As a sustainable innovation, offering additional services for products (ASP) is rapidly emerging as an increasingly important consideration for manufactories. Although additional services can increase enhance product utility, there is no guarantee that they will be accepted by customers. This may lead to a waste of product and service resources. Customer acceptance is a prerequisite for sustainability. However, existing service evaluation methods do not support the evaluation of customer acceptance of ASP prior to implementation. We confirmed that customer value can be used to evaluate customer acceptance of ASP based on the conclusion that this factor plays a decisive role in customer acceptance and customer value can be used to evaluate products and services. Then we establish an evaluation model to measure the difference in customer value between products with and without ASP. Utility, input, and supply–demand coefficient were used to quantitatively describe the personalised customer value of customer segments. This approach supports manufacturers in the process of estimating customer acceptance of ASP prior to the allocation of service resources to the implementation of procedure. Using this model, manufactories can provide the most acceptable ASP for different customer groups with less service resources. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method to measure customer acceptance were established based on the measurement of customer value of the ASP in the case of portable fire extinguishers.

The development of modern civilization attests to its decisive role in the progressive development of institutions. They identified the difference between Western civilization and the rest of the world. Confirmation of the institutional advantages of the West was its early industrialization. The genesis and formation of institutionalism in its ideological and conceptualmethodological orientation occurs as a process alternative to neoclassic in the context of world heterodoxia, which quickly spread in social science. Highlighting institutional education as a separate area of sociocultural activity is determined by the factor of differentiation of institutional theory as a whole. A feature of institutional education is its orientation toward the individual and his/her transformation into a personality. The content of institutional education is revealed through the analysis of the institution, which includes a set of established customs, traditions, ways of thinking, behavioral stereotypes of individuals and social groups. The dynamics of socio-political, economic transformations in Ukraine requires a review of the foundations of national education and determination of the prospects for its development in the 21st century in the context of institutionalism.

The forthcoming 6G will attempt to rewrite the communication networks’ perspective focusing on a shift in paradigm in the way technologies and services are conceived, integrated and used. In this viewpoint, the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) represents a merger of medical devices and health applications that are connected through networks, introducing an important change in managing the disease, treatments and diagnosis, reducing costs and faults. In 6G, the edge intelligence moves the innovative abilities from the central cloud to the edge and jointly with the complex systems approach will enable the development of a new category of lightweight applications as microservices. It requires edge intelligence also for the service evaluation in order to introduce the same degree of adaptability. We propose a new evaluation model, called CoKnowEMe (context knowledge evaluation model), by introducing an architectural and analytical scheme, modeled following a complex and dynamical approach, consisting of three inter-operable level and different networked attributes, to quantify the quality of IoMT microservices depending on a changeable context of use. We conduct simulations to display and quantify the structural complex properties and performance statistical estimators. We select and classify suitable attributes through a further detailed procedure in a supplementary information document.

HighlightsRegulated deficit irrigation and fertilization ratio were used to test grapes in extremely arid areas.Physiology, yield, and quality indexes of drip irrigation grapes were analyzed accordingly in this study.Single and comprehensive evaluation models were used to evaluate the optimal water and fertilizer treatment.Abstract. Water shortage and chemical fertilizer abuse are important factors restricting grape industry development in Xinjiang. In this study, the physiology, yield and quality indexes of drip irrigation grapes were analyzed, and the water-fertilizer system was properly optimized by a model of combination of single evaluation methods and comprehensive evaluation methods. Five irrigation schemes and three fertilizer ratios were combined to form 15 treatments in Xinjiang, China. Results showed that irrigation and fertilization had different effects on physiology, yield, and quality indicators of grapes in different growth periods, and each index cannot reach its maximum value under the same treatment. Four single evaluation methods of Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Membership Function Analysis (MFA), Gray Correlation Analysis (GCA), and TOPSIS were used to evaluate grapes of 15 water and fertilizer treatments, but there were 9 treatments with a ranking standard deviation greater than 1.0, which was over 60% of all treatments. Through four comprehensive evaluation methods of Average Value, Borda, Copeland, and Fuzzy Borda, single evaluation results were analyzed, and the standard deviations of 13 treatments ranked 1.0 or below, more than 80% of all treatments, and Average Value comprehensive method had the highest compatibility. Therefore, the combination of Average Value method and four single evaluation methods is an appropriate evaluation model. It was determined that W4F2 was the optimal treatment which was performed regulated deficit irrigation in the berry mature period, the irrigation amount, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium fertilizers were sequentially controlled to 694 mm, 235.7, 235.7, and 353.6 kg·ha-1, and its ranking was ranked first under the four comprehensive evaluation methods. This study can provide theoretical guidance for the combined evaluation of water and fertilizer use of drip irrigation grapes in extremely arid regions. The aims of this study is to evaluate the implementation and regulations and legal policies regarding the "Getting Zero To HALINAR" program in The Correctional Institutions (LAPAS) of Class 1 Cipinang Jakarta and the HRM approach are used as treatments to realize zero halinar as one of the conditions required for the implementation of Vision Vision and Correctional Mission The existence of the program has not yet had a positive impact in fostering inmates proven to still be the abuse of the use of mobile phones, extortion and narcotics so that it raises illegal costs (extortion) .This study uses a qualitative approach, a policy evaluation research method. interviews, observations, and literature studies Analysis carried out by following the path determined in the difference evaluation model - DEM The evaluation results of the implementation of the program are relatively effective although they have not yet reached their ideal goals as the Director Circular Correctional Number: PAS-54.PK.01.04.01 of 2013 concerning the program to get zero for halinar. Based on primary data, there were still some problems found in almost every aspect evaluated. Therefore, researchers offer a number of recommendations including increasing integrity by internalizing the contents of the Getting Zero to Halinar program to Officers / Employees / Officers and prisoners in each LAPAS in order to improve HR competencies through education and training, increasing mutual trust in institutions to reduce or eliminate negative excesses from the sectoral egos of each party, strengthening the Employee Internal Control System - SPIP in Cipinang Class IA Laps by ensuring that the working mechanism of the SPIP team at LAPAS runs as it should, and periodic (2 years) evaluation and follow-up evaluation plans .

Purpose This study aims to examine how the degree of value co-creation affects Chinese customers’ evaluations of new tourism and hospitality services, and how the outcome quality moderates this relationship under different conditions. Design/methodology/approach The proposed hypotheses are tested using a self-reporting questionnaire-based survey and two experimental designs. Data analysis entailed hierarchical multiple regression analysis, a simple slope test and a two-way ANOVA. Findings Three component studies assessed boundary conditions for the positive effects of the degree of value co-creation on customers’ evaluations of new services. Studies 1 and 2 indicated that unequivocal high-quality outcomes amplified positive effects, which were reversed by unequivocal low-quality outcomes. Study 3 demonstrated that in Chinese contexts of ambiguous outcomes, the relationship between the degree of co-creation and new service evaluation was positively mediated by self-integration in private contexts and negatively mediated by loss of face in public contexts. Practical implications This study identifies critical factors influencing successful service innovation in China within different contexts. Its finding of context-dependent customer engagement in value co-creation has managerial implications for facilitating favorable new service evaluations. Originality/value This exploratory study addresses a research gap regarding service innovation, offering insights into positive and negative influences of customer value co-creation on new service evaluation, under different outcome quality conditions in the domestic Chinese hospitality and tourism sector.
