This work deal with asymptotic almost-periodicity of mild solutions for a class of difference equations with a Weyl-like fractional difference in Banach space. Based on a combination of a decomposition technique and the Krasnoselskii’s fixed point theorem, we establish some new existence theorems of mild solutions with asymptotic almost-periodicity. Our results extend some related conclusions, since (locally) Lipschitz assumption on the nonlinear perturbation is not needed and with Lipschitz assumption becoming a special case. An example is presented to validate the application of our results.

AbstractIn this paper, we establish some sufficient criteria for the existence, uniqueness of discrete weighted pseudo asymptotically periodic mild solutions and asymptotic behavior for nonlinear fractional difference equations in Banach space, where the nonlinear perturbation is Lipschitz type, or non-Lipschitz type. The results are a consequence of application of different fixed point theorems, namely, the Banach contraction mapping principle, Leray-Schauder alternative theorem and Matkowski’s fixed point technique.

We present some results for the asymptotic stability of solutions for nonlinear fractional difference equations involvingRiemann-Liouville-likedifference operator. The results are obtained by using Krasnoselskii's fixed point theorem and discrete Arzela-Ascoli's theorem. Three examples are also provided to illustrate our main results.

We consider a discrete fractional boundary value problem of the formΔαu(t)=f(t+α-1,u(t+α-1)),  t∈[0,T]ℕ0:={0,1,…,T},  u(α-2)=0,  u(α+T)=Δ-βu(η+β),where1<α≤2,β>0,η∈[α-2,α+T-1]ℕα-2:={α-2,α-1,…,α+T-1}, andf:[α-1,α,…,α+T-1]ℕα-1×ℝ→ℝis a continuous function. The existence of at least one solution is proved by using Krasnoselskii's fixed point theorem and Leray-Schauder's nonlinear alternative. Some illustrative examples are also presented.

In this paper, we consider a nonlinear neutral fractional difference equations. By applying Krasnoselskii's fixed point theorem, sufficient conditions for the existence of solutions are established, also the uniqueness of solutions is given. As an application of the main theorems, we provide the existence and uniqueness of the discrete fractional Lotka-Volterra model of neutral type. Our main results extend and generalize the results that are obtained in <cite>Azabut</cite>.

AbstractIn this paper, we study the oscillation behavior for higher order nonlinear Hilfer fractional difference equations of the type $$\begin{aligned}& \Delta _{a}^{\alpha ,\beta }y(x)+f_{1} \bigl(x,y(x+\alpha ) \bigr) =\omega (x)+f_{2} \bigl(x,y(x+ \alpha ) \bigr),\quad x\in \mathbb{N}_{a+n-\alpha }, \\& \Delta _{a}^{k-(n-\gamma )}y(x) \big|_{x=a+n-\gamma } = y_{k}, \quad k= 0,1,\ldots,n, \end{aligned}$$ Δ a α , β y ( x ) + f 1 ( x , y ( x + α ) ) = ω ( x ) + f 2 ( x , y ( x + α ) ) , x ∈ N a + n − α , Δ a k − ( n − γ ) y ( x ) | x = a + n − γ = y k , k = 0 , 1 , … , n , where $\lceil \alpha \rceil =n$ ⌈ α ⌉ = n , $n\in \mathbb{N}_{0}$ n ∈ N 0 and $0\leq \beta \leq 1$ 0 ≤ β ≤ 1 . We introduce some sufficient conditions for all solutions and give an illustrative example for our results.

AbstractIn this paper, an integral inequality and the fractional Halanay inequalities with bounded time delays in fractional difference are investigated. By these inequalities, the asymptotical stability conditions of Caputo and Riemann-Liouville fractional difference equation with bounded time delays are obtained. Several examples are presented to illustrate the results.

In a previous paper (2) of the author, there was given a treatment of Tauberian theorems for Laplace transforms with values in an arbitrary Banach space. Now, in § 2 of the present paper, this kind of technique is applied to the more special case of Laplace transforms with values in a Banach lattice, and investigations are made on what additional results can be obtained by taking into account the existence of an ordering relation in the space. The general argument is again based on Widder (5) to which frequent references are made.
