Technology adoption is always a difficult task for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) due to lack of resources and other market issues. Many technology challenges adversely affect the sustainable business performance of SMEs. However, the incorporation of Industry 4.0 can overcome various technology issues. The goal of Industry 4.0 is to attain an advanced level of operational effectiveness and productivity, as well as a higher level of automatization. Thus, the objective of this study is to identify the role of Industry 4.0 to promote sustainable business performance in SMEs in Thailand. A survey has been prepared to collect the data from managers of SMEs and analyzed with the help of Partial Least Square. The questionnaire was used to collect the data and questionnaires were distributed by using simple random sampling. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed amongst the managerial staff of SMEs located in Thailand. From these distributed questionnaires, 280 were returned and 270 valid responses were found. Data were analyzed by using Partial Least Square (PLS)-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Findings reveal that Industry 4.0 is a key to the growth of sustainable business performance among SMEs. Elements of Industry 4.0 such as big data, Internet of Things and smart factory have a positive role in promoting information technology (IT) implementation, which contributes to sustainable business performance. Moreover, organization structure and process strengthen the positive relationship between Industry 4.0 and IT implementation.

Market orientation is one of the business culture that produces the best performance through commitment to the customer. The aim of study is to analyze the factors that affect market orientation in operate a business to improve business performance on MSEs in the city of Bogor. The research was conducted on micro small business of tempe in Bogor City. The number of respondents in the research as much as thirty respondents with the determination of respondents by purposive sampling. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with smart partial least squares (smart PLS) approach. The results of this study indicated customer orientation variables significantly affect business performance with the results of T tests 2.996> 1.96, competitor orientation variables significantly affect business performance with the test results T 2.544> 1.96, and variables interfunctional coordination was not significantly affect business performance with test results T 1.687 <1.96. Thus, customer orientation and competitor orientation have significant influence to business performance, while inter-functional coordination factor  not give significant influence to business performance.Keywords : Market Orientation, Partial Least Square

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions through risk taking, self-efficacy, and being proactive during the COVID-19 pandemic. The population in this study were students of class XI and XII majoring in office governance automation who took lessons on creative products and entrepreneurship at SMKN 1 Surabaya using 188 respondents with simple random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results obtained in this study are entrepreneurship education has no significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, risk taking as a mediation has no significant effect between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions, self-efficacy is able to significantly mediate the effect of entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial intentions, proactive is not able to significantly mediate the effect of education entrepreneurship to entrepreneurial intentions. The limitation of this study is that the proposed model was only tested in SMKN 1 Surabaya, students of class XI and XII majoring in office governance automation. Originality in this study is to measure the mediating variables, namely risk taking, self-efficacy, and proactiveness in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intentions.

The entrepreneurial orientation that affects the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jember is a research objective. The study population was 172 micro, small and medium enterprises in Jember. This research uses 100 respondents with simple random sampling technique. The research respondents were the owners of the MSME as informants. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results showed that the autonomous dimension had a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, while the other dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation: innovation, proactivity and risk had no significant effect.

This research aims to investigate the role of Industry 4.0 in the production and service sector in Pakistan. It therefore considers five Industry 4.0 factors, namely big data, smart factory, cyber physical systems (CPS), Internet of things (IoT), and interoperability. In order to analyze the role of Industry 4.0, the textile industry is taken as a production industry, while the logistics industry is considered as a service industry. Both are facing various challenges in production and services causing below standard overall performance. To address this issue, a quantitative research approach with cross-sectional research design was selected. First hand data was collected through a survey questionnaire from a total of 224 employees of textile and logistics companies. Smart partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was preferred to analyze the collected data. Findings of the study revealed that Industry 4.0 has a key role in promoting the production and services sector in Pakistan, as it has a significant impact on the overall performance of the considered sectors. This research is one of the pioneer studies that examines the role of Industry 4.0 on the textile and logistics industry of Pakistan. Thus, this research also contributes in a practical dimension by explaining the implementation of Industry 4.0 for improving the performance of the textile and logistics industries.

Pengisian rekam medis harus akurat agar tercapai informasi yang baik untuk budaya keselamatan pasien. Kekurangan pengisian pada rekam medis menjadi masalah karena rekam medis berisi data yang memberikan informasi tentang  pasien dengan tujuan peningkatan mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepatuhan tenaga kesehatan terhadap Standar Prosedur Operasional rekam medis dalam membangun budaya keselamatan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Gambiran Kota Kediri. Desain penelitian menggunakan mix methode yaitu metode kuantitatif  dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan metode kualitatif dengan depth interview. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yang berjumlah 80 orang terdiri atas dokter,perawat dan bidan dan 10 informan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling dengan menggunakan alat analisis data Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa predisposing factors berpengaruh terhadap perilaku tenaga kesehatan, predisposing factors tidak berpengaruh terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien, enabling factors tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kepatuhan tenaga kesehatan, enabling factors tidak berpengaruh terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien, reinforcing factors tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kepatuhan tenaga kesehatan, reinforcing factors berpengaruh terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien, perilaku kepatuhan tenaga kesehatan berpengaruh terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien, predisposing factors berpengaruh terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien yang dimediasi perilaku kepatuhan,enabling factors tidak berpengaruh terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien yang dimediasi perilaku kepatuhan, reinforcing factors tidak berpengaruh terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien yang dimediasi perilaku kepatuhan.Kata kunci : Kepatuhan, budaya keselamatan pasien, rekam medis.

In the postmodern era of industrialization, sustainable business performance is vital for success in a competitive environment. In order to attain sustainable business performance, Malaysian Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are facing various social and technological challenges. The objective of this study was to examine the roles of social and technological challenges in achieving a sustainable competitive advantage and sustainable business performance. To accomplish this objective, first-hand data were collected from Malaysian SMEs. Opinions of managerial staff of these SMEs were preferred regarding the roles of social and technological challenges in achieving a sustainable competitive advantage and sustainable business performance. An email survey was carried out to collect data. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed among managerial staff of SMEs. Questionnaires were distributed by using simple random sampling. By using structural equation modeling, findings of the study revealed that social and technological challenges played major roles in boosting sustainable competitive advantage and sustainable business performance. Moreover, strategic alignment was a key in reflecting the positive roles of social and technological factors on sustainable competitive advantage. Findings of the study are beneficial for practitioners and will allow their strategies to reflect sustainable competitive advantages and sustainable business performance.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari angket dan diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di lembaga pendidikan tinggi islam sebanyak 75 orang. Metode pemilihan sampel penelitian menggunakan simple random sampling acak tanpa memperhatikan strata anggota populasi karena dianggap telah homogen. Teknik analisis data pengukuran dan pengujian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. In the era of knowledge-based economy, the value-creating activities of the organization ??are not only based on their tangible assets, but the organization's ability to use the intangible assets, will form the main power of their value creating. The aim of this study is to identify the effect of brand experience, service quality and perceived value on loyalty to the brand in the National Bank of Birjand city. Hypothesized relations between the dimensions of brand marketing experience, service quality and perceived value of loyalty, with data that were selected through structured questionnaires from 254 in person clients of National Bank of Birjand by simple random sampling, were collected and analyzed. Research methodology in this study, from the nature dimension is applied and in terms of methodology is descriptive - survey. For the questionnaire validity, content validity was used and for the reliability, the Cronbach's alpha that the results of which were calculated 0.97 for the questionnaire was used and for data analysis, the structural equation modeling method with the partial least square approach of Smart PLS software has been used. The results of the analysis showed that there is a relation between brand experience marketing dimension and perceived value with brand loyalty directly and indirectly (through a mediator variable), however, a direct relationship between the quality of service and loyalty is not confirmed, but through mediator variables, the consent of the brand and trust to the brand the relation was confirmed.

            Business performance is one of the benchmarks of entrepreneurship orientation so that the concept of entrepreneurship orientation of the entrepreneur is important because it has impacts on business performance. The entrepreneurship orientation is shaped by the five dimensions of innovation: risk-taking, proactiveness, competitive aggressiveness, and autonomy. The objective of this study was to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship orientation on business performance of fish abon SME in Makassar. This research employed a Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) 3.0 tool for quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicated that the influence of entrepreneurship orientation had a positive and significant impact on business performance. It could be observed that t-statistic value was 3,302> 1.96 and p-value was 0.001 <0.05, it meant that any improvement to the business adopting entrepreneurship orientation would improve business performance at fish abon SME in Makassar City.
