Tourism at China’s cultural heritage sites has developed rapidly in recent years. These sites have encountered many challenging problems such as poor tourist experience, over-commercialization, and loss of cultural authenticity. This study took the coordinative green development of tourist experience and commercialization of tourism (CGDTECT) at cultural heritage sites as the research objective, using two UNESCO World Heritage Sites—the Ancient City of Pingyao and West Lake Cultural Landscape of Hangzhou—and the Confucius Temple in the historic district of Nanjing as case studies. As such, we attempted to construct an indicator system for CGDTECT at cultural heritage sites. We adopted a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and importance-performance analysis (IPA) method to analyze the importance and performance of CGDTECT from a tourist’s perspective. Our findings show that tourists thought the coordinative green development and experience at the three cultural heritage sites were more important; they were basically satisfied with CGDTECT at the three case studies, so a continuous promotion strategy could be taken. The findings of this study can provide scientific theoretical guidance and practical reference for CGDTECT at cultural heritage sites, and contribute to the scientific protection of cultural heritage sites and the sustainable development of tourism.

An indicator system is established for the suitability of projects linked to the increase/decrease in urban and rural construction land based on the field surveys for the old areas to be dismantled in three administrative villages such as Niulandian Village, Tianjiagou Village and Nanchongsi Village of Tianchi Town in Lezhi County of Sichuan Province, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate indicators. The analysis of evaluation results provides reference for the efficient implementation of projects linked to the increase/decrease in urban and rural construction land.

In order to solve the problem of health evaluation of CNC machine tools, an evaluation method based on grey clustering analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was proposed. The health status grade of in-service CNC machine tools was divided, and the performance indicator system of CNC machine tools was constructed. On the above basis, the relative importance of each performance and its indicators were combined, and grey clustering analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was utilized to evaluate the health status of in-service CNC machine tools to determine their health grade. The proposed health status evaluation method was applied to evaluate the health level of an in-service gantry CNC machine that can be used for the machining propellers, and the results shown that the health status of the whole gantry CNC machine tool is healthy. The proposed evaluation method provides useful references for further in-depth research on the health status analysis and optimization of CNC machine tools.

According to the characteristics of subway construction in Tianjin, a risk assessment indicator system has been established in subway construction. On the basis of traditional AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), the introduction of the concept of triangular fuzzy numbers evaluates the weight of risk factors in a more accurate and objective way. Adopting a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematical model, by constructing membership matrix, the metro construction is not difficult to quantify the risk factors with the scientific evaluation methods. It can be proved that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method used in subway construction process is a scientific, effective evaluation method.

In recent years, natural disasters occur frequently all around the world. Earthquakes and other geological disasters not only are destructive but also lead to serious secondary disasters. In south China’s Sichuan Province, on May the 12th 2008, an earthquake struck Wenchuan area followed by avalanches, landslides and debris flows, threatening the very existence of the 5 world heritage sites, designated by UNESCO, and reducing them to a vulnerable state. In this paper a summary is presented to show the characteristics of the geological disasters such as short duration, strong chain reactions, clear patterns, etc. Based on geological principles and methods and with the application of GIS and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the potential damage and threats will be evaluated and analyzed together with the experience of heritage restoration and protection. With the ample analysis, this present thesis attempts to provide theoretical and practical basis for heritage conservation and management of geological disaster areas.

it's necessary to grade and evaluate the highway freight terminals to reduce logistics cost in China. AHP method was put forward to design the evaluation indicator system of highway freight terminals from 7 dimensions concerned with size, stability, integrity, service management capability, equipment and facilities, space adaptability, informatization level. Then, the empirical analysis on 6 highway freight terminals was conducted with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. By performing weight analysis on relative indicators, the results show that terminal stability, integrity, and service management capability are the critical factors which influence the development of terminals, and should be firstly attended when evaluating and classifying different terminals.

This article builds an efficiency evaluation model. Using AHP method, an evaluation indicator system is established, and the weights of the indicators are calculated. This paper applies Fuzzy Evaluation method to determine the membership function of qualitative and quantitative indicators, and then synthesizes the indicator weights and the evaluation matrix to get the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result. Finally, a case of a certain power transmission & transformation project is studied, and the comprehensive evaluation result of its economic benefit is moderate.

In order to evaluate the environmental impact of tunnel construction in karst areas, this document establishes an indicator system consisting of physical geography, geology and hydrogeology as well as tunnel engineers and 19 specific indicators, along with grades and standards for assessment. The weight of each factor is determined using analytic hierarchy process, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to make a comprehensive evaluation. Basing on investigation and documentary, Xulingguan tunnel is taken as an example, and its environmental impact grade is assessed between very weak and middle, which fits the situation of field observation.

In this paper, an evaluation indicator system of green supply chain in electronics manufacturers is established, including five areas: financial level, business implementation, customer service level, development ability and green degrees. This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the subjective weights, uses the data envelopment analysis to determine the objective weights, uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method (FCE) to evaluate the performance of green supply chain in electronics manufacturers, and has an empirical research.

Eco-environmental carrying capacity of water comprehensively representing the resource and eco-environmental characteristics of water determines the carrying ability of nature ecosystem for socio-economic development. Fushun and Tieling section are chosen as upstream in Liao River Basin to compare the eco-environmental carrying capacity of these two water stream. In this paper, 11 indexes are selected to establish evaluating indicator system, and then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate eco-environmental carrying capacity of water. Result demonstrated: the score value of water eco-environmental carrying capacity of Fushun section is greater than that of Tieling. The little advance of water eco-environmental carrying capacity of Fushun was due to its better nature eco-environment.

According to the characteristics of riverway ecological water use, we choose five major factors which affected ecological water use efficiency of urban riverway to establish indicator system for evaluation, and also determine the evaluation levels and single factor evaluation standard .Upon the basis above, we use the generalized Date Envelopment Analysis model on account of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to contrast the ecological water use efficiencies of ChangZhou city’s riverway from 2000 to 2010. Looking forward to supply urban ecological use efficiency evaluation with new thinking .
