For multiple attribute decision making, ranking and information aggregation problems are increasingly receiving attention. In a normal neutrosophic number, the ranking method does not satisfy the ranking principle. Moreover, the proposed operators do not take into account the correlation between any aggregation arguments. In order to overcome the deficiencies of the existing ranking method, based on the nonnegative normal neutrosophic number, this paper redefines the score function, the accuracy function, and partial operational laws. Considering the correlation between any aggregation arguments, the dual generalized nonnegative normal neutrosophic weighted Bonferroni mean operator and dual generalized nonnegative normal neutrosophic weighted geometric Bonferroni mean operator were investigated, and their properties are presented. Here, these two operators are applied to deal with a multiple attribute decision making problem. Example results show that the proposed method is effective and superior.

We investigate the multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) problems with hesitant triangular fuzzy information. Firstly, definition and some operational laws of hesitant triangular fuzzy elements are introduced. Then, we develop some hesitant triangular fuzzy aggregation operators based on Bonferroni means and discuss their basic properties. Some existing operators can be viewed as their special cases. Next, we apply the proposed operators to deal with multiple attribute decision-making problems under hesitant triangular fuzzy environment. Finally, an illustrative example is given to show the developed method and demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.

The intuitionistic linguistic variables are easier to describe the fuzzy information which widely exists in the real world, and Bonferroni mean can capture the interrelationship of the individual arguments. However, the traditional Bonferroni mean can only process the crisp number. In this paper, we will extend Bonferroni mean to the intuitionistic linguistic environment and propose a multiple attribute decision making method with intuitionistic linguistic information based on the extended Bonferroni mean which can consider the interrelationship of the attributes. Firstly, score function and accuracy function of intuitionistic linguistic numbers are introduced. Then, an intuitionistic linguistic Bonferroni mean (ILBM) operator and an intuitionistic linguistic weighted Bonferroni mean (ILWBM) operator are developed, and some desirable characteristics of them are studied. At the same time, some special cases with respect to the parameterspandqin Bonferroni are analyzed. Based on the ILWBM operator, the approach to multiple attribute decision making with intuitionistic linguistic information is proposed. Finally, an illustrative example is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its effectiveness.

Abstract The Picture fuzzy linguistic set (PFLS) is an extension of intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS) and linguistic variables (LVs), which has been applied successfully in the process of decision making. Considering the lack of closeness of extant PFLS operations and the interrelationship among input attributes do not considered. In this paper, for the sake of addressing those limitations, we firstly redefine some novel operational laws for PFLS by introducing linguistic scale functions and the related properties are studied. Then, new score function and accuracy function are also defined to compare PFLSs. Subsequently, in consideration of the superiority of Muirhead Mean (MM) operator in capturing the interaction relationship between the input parameters, we extend the MM operator to the picture fuzzy linguistic context, and then propose picture fuzzy linguistic weighted MM operator and its dual form in a new light. After that, we have adopted these operators to build two novel models to solve multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problems. Finally, a practical example for the selection of the innovative ``Mobike'' sharing bike design is provided to illustrate the practicality and effectiveness of our developed approaches.

The aim of this paper is to develop partitioned Pythagorean fuzzy interaction Bonferroni mean operators based on the Pythagorean fuzzy set, Bonferroni mean, and interaction between membership and nonmembership. Several new aggregation operators are developed including the Pythagorean fuzzy interaction partitioned Bonferroni mean (PFIPBM) operator, the Pythagorean fuzzy weighted interaction partitioned Bonferroni mean (PFWIPBM) operator, the Pythagorean fuzzy interaction partitioned geometric Bonferroni mean (PFIPGBM) operator, and the Pythagorean fuzzy weighted interaction partitioned geometric Bonferroni mean (PFWIPGBM) operator. Some main properties and some special particular cases of the new operators are studied. Many existing operators are the special cases of new aggregation operators. Moreover, a multiple-attribute decision-making method based on the proposed operator has been developed and the investment company selection problem is presented to illustrate feasibility and practical advantages of the new method.

In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute decision making problems with fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy information. Firstly, some operational laws of fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy values, score function and accuracy function of fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy values are introduced. Then, we have developed two fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy Choquet integral aggregation operators: induced fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy choquet ordered averaging (IFNIFCOA) operator and induced fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy choquet ordered geometric (IFNIFCOG) operator. The prominent characteristic of the operators is that they can not only consider the importance of the elements or their ordered positions, but also reflect the correlation among the elements or their ordered positions. We have studied some desirable properties of the IFNIFCOA and IFNIFCOG operators, such as commutativity, idempotency and monotonicity, and applied the IFNIFCOA and IFNIFCOGM operators to multiple attribute decision making with fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy information. Finally an illustrative example has been given to show the developed method.

Bonferroni mean (BM) is a very useful aggregation operator, which can consider the correlations between the aggregated arguments and the multi-valued neutrosophic set can be much more convenient to denote the incomplete, indeterminate and inconsistent information, in this paper, we applied the Bonferroni mean to the multi-valued neutrosophic set, and proposed some Bonferroni mean operators of multi-valued neutrosophic numbers (MVNNs). First, we gave some operational laws and a comparison method of MVNNs, then we presented the weighted Bonferroni mean (WBM) operator and weighted geometric Bonferroni mean (WGBM) operator. Further, we proposed the multi-valued neutrosophic weighted Bonferroni mean (MVNWBM) operator and the multi-valued neutrosophic weighted geometric Bonferroni mean (MVNWGBM) operator and some properties of them are also investigated. Finally, the decision making methods are developed based on MVNWGBM operator and MVNWBM operator, and an example about investment selection is given to illustrate the applications of the developed methods and the influence of different parameter values on the decision-making results.

Ambiguous and uncertain facts can be handled using a hesitant 2-tuple linguistic set (H2TLS), an important expansion of the 2-tuple linguistic set. The vagueness and uncertainty of data can be grabbed by using aggregation operators. Therefore, aggregation operators play an important role in computational processes to merge the information provided by decision makers (DMs). Furthermore, the aggregation operator is a potential mechanism for merging multisource data which is synonymous with cooperative preference. The aggregation operators need to be studied and analyzed from various perspectives to represent complex choice situations more readily and capture the diverse experiences of DMs. In this manuscript, we propose some valuable operational laws for H2TLS. These new operational laws work through the individual aggregation of linguistic words and the collection of translation parameters. We introduced a hesitant 2-tuple linguistic weighted average (H2TLWA) operator to solve multi-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) problems. We also define hesitant 2-tuple linguistic Bonferroni mean (H2TLBM) operator, hesitant 2-tuple linguistic geometric Bonferroni mean (H2TLGBM) operator, hesitant 2-tuple linguistic Heronian mean (H2TLHM) operator, and a hesitant 2-tuple linguistic geometric Heronian mean (H2TLGHM) operator based on the novel operational laws proposed in this paper. We define the aggregation operators for addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, scalar multiplication, power and complement with their respective properties. An application example and comparison analysis were examined to show the usefulness and practicality of the work.
