Nickel-based catalysts play an important role in the hydrogen-free deoxygenation for the production of biofuel. The yield and quality of the biofuel are critically affected by the physicochemical properties of NiO supported on nanosized zeolite Y (Y65, crystal size of 65 nm). Therefore, 10 wt% NiO supported on Y65 synthesized by using impregnation (IM) and deposition–precipitation (DP) methods were investigated. It was found that preparation methods have a significant effect on the deoxygenation of triolein. The initial rate of the DP method (14.8 goil·h−1) was 1.5 times higher than that of the IM method (9.6 goil·h−1). The DP-Y65 showed the best deoxygenation performance with a 80.0% conversion and a diesel selectivity of 93.7% at 380 °C within 1 h. The outstanding performance from the DP method was due to the smaller NiO particle size (3.57 ± 0.40 nm), high accessibility (H.F value of 0.084), and a higher Brönsted to Lewis acidity (B/L) ratio (0.29), which has improved the accessibility and deoxygenation ability of the catalyst. The NH4+ released from the decomposition of the urea during the DP process increased the B/L ratio of zeolite NaY. As a result, the pretreatment to convert Na-zeolite to H-zeolite in a conventional zeolite synthesis can be avoided. In this regard, the DP method offers a one-pot synthesis to produce smaller NiO-supported nanosized zeolite NaY with a high B/L ratio, and it managed to produce a higher yield with selectivity towards green diesel via deoxygenation under a hydrogen-free condition.

Показано влияние способа подготовки экстрагента для диффузионного процесса на качество продуктов диффузионного отделения диффузионного сока и свекловичного жома. Рассмотрены три способа подготовки поликомпонентного экстрагента обработка сернистым ангидридом, подкисление серной кислотой и подкисление серной кислотой с добавлением суспензии гипса. Установлено, что наибольшим эффектом угнетения мезофильных аэробных и факультативноанаэробных микроорганизмов и плесневых грибов 77,5 и 83,0 соответственно обладает сульфитированный экстрагент. Диффузионный сок, полученный с использованием сульфитированного экстрагента, является наиболее стерильным: эффект угнетения МАФАнМ составляет 91,7. Выявлено влияние способов подготовки экстрагента на модуль упругости свекловичной стружки и степень ее прессования. Установлено, что прирост содержания сухих веществ в прессованном жоме при обработке сульфитированным экстрагентом составляет около 3,3, что выше, чем при обработке экстрагентом, подкисленным серной кислотой и подкисленным серной кислотой с добавлением суспензии гипса. Сульфитационная обработка экстрагента способствует повышению чистоты диффузионного сока на 1,45 по сравнению с другими способами подготовки экстрагента. Усредненная величина показателя цветности, ед. оптической плотности, составила для образцов диффузионных соков, полученных при использовании экстрагента: сульфитированного 349,65 подкисленного серной кислотой 1869,63 подкисленного серной кислотой с добавлением гипса 466,54. Установлено, что экстрагент, обработанный сернистым ангидридом, способствует повышению качества продуктов диффузионного отделения. The influence of the method of preparation of the extragent for the diffusion process on the quality of diffusion facility semiproducts diffusion juice and beet pulp is shown. It was found that extragent with treatment by sulfuric anhydride has the greatest effect of inhibition of mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms and fungi 77,5 and 83,0 respectively. The diffusion juice, obtained using extragent with treatment by sulfuric anhydride is the most sterile: the effect of the oppression of mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms is 91,7. The influence of extragent preparation methods on the elastic modulus of beet cossettes and the degree of its pressing was revealed. It was found that the increase in the content of solids in the pressed pulp when treated with extragent with treatment by sulfuric anhydride is about 3,3, which is higher than when treated with an extragent acidified with sulfuric acid and acidified with sulfuric acid with the addition of gypsum suspension. The extragent with treatment by sulfuric anhydride helps improve the purity of the diffusion juice by 1,45 compared with extragents that are processed in other ways. The average values of chromaticity, units of optical density, was for samples of the diffusion juice, obtained using an extragent: treatment with sulfuric anhydride 349,65 acidified with sulfuric acid 1869,63 acidified with sulfuric acid and containing gypsum 466,54. It was found that the extragent prepared by treatment with sulfuric anhydride improves the quality of diffusion separation products.

Представлены экспериментальные данные о влиянии капельного орошения на урожайность и качество плодов томата при выращивании культуры в открытом грунте Московской области. На плодородных аллювиальных луговых почвах Москворецкой поймы при соблюдении агротехники без орошения в среднем за три года исследований в полевых условиях получена урожайность томата F1 Донской 31,9 т/га, с орошением 48,5 т/га, в т.ч. стандартной продукции 42,6 т/га.The article presents experimental data on the effect of drip irrigation on the yield and quality of tomato fruits when growing crops in open ground of the Moscow Region. On fertile alluvial meadow soils of the Moscow river floodplain, with the observance of agricultural technology without irrigation, the field yield of tomato hybrid F1 Donskoi on average for three years of research was 31.9 t/ha, with irrigation 48.5 t/ha, incl. standard production 42.6 t/ha.

Приведены результаты исследований по изучению влияния промышленной технологии возделывания картофеля на развитие, урожайность и качество продукции. Выявлена положительная реакция растений на подкормку K2SO4 в период посадки. Корреляционно-регрессионный анализ урожайности и качества клубней выявил высокую степень достоверности результатов опыта. Содержание нитратов и тяжелых металлов в клубнях было ниже допустимых величин.The results of studies on the impact of industrial technology of potato cultivation on growth, yield and quality of products. There was a positive response of plants to fertilizer K2SO4 in the period of planting. Correlation and regression analysis of yield and quality of tubers revealed a high degree of reliability of the results of experience. The contents of nitrates and heavy metals in tubers was below the permissible values.

The main purpose of this research was to observer effect co-solvent type (n-Hexane, chloroform and without co-solvent)  toward yield and quality of biodiesel via in situ transesterification process using microwave irradiation. The process was studied at microwave power 450 watt, reaction time 4 minutes, methanol to seed ratio 25:1 and catalyst concentration 5%. The physicochemical parameters of the biodiesel produced such as viscosity, density and acid value were analysed and compared with the SNI 7182-2012 standard. The experimental result showed the maximum yield biodiesel 78,32% obtained by using co-solvent chloroform.Test result of physicochemical properties (viscosity, density and acid value) of biodiesel products using co solvent n-Hexane, chloroform and without co solvent showed that these products conform to the SNI 7182-2012 standars. The type of co-solvent only affectedon biodiesel yield dan not affected on biodiesel quality (viscosity, density and acid value).  ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh jenis co-solvent (n-Hexane, chloroform dan tanpa co-solvent) terhadap rendemen dan mutu biodiesel secara trasesterifikasi in situ menggunakan radiasi gelombang mikro. Proses dilakukan pada daya gelombang mikro 450 watt, waktu reaksi 4 menit, perbandingan berat metanol terhadap bahan baku 25:1 dan jumlah katalis 5%. Parameter fisiko kimia dari produk biodiesel seperti viskositas, densitas dan angka asam di analisa dan dibandingkan dengan standar SNI 7182-2012 tentang biodiesel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rendemen maksimum biodiesel sebesar 78,32% diperoleh dengan menggunakan co-solvent chloroform. Hasil pengujian  karakteristik fisiko kimia (viskositas, densitas dan angka asam) dari produk biodiesel menggunakan co-solvent n-Hexane, chloroform dan tanpa co-solvent menunjukkan bahwa semua parameter ini masih memenuhi standar SNI 1782-2012 tentang biodiesel. Jenis co-solvent hanya berpengaruh pada rendemen biodiesel dan tidak berpengaruh terhadap mutu biodiesel (viskositas, densitas dan bilangan asam).Kata kunci: co-solvent, in situ transesterifikasi, microwave, rendemen, mutu

The results of elements development of varietal agrotechnics of a new high-potential line 238h of winter triticale presented. It was identified that under the conditions of 2020 the most cost effective fertilizer system is an early spring application of NPK (S) (15-15-15 (10)) at a dose of 200kg/ha. The profitability level of this fertilizer was 88,9%.
