Start-ups are launched every day, and most of them will fail at the same pace. Worldwide unemployment has become a major concern due to the geometric increase in the population. However, job opportunities are not created at the same pace as the overall population, and jobless people are becoming a burden on the economy. This situation led to introduce a system that helps people become self-employed and gives dignity to their lives. Prior studies reported that many factors could motivate an individual to pursue entrepreneurial projects. However, there is still a gap in identifying a path that promotes entrepreneurial intention among young graduates. Therefore, the purpose of the current study is to determine the effect of self-motivation, family support, peer influence, and institutional support on entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial skills, propensity to take risks, and innovativeness. Data were collected from 416 business students from six public and private sector universities in Pakistan. The results revealed that self-motivation, family support, peer influence, and institutional support positively and significantly affected entrepreneurial intention. The mediating role of entrepreneurial skills, a propensity to take risks, and innovativeness also enhances entrepreneurial intention among young graduates. A categorical analysis was conducted to explain the characteristics of the individuals motivated to launch start-ups. The results revealed a significant difference in the grouping variables of gender and education. The conceptual model provides more pronounced results in the case of male and post-graduate students. These findings may motivate young graduates to start new venture capital start-ups based on open business models. In this way, they can contribute to the complex and evolutionary economics that accelerate efficiency through technological innovation.

Pregnancy is a condition in which the fetus is conceived in the mother's body, which begins with the fertilization process. Lack of iron during pregnancy will lead to iron deficiency anemia and can cause bleeding during delivery, facilitate infection and decrease the carrying capacity of acid. The need for pregnant women for Fe increases (for the formation of placenta and red blood cells) by 200-300%, about 300 mg of Fe is transferred to the fetus so that 50-75 mg for the formation of placenta, 450 mg for increasing the amount of red blood and 200 mg disappears when The type of research in this research is descriptive analytic using cross sectional design. In this study, the independent variables are motivation, the role of health workers and family support, the dependent variable is the regularity of consuming Fe tablets. Based on the statistical test, it was obtained p value 0.007 ˂ 0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between poor motivation and irregularity in consuming Fe tablets in the working area of Puskesmas with difficult water. Based on statistical tests, p value is 0.001 0.05, which means there is a significant relationship There is a significant difference between the role of health workers and irregularity in consuming Fe tablets in the working area of Puskesmas with difficulty in water. Mediation is used more and more commonly by specialists in working with other people. Its principles are used by teachers, lawyers, social workers, probation officers etc. Rarely, however, it is presented in the context of tasks performed by family assistants. The aim of the article is to reflect on the possibilities of using it by these specialists working in a family environment where institutional support is necessary. Preliminary considerations concern the specifics of the needs of the modern family and the assumptions of the restorative justice paradigm in the field of mediation – one of its constructive forms of conflict resolution. Literature review allows to indicate the place of mediation in the work of family assistants in the aspect of: formally and informally fulfilling the role of mediator, transferring knowledge about mediation to clients, developing clients’ social competences and cooperation with other family support specialists.

The role of entrepreneurship in job creation and unemployment reduction is well established by prior studies. Hence, one of the ways to address the unemployment issue among young graduates in Malaysia is to explore how entrepreneurial intention could be embraced into the broader context of the country's education system. Empirical research found that prior studies on entrepreneurship education in Malaysia tends to focus on reviewing educational policies, issue and challenges. The concept of the entrepreneurial intention determinants beyond entrepreneurial education remains ambiguous. Hence, this study advances the discussion in entrepreneurship education by reviewing determinants for entrepreneurial intention from holistic perspective by integrating Model of Personality Traits and the theory of planned behavior (TPB). Five determinants for entrepreneurial intention are identified from literature review, which are entrepreneurship attitude, subjective norm, behavior control, entrepreneurship education and personality traits. The study is quantitative based, 360 questionnaires were distributed to the undergraduates from three faculties of a public university in Malaysia, with 199 responded. Data was analyzed via Pearson correlation and ANOVA analysis. Finding from the study suggested all the five entrepreneurial determinants are significantly correlated with entrepreneurial intention, and there is no significant difference on entrepreneurial intention based on faculty. However, one of the remarkable finding is Entrepreneurship Education is viewed as determinant with the lowest correlation coefficient with entrepreneurial intention. The implication of this finding is perhaps the content of entrepreneurial education shall emphasize on cultivating students’ entrepreneurial attitude, behavioral and personality rather than the theoretical part of entrepreneurial and entrepreneurship.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to provide an interpretative framework for the high market capitalisation companies (unicorns) universe, especially with the deployment of the mobile internet. The paper attempts to account for this global trend and to describe its global setting (global data), and its various components. Design/methodology/approach This paper originates from a research meant to document the phenomenon of high market capitalisation companies (unicorns) through the investigation of a qualitative sample of companies. The paper is based on desk research, a review of literature, review of the technical journals and analysis of annual reports. Going beyond the observations gathered from the sample, the research found that the transformations of the mobile communications ecosystem could provide an adequate framework to understand and put in perspective this phenomenon. Findings The paper defined unicorns as information technology (IT)-based (software mostly but hardware as well) start-ups that bridge pent-up demand and supply through innovative services and products mostly rooted in the mobile internet wave and the opportunities it brings along. The paper shows that smartphones as games changers facilitate the entry of new players in the mobile markets coming either from the IT sector or from Asia, much to the detriment of the European Union (EU) industry grappling with legacy business models. These companies derived the most from a mobile-first approach and have an outstanding number of unicorns. The paper identifies a potential telecom policy failure especially in the EU: policies have been tilted towards the supply side, without enough consideration of demand. The paper suggests that the EU, after having lead the previous wave, may have missed the last one (mobile broadband) not only from a policy but also from an industry viewpoint. Research limitations/implications More research should be done to better investigate what might have been the causes of this apparently missed mobile turn in Europe. The paper deals mostly with the cases of Asia and the USA. As the paper concentrates on the issue of unicorns and mobile technology, some other aspects of the mobile markets may not be taken into account. Practical implications The paper suggests reconsidering some policies in the field, to better take into account the role of consumers and to improve the link with other policies like innovation policies. Social implications The paper attempts at giving a better understanding of the evolution of demand and its role in the making of some new services. The paper does not deal with other societal issues like privacy or data. Originality/value The main assumption about the role of the mobile internet can shed some light not only about related developments such as the app economy but also about the business and technological environment of an array of start-ups, some of them having reached impressive market capitalisation. The paper reveals how this mobile wave is reshuffling companies, sectors, and geographies. The paper provides one of the first analysis of the unicorn phenomenon.

The functioning of families with a disabled child is associated with many difficulties and problems, which are not families with children experiencing non disabled. It can be argued that the mere fact of having a child with a disability is a crisis situation and can cause interference to the basic functions of the family. The lack of sufficient institutional support for this type of families and their members entails, among other things, to activate and use of family support networks. In the case of children, disability is the result of defects and diseases acquired early in life. Their condition may improve, stay the same, but also deteriorate. Sometimes the child’s illness is irreversible, although the degree of health deficits may change – the course of his future life will depend on how the family and it itself will cope with his disability. Life chances of these children will be in large part depend on what they earn in the early stages of development, which mastered social skills and how to develop their abilities. That’s why so important is the role of the family of a disabled child in preparing him for an independent life in society as far as its features. The subject of a paper presented causes and effects of crisis situations and ways to cope with difficulties primarily economic, educational or rehabilitation in families with a disabled child.
