mutual obligations, the employee's belief in the conditions for the exchange of mutual experiences with the employer, and mutual obligations resulting from establishing an employer-employee relationship become important factors and elements of the sustainable development strategy of employees. A growing number of soundscape studies involve a psychological contract literature. However, outcomes have not yet been thoroughly reviewed. The need for a study with this purpose is proven by the fact that academic literature lacks a systematic review of this topic, despite the ascending trend in the number of published articles in the field. Therefore, this study aims at identifying the main outcomes of a psychological contract in public organisations. Research aims The purpose of this literature review was to identify the main effects of psychological contracting in public organisations. We also aimed to collect fragmented academic knowledge produced by pertinent studies. Methodology This article adopts the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) approach to conduct the systematic literature review. The final sample of 41 empirical and conceptual studies were scientifically screened and synthesised. Findings This study establishes that a psychological contract is a complex phenomenon influencing individual, group, and organisational outcomes directly. The application of a systematic literature review demonstrates the importance of a psychological contract for public organisations. The review suggests an agenda for further research and identifies practical implications for public organisations.

Purpose Accreditation is a growing phenomenon and has begun to permeate scientific studies, most of which are quantitative, since they focus on the process of accreditation and its positive or negative effects. Only a few studies have analyzed this phenomenon from the perspective of institutional theory. As there is no consensus regarding the performance of accreditation agencies, the purpose of this paper is to identify their institutional role in the global orientation of the organizational practices, values and decisions of business schools (BS). Design/methodology/approach A systematic literature review enabled us to identify scientific publications since 2002 that have used institutional theory when discussing BS accreditation agencies. An in-depth reading of these articles led us to identify the most frequent, similar and contrasting perspectives. Seven aspects were analyzed in each article: theme, research assumption, theoretical basis, method, research context, result and suggestions for future studies. Findings The findings suggest a certain duality in the role of these agencies. If, on the one hand, they are responsible for providing a quality seal, on the other hand, they promote legitimacy in the field by institutionalizing international rules. Originality/value By investigating the performance of these agencies as global institutional bodies, the authors extrapolated the traditional discussion on the dynamic of interaction between local actors who both influence the field and are influenced by it, a recurring theme in institutional theory.

The Sustainable Development Goals have become the UN's global goals in the 2015 to 2030 time frame. To achieve these goals, Indonesia has designated a National Roadmap for Sustainable Development Goals in Presidential Regulation Number 59 of 2017. The Presidential Regulation serves as a guideline for Ministries or Agencies in National Actions Plans on Sustainable Development Goals in their respective domains. Including in the Public Procurement of Goods/Services has been fostered to increase sustainable procurement. This Systematic Literature Review has been looking for research evidence to reveal the contribution of e-procurement in the Sustainable Development Goals in Indonesia for the last decade. The evidence has been systematically collected by following the SLR protocol from the indexing Portal Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital) specific for published articles in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the international research on sustainable procurement has been ongoing since 2001; the review here shows that there has not been much research on sustainable procurement in Indonesia. The results of this review offer a future research agenda for sustainable procurement in Indonesia.

Recently, the world is witnessing a severe global health issue owing to the COVID 19 pandemic, initially encountered at the city of Wuhan in Hubei province in China.  It spread rapidly, so do the fatality ratio. This pandemic has jeopardized the sustainable development goals at large. Still, the future is uncertain. The current study aimed to serve a multi-fold objective. First is to review the past literature on the coronavirus family to map our current understanding of its epidemic outbarks and to overview its social, environmental, and economic impact. Finally, to provide future agenda for policymakers to restrain the sustainable development goals. We used Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) databases for the systematic literature review process. We followed a strict screening process recommended in the PRISMA guidelines for the screening and quality assessment of systematic literature review. Final 51 studies were included for the systematic literature review. A systematic review of the past literature identified severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS), Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (MERS), bovine Coronavirus, canine Coronavirus, and feline Coronavirus are the significant classifications of the Coronavirus family discuss in the literature. We highlighted the potential pitfalls in the past literature, mainly serious scarce of collaborative and multidisciplinary research on the pandemic, although several researchers in the past highlighted the issue. However, these studies were mostly in a lab setting and experimental design. We provided a framework for a pandemic strategic response plan through multidisciplinary research to mitigate the impact of the recent COVID-19 pandemic and to be prepared for future episodes.
