Due to the heterogeneity, high cost, and harsh environment, ocean observatories demand a flexible, robust, and capable scheme to integrate science instruments. To deal with the challenges of automatic instrument integration and machine-to-machine interaction in ocean observatories, a systematic scheme is proposed based on Zero Configuration Networking (Zeroconf), Programmable Underwater Connector with Knowledge (PUCK), Constrained Application Protocol (CoAP), and Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocols, as well as a smart interface module to achieve instrument plug-and-play and standard communication among heterogeneous ocean instruments. The scheme specifically considers the resource-constrained ocean observatories and machine-to-machine interoperability, which is of great significance to interoperable ocean observatories. The laboratory tests have verified the feasibility of the proposed scheme.

The article discusses the application principles of the industry 4.0 concept to improve the basic technological processes of electronics production. The problems of quality assurance in the automatic installation of printed circuit boards. Examples of the introduction optical inspections and fluoroscopy to reduce the marriage are given. The features of screen printing processes and their control using 2D and 3D inspections are considered. The location structure of the automatic optical inspection installations in the automatic line of printed wiring and communication of the automatic screen printing printer and 3D solder paste inspection is presented. A process model for the automatic installation of printed circuit boards using the elements of Industry 4.0 is presented. The organization of machine-to-machine interaction increases the automation of the system and eliminates the «human factor», as a result of which the production process is accelerated and the probability of occurrence erroneous actions resulting in nonconformities of products with standards is reduced. The tasks of organizing and certification of 3D fluoroscopy electronics, as well as the actual improving tasks the typical automatic assembly line of printed circuit boards, are considered.

Abstract. Web services support the integration and interoperability of Web-based applications and enable machine-to-machine interaction. The concepts of web services and open distributed architecture were applied to the development of T-DSS, the prototype customised for web based hydro-information systems. T-DSS provides mapping services, database related services and access to remote components, with special emphasis placed on output flexibility (e.g. multilingualism), where SOAP web services are mainly used for communication. The remote components are represented above all by distant data and mapping services (e.g. eteorological predictions), modelling and analytical systems (currently HEC-HMS, Modflow and additional utilities), which support decision making in water management.

Managing the convolution of systems is considered as a key confront in computing and is transact with numerous expansion projected at enhanced computerization. Service-oriented architectures (SOA) are predicted to facilitate the prerequisite of a large quantity of varied and contending web services which the potential users will be capable to prefer dynamically, in the intend of receiving at every instance to the best possible assistance for their rationales. Web Services are set of software system designed to support interoperable machine-to-machine interaction over a network. To be adjustable, service arrangement should be performed by energetically picking and compiling the contributing services according to numerous eminence standards, so that the users persistently obtain best possible outcome.

In diabetic foot disease, critical limb ischaemia (CLI) cannot be precisely described using established definitions. For clinical use, the Fontaine classification complemented with any objective verification of a reduced arterial circulation is sufficient for decision making. For scientific purposes, objective measurement criteria should be reported. Assessment of CLI should rely on the physical examination of the limb arteries, complemented by laboratory tests like the shape of the PVR curve at ankle or toe levels, and arteriography. The prognosis of CLI in diabetic foot disease depends on the success of arterial reconstruction. The best prognosis for the patients is with a preserved limb. Reconstructive surgery is the best choice for the majority of patients.
