In this paper, a hesitant probabilistic fuzzy multiple attribute group decision making is studied. First, some Einstein operations on hesitant probability fuzzy elements such as the Einstein sum, Einstein product, and Einstein scalar multiplication are presented and their properties are discussed. Then, several hesitant probabilistic fuzzy Einstein aggregation operators, including the hesitant probabilistic fuzzy Einstein weighted averaging operator and the hesitant probabilistic fuzzy Einstein weighted geometric operator and so on, are introduced. Moreover, some desirable properties and special cases are investigated. It is shown that some existing hesitant fuzzy aggregation operators and hesitant probabilistic fuzzy aggregation operators are special cases of the proposed operators. Further, based on the proposed operators, a new approach of hesitant probabilistic fuzzy multiple attribute decision making is developed. Finally, a practical example is provided to illustrate the developed approach.

We investigate the multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) problems with hesitant triangular fuzzy information. Firstly, definition and some operational laws of hesitant triangular fuzzy elements are introduced. Then, we develop some hesitant triangular fuzzy aggregation operators based on Bonferroni means and discuss their basic properties. Some existing operators can be viewed as their special cases. Next, we apply the proposed operators to deal with multiple attribute decision-making problems under hesitant triangular fuzzy environment. Finally, an illustrative example is given to show the developed method and demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.

Some hybrid aggregation operators have been developed based on linguistic hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy information. The generalized linguistic hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid weighted averaging (GLHIFHWA) operator and the generalized linguistic hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy hybrid geometric mean (GLHIFHGM) operator are defined. Some special cases of the new aggregation operators are studied and many existing aggregation operators are special cases of the new operators. A new multiple attribute decision making method based on the new aggregation operators is proposed and a practical numerical example is presented to illustrate the feasibility and practical advantages of the new method.

Abstract The Hamacher product is a t-norm and the Hamacher sum is a t-conorm. They are good alternatives to the algebraic product and the algebraic sum, respectively. Nevertheless, it seems that most of the existing hesitant fuzzy aggregation operators are based on algebraic operations. In this paper, we utilize Hamacher operations to develop some Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy aggregation operators: Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy Hamacher weighted average operator, Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy Hamacher weighted geometric operator, Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy Hamacher ordered weighted average operator, Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy Hamacher ordered weighted geometric operator, Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy Hamacher hybrid average operator, and Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy Hamacher hybrid geometric operator. The prominent characteristics of these proposed operators are studied. Then, we utilize these operators to develop some approaches for solving the Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy multiple-attribute decision-making problems. Finally, a practical example is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.

We first define an accuracy function of hesitant fuzzy elements (HFEs) and develop a new method to compare two HFEs. Then, based on Einstein operators, we give some new operational laws on HFEs and some desirable properties of these operations. We also develop several new hesitant fuzzy aggregation operators, including the hesitant fuzzy Einstein weighted geometric (HFEWGε) operator and the hesitant fuzzy Einstein ordered weighted geometric (HFEWGε) operator, which are the extensions of the weighted geometric operator and the ordered weighted geometric (OWG) operator with hesitant fuzzy information, respectively. Furthermore, we establish the connections between the proposed and the existing hesitant fuzzy aggregation operators and discuss various properties of the proposed operators. Finally, we apply the HFEWGεoperator to solve the hesitant fuzzy decision making problems.

In this article, we proposed new Pythagorean trapezoidal uncertain linguistic fuzzy aggregation information—namely, the Pythagorean trapezoidal uncertain linguistic fuzzy Einstein weighted averaging (PTULFEWA) operator, the Pythagorean trapezoidal uncertain linguistic fuzzy Einstein ordered weighted averaging (PTULFEOWA) operator, and the Pythagorean trapezoidal uncertain linguistic fuzzy Einstein hybrid weighted averaging (PTULFEHWA) operator—using the Einstein operational laws. We studied some important properties of the suggested aggregation operators and showed that the PTULFEHWA is more general than the other proposed operators, which simplifies these aggregation operators. Furthermore, we presented a multiple attribute group decision making (MADM) process for the proposed aggregation operators under the Pythagorean trapezoidal uncertain linguistic fuzzy (PTULF) environment. A numerical example was constructed to determine the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed approach. Lastly, a comparative analysis was performed of the presented approach with existing approaches to show that the proposed method is consistent and provides more information that may be useful for complex problems in the decision-making process.

Linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (LIFNs) is a new concept in describing the intuitionistic fuzzy information, which membership and non-membership are expressed by linguistic terms, so it can more easily express the fuzzy information, and some research results on LIFNs have been achieved. However, in the existing researches, some linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy aggregation operators are based on the traditional operational rules, and they have some drawbacks for multi-attribute decision making (MADM) in the practical application. In order to overcome these problems, in this paper, we proposed some improved operational rules based on LIFNs and verified their some properties. Then we developed some aggregation operators to fuse the decision information represented by LIFNs, including the improved linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging (ILIFWA) operator and the improved linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy weighted power average (ILIFWPA) operator. Further, we proved their some desirable properties. Based on the ILIFWA operator and the ILIFWPA operator, we presented some new methods to deal with the multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems under the linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy environment. Finally, we used some practical examples to illustrate the validity and feasibility of the proposed methods by comparing with other methods.

Abstract The paper determinations to present the impression of dombi aggregation operators for the q-rung orthopair trapezoidal hesitant dombi fuzzy numbers. The q-rung orthopair trapezoidal hesitant dombi fuzzy statistics is an imperative idea. On the other indicator, the association between the diverse combines of the qualities are well chronicled in rapports of dombi operators. Thus, possession these compensations of q-rung orthopair trapezoidal hesitant dombi fuzzy number, the impartial of this work is to describe numerous weighted averaging and geometric aggregation operators. The numerous possessions and the extraordinary cases of them are also derived. Further, the consequences of proposed new dombi aggregation operators are studied in view of some constraints. Finally, a multiple attribute decision making algorithm, based on the proposed operators, is established to solve the problems with uncertain data and exemplify with arithmetical instances. A relative assignment, domination check and discussion of the intentional approach are provided to authorize the methodology.

The paper proposes a generalized ordered weighted simplified neutrosophic cosine similarity (GOWSNCS) measure by combining the cosine similarity measure of simplified neutrosophic sets (SNSs) with the generalized ordered weighted averaging (GOWA) operator and investigates its properties and special cases. Then, the author develops a simplified neutrosophic group decision-making method based on the GOWSNCS measure to handle multiple attribute group decision-making problems with simplified neutrosophic information. The prominent characteristics of the GOWSNCS measure are that it not only is a generalization of the cosine similarity measure but also considers the associated weights for attributes and decision makers in the aggregation of the cosine similarity measures of SNSs to alleviate the influence of unduly large or small similarities in the process of information aggregation. Finally, an illustrative example of investment alternatives is provided to demonstrate the application and effectiveness of the developed approach.

The objective of this paper is to present novel algorithms for solving the multiple attribute decision-making problems under the possibility intuitionistic fuzzy soft set (PIFSS) information. The prominent characteristics of the PIFSS are that it considers the membership and nonmembership degrees of each object during evaluation and their corresponding possibility degree. Keeping these features, this paper presents some new operation laws, score function, and comparison laws between the pairs of the PIFSSs. Further, we define COmplex PRoportional ASsessment (COPRAS) and weighted averaging and geometric aggregation operators to aggregate the PIFSS information into a single one. Later, we develop two algorithms based on COPRAS and aggregation operators to solve decision-making problems. In these approaches, the experts and the weights of the parameters are determined with the help of entropy and the distance measure to remove the ambiguity in the information. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the presented approaches.

In this paper, a new concept of the triangular neutrosophic cubic fuzzy numbers (TNCFNs), their score and accuracy functions are introduced. Based on TNCFNs, some new Einstein aggregation operators, such as the triangular neutrosophic cubic fuzzy Einstein weighted averaging (TNCFEWA), triangular neutrosophic cubic fuzzy Einstein ordered weighted averaging (TNCFEOWA) and triangular neutrosophic cubic fuzzy Einstein hybrid weighted averaging (TNCFEHWA) operators are developed. Furthermore, their application to multiple-attribute decision-making with triangular neutrosophic cubic fuzzy (TNCF) information is discussed. Finally, a practical example is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.
