This research aimed to use the extended theory of planned behaviour (TPB) to determine whether it can explain users’ intention to use the bus-based park-and-ride (P&R) facilities in Putrajaya, Malaysia. This research introduced a new predictor related to the use of P&R facilities, namely trust. The survey involved 437 respondents. A structural equation model is used to show that trust positively influence the attitude and perceived behavioural control (PBC) towards the use of P&R facilities. However, the intention to use P&R facilities is not profoundly influenced by trust and subjective norm. Results also revealed that attitude, subjective norm, and PBC have a strong positive influence on the intention to use P&R facilities. In addition, several policy recommendations are discussed in this study. All things considered, the theory of planned behaviour was able to predict users’ intention to use P&R facilities in Malaysia. It is hoped that this research would increase researchers’ interest in conducting further investigation in this field and that the model is beneficial to service providers in helping them identify the factors that increase the number of P&R users.

A large number of muslim population in Indonesia have an impact on the development of muslim fashion in Indonesia and led to the emergence of muslim communities such as Hijabers Surabaya community. Hijabers Surabaya community also linked himself with sharia, such as cooperation with the islamic banking in which all community members will get free sharia account when joining the community.This research focuses on the behavior and attitude of community members towards the use of sharia account by using the theory of planned behavior perspective. This study used Structural Equation Model. Total participants in this study amounted to 150 members. The results obtained in this study is: (1) Behavior belief affect the attitude toward behavior. (2) Normative belief not effect the subjective norm. (3) Motivation to comply not effect the subjective norm. (4) Control belief affect the perceived behavioral control. (5) Attitude toward behavior affect the intention to use. (6) Subjective norm not affect the intention to use. (7) Perceived behavioral control not affect to the intention to use.

The present study examined the constructs of the theory of planned behaviour regarding their predictability of intentions to use a condom among Xhosa-speaking adolescents in Eastern Cape, South Africa, using HIV/AIDS information as a moderator. Design: Quantitative data were collected from 196 adolescents in Eastern Cape, South Africa. A regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. Results: A regression analysis showed that attitude and perceived behavioural control were significantly related to the intention to use a condom, but subjective norm was not. However, due to the moderating effect of HIV/AIDS information, attitude, perceived behavioural control and subjective norm predicted intention to use a condom. Conclusion: The findings show that HIV/AIDS information plays an important role in increasing the effect of the theory of planned behaviour on intention to use a condom. Thus, more emphasis should be on beliefs about the adverse effects of condom use, the ability to negotiate condom use, and the importance of other significant others in increasing awareness about HIV/AIDS in order to increase intention to use a condom.

Accessing financial services is considered one of the main challenges facing communities during crises. This research studies the role of using FinTech applications to build resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research empirically examines the factors affecting Jordanian citizens’ intention to use FinTech applications. The sample of the research comprised 500 potential FinTech service users in Jordan. Based on the research conceptual model, five hypotheses were developed and tested using structural equation modeling techniques (SEM-PLS). The research results indicate that perceived benefits and social norms significantly affect the intention to use FinTech applications. However, it has been found that perceived technology risks do not significantly affect the intention to use FinTech applications. Moreover, the results also indicate that customer trust is significantly mediating the relationship between perceived risks and intention to use FinTech applications. FinTech service providers should insure that their products are easy to use, fulfill needs and protect consumers’ data in order to ensure trust, hence positively influencing consumer adoption.

Recently, logistics platforms that facilitate interaction and the exchange and transaction of information have quickly emerged in the Korean domestic market. In order to further advance the development of logistics platforms into green logistics platforms in which participation in the early stages is not active, appropriate checks and balances are needed so that service providers, users, and platform operators can grow together in green logistics platforms. The purpose of this study is to empirically verify the factors affecting participants’ intentions to use green logistics platforms. Out of the 230 questionnaires distributed from 25 June to 11 July 2019, 14 were excluded from analyses due to unsatisfactory responses, while 216 responses were used for statistical processing. The structural equation model (SEM) was used to test hypotheses in this research. The results showed that the network effect and security factors influenced perceived usefulness, and trust did not affect perceived usefulness. Perceived usefulness also significantly influenced the intention to use green logistics platforms. The results of this study present strategies and directions for the future development of green logistics platforms.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the role of trust and perceived value (PV) in customer intentions to adopt mobile money application (MMA) services. Trust and PV were broken down into various dimensions. This study investigated the two-component base trusts, namely, economic and service, and also PV as an antecedent. Design/methodology/approach This study involved 402 respondents selected through the interception and online survey approach and had five hypotheses. The structural equation model was used to test the hypothesis of this study. Findings The findings showed that the PV was related to the customer’s intention to use MMA services and economy-based trust. Trust in service providers and economic-based trust were positively related to customer intentions to use MMA services. Research limitations/implications Although the concept of MMA has been explored in several literatures, the role of trust and PV in the use of MMA has not been of much concern among researchers. In addition, this study described PV as a construction with five supporting dimensions. The current literature showed that the integration of PV with construct trust was still lacking in attention from researchers especially the study of MMA. Practical implications For practitioners, these findings confirmed that MMA service providers need to convince customers of protection to money and personal information. Also, providers need to ensure that the use of MMA provides cost and time effectiveness. Besides, it is important to ensure the services provided to customers are the fastest way to carry out financial transactions, in this case, including payment and retail purchases. This finding also showed that PV related to MMA services needs to be studied from a customer perspective, focusing on four aspects of ethics, playfulness, customer return of investment and excellent service. Therefore, handling PV in these services requires specific strategies to deal with these various aspects. Originality/value This study integrated two dimensions of trust, thus economic trust and service trust, the authors also integrated dimension of PV as the antecedent of two dimensions of trust, to understand the dimension of intention use MMA.

The research problem is posed to determine the intention to use mobile application OneSmile in terms of perceived compatibility, individual mobility and factors of the driver's based on the attitude towards use that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. This study used descriptive design with non-probability sampling method in judgement sampling techniques. The theoretical model in this study was presented in six hypotheses to be tested using Structural Equation Model. The sample was 120 respondents who are residents BSD CITY aged between 26 and 45 years, have mobile banking, and used the internet at minimum from 1 to 3 hours per day. The collection of information is done by giving questionnaires directly to the respondents. The result showed that there is an influence between perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, also the perceived usefulness and the attitude towards use of mobile application OneSmile. Furthermore, attitude towards the use and individual mobility has an impact on the intention to use mobile application OneSmile. The perceived ease of use, however, did not have an affect positively on the attitude towards the use of mobile application OneSmile. In addition, the perceived compatibility resulted that there was no a positive influence on the intention to use mobile application OneSmile. This paper analyzes the relationship between the resources restriction, the entrepreneurs' cognition and the dynamic capability, and using the market research and the structural equation model to test them, it is found that entrepreneurs' cognition of three aspects: namely, environmental alertness, enterprise internal cognition and metacognitive ,which have significant positive influence on dynamic capability, the influence of the environmental alertness on the dynamic capability is the largest among them. At the same time, the resources restriction plays a significant role of regulation for the relationship between entrepreneurs' cognition and dynamic capability.

This study examines dream of ads and exposure to ads on purchase intention, moderated by Price, and Dreams of Ads as mediating variables. This study aims to explore the relationship between these variables to provide additional information in marketing science and to provide information in the field of marketing in creating managerial strategies for companies. The respondents of this research are individuals who have dreamed of their dream products in Indonesia. The analysis test of this research used the method of the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The total sample in this study was 180 respondents. This study shows a positive influence between Exposure to Ads on Dreams of Ads, Dream of Ads on Purchase Intentions, Exposure to Ads on Purchase Intentions, and the moderating role of Price. However, the mediating part of Dreams of Ads between Exposure to Ads and Purchase Intention does not have a significant relationship. The implication of this research is to provide managerial advice to companies in making advertisements that follow the dreams of the company's target market.

Purpose of the study: The primary purpose of this study is to examine the antecedents of the intention to donate on the crowdfunding.  Methodology: The research design of this study is a quantitative technique. The data is primary data based on the survey to active university students in the City of Yogyakarta. The study examines 185 completed questionnaires and analyzes the relationship among variables by employing structural equation model.  Main Findings: Overall, the results support the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB). When other variables are is integrated into the TPB, the variables of past behavior and religiosity, but not moral norm, improve the prediction on the intention to donate significantly.  Applications of this study: In addition to the extension of the TPB, this study suggests that individuals, owner projects or charitable organizations should include past behavior and religiosity components in understanding donor behaviors. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study expands the Theory of Planned Behaviour by integrating additional factors that are considered to improve the explanatory power of the model.
