Entrepreneurial skills and digital competence are two basic competences in people’s education in the 21st century. They are also transversal competences in university degrees. We carried out an analysis of European models, which suggest areas and indicators within these two competencies (entrepreneurial and digital), with the ultimate goal of elaborating an original model of digital entrepreneurship competence, which we have named EmDigital. This analysis was performed by means of a qualitative approach and the combination of documentary analysis techniques, focus-group discussion and expert judgement through the Delphi method in a sequence of four consecutive phases. The proposed EmDigital model encompasses 4 areas, 15 sub-competences and 45 indicators. This model will be useful for the design of descriptive types of tests and certification tests, as well as for the design of formative proposals both for professors and for students of higher studies. Furthermore, the model will lead to new lines of research in the area of competence-based training.

This article aims to describe how the model of integrated political education based on the five qualities of the Padang branch of the Islamic Student Association (HMI). The problem is focused on the Padang branch HMI integrated political education model. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data is collected through documentation studies, interviews, observations, and FGD (focus group discussion). Data were analyzed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and decision making. Data validity was tested by source triangulation. This study concludes that the integrated political education model based on the five qualities of the HMI aspirants of the Padang branch is based on the objectives of the HMI with formal, non-formal and informal forms of political education.

The objectives of research include; first, to describe what local Islamic working ethos are as the basis for the resilience of songkok, whip and slap handicraft businesses in Serah Panceng Gresik Village. Second, to describe the resilience of the songkok, whip and slap handicraft business in the village of Serah Panceng Gresik. This study is a qualitative-descriptive study with the aim of understanding the phenomena experienced by the subject of research including behavior, perception, motivation, and action holistically by utilizing various scientific methods. Data collection methods include; Observation, In-depth Interview or Focus Group Discussion, Documentation. Data analysis techniques include: processing and preparing data for analysis, reading the entire data, analyzing in more detail by coding data, considering detailed instructions that can help the coding process, giving descriptions that will be presented in the report, interpreting and interpreting data. The results showed that in Serah Village local Islamic working ethos were preserved by the community, such as alms giving, reading dziba', reading tahlil, attending haul akbar, and reading sholawat together every Friday. Although in the tradition it does not involve songkok, whip, and slap directly, there is a good impact to support the resilience of songkok, but not whip, and slap production. Religious rituals by praying together asking Allah to facilitate and carry out business in production songkok, whip, and slap are an expression of gratitude for what God gave to the people of Serah Village. As the Indonesian government has been committed, that the national development should be puting more focus from the outer-ring or rural areas. One of the instrument to boost the rural development is Village Fund. This decentralization transfer purposively targets to improve the village society’s welfare and alleviate social gap existed among societies. Village-owned enterprise (Badan Usaha Milik Desa or BUMDes) is provided as one of the strategic mechanism to create the welfare by proactively engage the community itsefl. In fact, BUMDes may incorporate Village Fund as capital alternative to support their establishment. This paper highlights the crucial factors in order to establish a village-owned enterprise (BUMDes) in case of Cibogo Village, Cisauk Sub-regency, Tangerang Regency. The study deploys a qualitative approach. To collect the data, we are scouting, interviewing and establishing Focused-Group Discussion that involving the possible parties which may contributes in creating BUMDes. The result has not yet concluded as the process of the research still going on. We predicts that the communities engagement, empowerment and also government support should be taken into account in the early process of establishing BUMDes. Eventually, proactive society’s control and participatory would be decent factors to support the operations of BUMDes itself.

Social media is a necessity for everyone in communicating and exchanging information. Social media users do not know the boundaries of age, generation, gender, ethnicity, and religion. However, what is interesting is the user among housewives. This study took the research subjects of housewives. Housewives are chosen as research subjects because they are pillars or pillars in a household. If the pillar is strong, then the household will also be healthy. Thus, if we want to build a resilient and robust generation, we will start from the housewives. A healthy household starts from strong mothers too. This study aims to find out the insights of the housewives of Kanoman village regarding the content on smartphones and social media and provide knowledge of social media literacy to housewives. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using participant observation, interviews, focus group discussion (FGD), and documentation. The results of the study showed that previously housewives had not experienced social media literacy. Then the researchers took steps to be able to achieve the desired literacy results. Researchers took several steps to make them become social media literates. They become able to use social media, understand social media, and even produce messages through social media.

<p>This research began from the emergence of character problems or character crisis by shifting the students’ ethics values in the school. Where the students don’t respect teachers and friends, there is brawl among students, even violence occurs in the classroom, this is a threat of disintegration of the nation. The formulation of the problem is how the strengthening strategy of character education. The purpose of this research is to know the strengthening strategy of character education in the school, related to implementation, monitoring evaluation, supporting factors, obstacles and obtained result. The research method used qualitative approach on natural subject or natural setting, by using observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques through data reduction, verification and took a conclusions of processed data. The research was held at SMK 45 and SMK IT NU Saguling, West Bandung. The result of this study. Students become intent on strengthening the character education activities, responsive to social activities in the society, although not all students can implement it yet. The level of discipline is good because students feel shy if they aren’t disciplined, the result of the shame cultural, some students who used to come late to be in time even though not all students feel ashamed when coming late. The supporting factors the implementation of the strengthening of character education in the schools is a good strategy from the principal, the committee and a team of the parent class of students. The Obstacle factors, the shame culture is not held in the school yet, not all teachers become a role models in the schools who give good examples for students. Not all teacher become a strong and intelligent character. So that the presence of educators is as a key actor in the learning process, a professional and have a strong and intelligent character must really have atmosphere in the school, because through educators who have strong and intelligent character will create human resources which is a reflection of a nation that has strong and intelligent character, and virtuous morals.</p><p>Penelitian ini berawal dari munculnya permasalahan karakter atau krisis karakter dengan menggeser nilai-nilai etika siswa di sekolah. Dimana siswa tidak menghargai guru dan teman, terjadi tawuran antar siswa, bahkan terjadi kekerasan di dalam kelas, ini menjadi ancaman disintegrasi bangsa. Rumusan masalah adalah bagaimana strategi penguatan pendidikan karakter. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi penguatan pendidikan karakter di sekolah terkait dengan pelaksanaan, evaluasi monitoring, faktor pendukung, kendala dan hasil yang diperoleh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pendekatan kualitatif pada subjek alam atau setting alam, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, verifikasi dan pengambilan kesimpulan dari data olahan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK 45 dan SMK IT NU Saguling, Bandung Barat. Hasil penelitian ini. Siswa berkeinginan kuat untuk memperkuat kegiatan pendidikan karakter, tanggap terhadap kegiatan sosial di masyarakat, meskipun belum semua siswa dapat melaksanakannya. Tingkat kedisiplinannya baik karena siswa merasa malu jika tidak didisiplinkan akibat adanya budaya malu, sebagian siswa yang dulunya terlambat datang tepat waktu padahal tidak semua siswa merasa malu jika datang terlambat. Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter di sekolah adalah strategi yang baik dari kepala sekolah, komite dan tim kelas orang tua siswa. Faktor penghambatnya, belum adanya budaya malu di sekolah, belum semua guru menjadi panutan di sekolah yang memberikan keteladanan yang baik bagi siswa. Tidak semua guru menjadi karakter yang kuat dan cerdas. Sehingga keberadaan pendidik sebagai aktor kunci dalam proses pembelajaran, seorang yang profesional dan berkarakter kuat dan cerdas haruslah benar-benar memiliki atmosfir di sekolah, karena melalui pendidik yang berkarakter kuat dan cerdas akan tercipta sumber daya manusia yang merupakan cerminan. bangsa yang memiliki karakter kuat dan cerdas, serta berakhlak mulia.</p>

<p>Entrepreneurship is very important to instill independence in the younger generation. There are a number of things that have an important influence on a child's soul, including family, school and the environment. The role of the family, especially mothers as early educators who put the most important foundation for the growth of the personality and maturity of children's thinking. There are several research focuses that exist in, among others, (1) to know parents in instilling entrepreneurial education values in the central tempe chips industry in Sanan, Malang. (2) to knowing the form or result of the cultivation of entrepreneurial education values in the central tempe chips industry in Sanan, Malang (3) to knowing the obstacles in cultivating entrepreneurial education values in the Tempe chips industry center in Sanan, Malang. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of research of community phenomena because researchers take data directly in the field. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. The conclusion of this study is the role of parents in instilling entrepreneurial values is to guide and support the activities of their children in the field of entrepreneurship. The results have been well implemented through habituation. The obstacle in implementing entrepreneurship for children is the lack of parental trust so that it is difficult to teach entrepreneurship, it is difficult to determine which products are sold because they are too expensive, and the difficulty of the child to divide time.</p><p class="CPKeyword"><em><strong>Keywords: the role of parents; entrepreneurship</strong></em></p>

This study aim to explain phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria and describing the triggering factors of conflict Syria and the analysis of Alawie group in Syria. The type of this study uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method, because the data collection techniques used make books and documents related to the Arab spring in Syria as a reference frame, as well as some data from a valid website. Data analysis techniques through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions in which data verification is also accompanied by triangulation of data sources. The results showed that the phenomenon of Arab spring that occurred in Syria converged on inter-ethnic conflict that occurred between the Sunni-Alawie, then triggered by the phenomenon of Arab spring that spread in the Middle East.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengaruh tahta tertinggi dan perlawanan kaum subaltern pada novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori postkolonialisme Gayatri Spivak. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini  mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data novel Arok Dedes  yang berkisah tentang kudeta di Tanah Jawa. Data penelitian ini adalah kata, kalimat, paragraf, yang terdapat dalam novel Arok Dedes karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer dengan menggunakan teori poskolonial Ggayatri Spivak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi atau pustaka. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisia deskriptif. This research to describe the strategy of Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic boarding school dealing with modernization challenges. The focus of his research is the strategy used by Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School deal with the challenges of modernization? 2). the activities forms of the Boarding School's deal with it. 3). the supporting and obstacle factors in the implementation it. This study is a qualitative approach in the form of case study. Data collection methods are done through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display and verification. Al Urwatul Wutsqo's Islamic boarding school strategy dealing with modernization is providing integrated education of faith and piety in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith. The activities are to love Allah and the hereafter is amal sholih, thariqah, recitation, istighatsah, etc.

The objective of this research was to provide an understanding of cohesion and coherence in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia with title Kemenperin Jamin Serap Garam Rakyat. The research method used is the method of content analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques begin with data reduction, data tabulation, data classification, data interpretation, and conclusions. The results show that in the news text in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia there is a more dominant cohesion found pronouns, ellipsis, and conjunctions or hyphens. Then, the coherence that is found is the relationship of contradictions, general specific relationships, comparison relationships, causal relationships, review relationships, and referral relationships.
