A museum is an important place for science education for children. The learning method in the museum is reading exhibits and explanations. Museums are investing efforts to quantify interests using questionnaires and sensors to improve their exhibitions and explanations. Therefore, even in places where many people gather, such as in museums, it is necessary to quantify people’s interest by sensing behavior of multiple people. However, this has not yet been realized. We aim to quantify the interest by sensing a wide range of human behavior for multiple people by coordinating multiple noncontact sensors. When coordinating multiple sensors, the coordinates and the time of each sensor differ. To solve these problems, coordinates were transformed using a simultaneous transformation matrix and time synchronization was performed using unified time. The effectiveness of this proposal was verified through experimental evaluation. Furthermore, we evaluated the actual museum content. In this paper, we describe the proposed method and the results of the evaluation experiment.

The problem of combating crime in modern Russia is one of the priority areas of the country's state policy, a condition for ensuring its national security. Penitentiary crime is an integral part of overall crime and depends on it for many indicators. It is common knowledge that in places of deprivation of liberty crimes are committed. These facts reveal serious shortcomings in the functioning of the penal system, especially when crimes are committed in penal settlements, where the population is represented by those convicted of crimes by negligence or those transferred there from correctional institutions with different regime due to their conscious conduct. In crime prevention the organization of the use of basic means of prisoners’ correction, one of which is educational work, takes an important place. In the process of the analysis of the regulatory framework governing educational work, we came to the conclusion that many features of the activities of penal settlements were not reflected at the legislative level. We believe that the legal nature of penal settlement gives the administration of the institution a wide range of opportunities in organizing educational impact. Taking into account the observations of practitioners obtained during the interview process, we proposed a number of changes to the normative base that regulate educational work. Their introduction into legislation, in our opinion, will contribute the improvement of the organization of educational work with prisonerss, which in turn will reduce the level of crime in penal settlements.

Disorders of hemostasis occupy an important place in the structure of vascular diseases and are one of the most frequent pathological conditions encountered in practical medicine. The hemostasis system is naturally the most vulnerable system of the body. Violations of its balance are found in a wide variety of physiological and pathological conditions of the body. It is not uncommon for the first debut of decompensation to lead to an ophthalmologist. In the practice of an ophthalmologist, there are diseases when it is necessary to pay close attention to thrombophilic conditions. Changes in the hemostatic system, affect a wide range of vascular diseases of the eyeball. Recognition of the type of thrombophilia and its timely laboratory diagnosis in patients with vascular diseases of the retina and optic nerve are important in achieving the best treatment results. Multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of vascular diseases of the eyeball and modern diagnostics, including the study of hemostasis, is necessary and relevant to achieve the best clinical and functional treatment result. Timely and correct orientation of patients in vascular pathology is extremely important due to the fact that concomitant systemic pathology can aggravate the course of the disease, therefore, the choice of treatment tactics for this category of patients should be carried out in conjunction with a therapist, cardiologist, hematologist and endocrinologist. Key words: hemostasis, thrombosis CVS, diabet, primary open-angle glaucoma thrombodynamica, cardiovascular pathology.

In this work, we propose a new and simple method to insure an online and automatic detection of faults that affect induction motor rotors. Induction motors now occupy an important place in the industrial environment and cover an extremely wide range of applications. They require a system installation that monitors the motor state to suit the operating conditions for a given application. The proposed method is based on the consideration of the spectrum of the single-phase stator current envelope as input of the detection algorithm. The characteristics related to the broken bar fault in the frequency domain extracted from the Hilbert Transform is used to estimate the fault severity for different load levels through classification tools. The frequency analysis of the envelope gives the frequency component and the associated amplitude which define the existence of the fault. The clustering of the indicator is chosen in a two-dimensional space by the fuzzy c mean clustering to find the center of each class. The distance criterion, the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm and the neural networks are used to determine the fault type. This method is validated on a 5.5-kW induction motor test bench.Article History: Received July 16th 2017; Received: October 5th 2017; Accepted: Januari 6th 2018; Available onlineHow to Cite This Article: Ouanas, A., Medoued, A., Haddad, S., Mordjaoui, M., and Sayad, D. This paper develops a mobile sensing system, the first system used in adaptive resolution urban air quality monitoring. In this system, we employ several taxis as sensor carries to collect originalPM2.5data and collect a variety of datasets, including meteorological data, traffic status data, and geographical data in the city. This paper also presents a novel method AG-PCEM (Adaptive Grid-Probabilistic Concentration Estimation Method) to infer thePM2.5concentration for undetected grids using dynamic adaptive grids. We gradually collect the measurements throughout a year using a prototype system in Xiasha District of Hangzhou City, China. Experimental data has verified that the proposed system can achieve good performance in terms of computational cost and accuracy. The computational cost of AG-PCEM is reduced by about 40.2% compared with a static grid method PCEM under the condition of reaching the close accuracy, and the accuracy of AG-PCEM is far superior as widely used artificial neural network (ANN) and Gaussian process (GP), enhanced by 38.8% and 14.6%, respectively. The system can be expanded to wide-range air quality monitor by adjusting the initial grid resolution, and our findings can tell citizens actual air quality and help official management find pollution sources.

We discuss the recognition of obstacles by detecting a plane using relative disparity maps obtained from a small range image sensor incorporated in a humanoid. Our proposal enables easy plane detection and obstacle recognition using relative disparity from a reference plane alone. We built an integrated controller that feeds back obstacle information to the humanoid. We confirmed through experiments that the humanoid recognized obstacles and autonomously stopped walking.

An Individual method of living on with a daily existence it directly influences on your overall health. Since stress is the significant infection of our human body. Like depression, heart attack and mental illness. WHO says “Globally, more than 264 million people of all ages suffer from depression.”[8]. Also the report says that most of the time people are stressed because of their work. 10.7% of People disorder with stress, anxiety and depression [8]. There are different method to discovering stress ex. Smart watches, chest belt, and extraordinary machine. Our principle objective is to figure out pressure progressively utilizing smart watches through their Sensor. There are different kinds of sensor available to find stress such as PPG, GSR, HRV, ECG and temperature. Smart watches contain a wide range of data through various sensor. This kind of gathered information are applied on various machine learning method. Like linear regression, SVM, KNN, decision tree. Technique have distinct, comparing accuracy and chooses best Machine learning model. This paper investigation have different analysis to find and compare accuracy by various sensors data. It is also check whether using one sensor or multiple sensors such as HRV, ECG or GSR and PPG to predict the better accuracy score for stress detection.

Abstract. In this work we present the development of a prototype, mobile mapping platform with modular design and architecture that can be suitably modified to address effectively both outdoors and indoors environments. Our system is built on the Robotics Operation System (ROS) and utilizes multiple sensors to capture images, pointclouds and 3D motion trajectories. These include synchronized cameras with wide angle lenses, a lidar sensor, a GPS/IMU unit and a tracking optical sensor. We report on the individual components of the platform, it’s architecture, the integration and the calibration of its components, the fusion of all recorded data and provide initial 3D reconstruction results. The processing algorithms are based on existing implementations of SLAM (Simultaneous Localisation and Mapping) methods combined with SfM (Structure-from-Motion) for optimal estimations of orientations and 3D pointclouds. The scope of this work, which is part of an ongoing H2020 program, is to digitize the physical world, collect relevant spatial data and make digital copies available to experts and public for covering a wide range of needs; remote access and viewing, process, design, use in VR etc.
