This study explores the implementation of legal artificial intelligence (AI) robot issues for sustainable development related to legal advisory institutions. While a legal advisory AI Bot using the unique arithmetic method of AI offers rules of convenient legal definitions, it has not been established whether users are ready to use one at legal advisory institutions. This study applies the MCDM (multicriteria decision-making) model DEMATEL (decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory)-based Analytical Network Process (ANP) with a modified VIKOR, to explore user behavior on the implementation of a legal AI bot. We first apply DEMATEL-based ANP, called influence weightings of DANP (DEMATEL-based ANP), to set up the complex adoption strategies via systematics and then to employ an M-VIKOR method to determine how to reduce any performance gaps between the ideal values and the existing situation. Lastly, we conduct an empirical case to show the efficacy and usefulness of this recommended integrated MCDM model. The findings are useful for identifying the priorities to be considered in the implementation of a legal AI bot and the issues related to enhancing its implementation process. Moreover, this research offers an understanding of users’ behaviors and their actual needs regarding a legal AI bot at legal advisory institutions. This research obtains the following results: (1) It effectively assembles a decision network of technical improvements and applications of a legal AI bot at legal advisory institutions and explains the feedbacks and interdependences of aspects/factors in real-life issues. (2) It describes how to vary effective results from the current alternative performances and situations into ideal values in order to fit the existing environments at legal advisory institutions with legal AI bot implementation.

Today, by globalization an interconnected world is very important the cooperation of all stakeholders at the international level. It is not only our opinion, that the only alternative is sustainable development of planet Earth, to which would contribute the mentioned cooperation. As shown by the results of [1, 2] our research, the internet allows us to quick exchange of information, experiences and good ideas. To ensure the development of the Slovak Republic is necessary to become a part of sustainable development also sustainable energy solutions and technologies which use its own available energy resources [3]. This paper deals with methods using multi-criteria decision-ANP / AHP for creation a national energy strategy in terms of sustainable development, which present complex decision models with more alternatives, or scenarios, and from an extensive set of evaluation indicators for creation the best strategy or finding the optimal decision. The decision-making model, referred to in this paper is the application of Saaty’s method ANP with BOCR (Benefits, Opportunities, Costs, Risks) network, where by the setting preferences BOCR is achieved with the application of AHP method with hierarchical structure of strategic indicators. A small drawback of this solution is its large extensity and therefore the solution structure is schematically shown in this paper. This study investigates the decision-making issues in the selection of destinations for large-scale exhibitions by the cultural and creative industry. We use the Rubber Duck China Tour by the Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman as an example and adopt the analytic network process technique to evaluate destination options for the exhibition, as well as to explore the impacts of the evaluation of destination feasibilities on exhibition investment. The results show that power, a high benefit-cost ratio, first-tier cities, integration with local communities, and a rich and interesting theme are the top five factors that curators should consider when planning exhibitions. Considering the priority among cities of various tiers, first-tier cities are the most favorable, followed by fourth-tier, third-tier, and second-tier cities. The decision-making model provides curators with a reliable reference for selecting destinations for future exhibitions.

As a hot topic in supply chain management, fuzzy method has been widely used in logistics center location selection to improve the reliability and suitability of the logistics center location selection with respect to the impacts of both qualitative and quantitative factors. However, it does not consider the consistency and the historical assessments accuracy of experts in predecisions. So this paper proposes a multicriteria decision making model based on credibility of decision makers by introducing priority of consistency and historical assessments accuracy mechanism into fuzzy multicriteria decision making approach. In this way, only decision makers who pass the credibility check are qualified to perform the further assessment. Finally, a practical example is analyzed to illustrate how to use the model. The result shows that the fuzzy multicriteria decision making model based on credibility mechanism can improve the reliability and suitability of site selection for the logistics center.

Multicriteria Decision Making Model for the New Team Member Selection Based on Individual and Group-Related FactorsThis paper presents a novel approach to the team building emphasizing group-related attributes of potential candidates instead of focusing on their individual characteristics during the recruitment process. The main assumption is that the teamwork capabilities are equally if not more important than individual skills or competences when selecting new team member. Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is used for analyzing teamwork capabilities and multicriteria decision making model will be developed as a final solution.

The main purpose of this paper is to advocate a rule-based forecasting technique for anticipating stock index volatility. This paper intends to set up a stock index indicators projection prototype by using a multiple criteria decision making model consisting of the cluster analysis (CA) technique and Rough Set Theory (RST) to select the important attributes and forecast TSEC Capitalization Weighted Stock Index. The projection prototype was then released to forecast the stock index in the first half of 2009 with an accuracy of 66.67%. The results point out that the decision rules were authenticated to employ in forecasting the stock index volatility appropriately.

The recent boom of various integrated decision-making methods has attracted many researchers to the field. The recent integrated Analytic Network Process and Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (ANP–DEMATEL) methods were developed based on crisp numbers and fuzzy numbers. However, these numbers are incapable of dealing with the indeterminant and inconsistent information that exists in real-life problems. This paper proposes improvements to the integrated ANP–DEMATEL method by bringing together the neutrosophic numbers, the ANP method, and the DEMATEL method, which are later abbreviated to NS-DANP. The proposed NS-DANP method can handle the indeterminacy elements in the decision-making environment, as the single-valued neutrosophic numbers are used in the decision analysis. This proposed NS-DANP modification method includes linguistic variables representing the single-valued neutrosophic numbers (SVNNs), and also introduces the single-valued neutrosophic weighted averaging (SVNWA) aggregation operator to aggregate the decision makers’ judgments instead of the typical averaging method. The applicability of the proposed method is illustrated by a case study of the coastal erosion problem along the Peninsular Malaysia coastline, where 12 factors were considered. Three experts of coastal erosion from different organizations were invited to elicit their linguistic judgments on the cause–effect of the coastal erosion. The seven-step decision approach was developed to acquire the weightage of each coastal erosion factor. The outcome of this study reveals that coastal development is the riskiest factor toward coastal erosion. The weight of factors and the cause–effect diagram could be very helpful for government and stakeholders to project a better mitigation plan for the coastal erosion problem. Comparative analysis is also provided to check the feasibility of the proposed method.

Requirement engineering is the first phase of software engineering. In requirement engineering, the first phase is requirement elicitation (RE), which is the most critical and error-prone activity. In this phase, the requirements are extracted from various sources; after extraction, they are analyzed and documented for a specific purpose of software development. In RE, process requirements from stakeholders are gathered, upon which the entire software product failure and success are dependent. In order to accomplish the goal of requirement elicitation, various techniques are used. However, the selection of these techniques is a very challenging task, as one technique may suit a situation but may not be suited for other situations. Besides this, project attributes such as documentation culture of organization, degree of relationship among stakeholders, and familiarity to domain also have a great impact on the process of technique selection. The reason is that there is no empirical value of the techniques that provide help in techniques selection to analyze the basis software project attributes. This study proposed the analytic network process, which is one of the multicriteria decision making processes for the elicitation technique selection process with respect to criterion attributes of project. The motivation toward the use of the ANP approach for the selection of requirement selection technique is that there are dependencies existing among attributes of the project elements. So, the ANP approach is capable of dealing with such situations where dependencies and complexity occur. Results of the proposed study demonstrate that the technique helps in complex situations where decision making is difficult based on the alternatives.
