Indonesia is an archipelago country in which the tourism sector plays a role as an economic locomotive. In 2016, Indonesia joined the World Halal Tourism Award (WHTA) and won 12 awards, three of which were won by West Sumatra. Bukittinggi is the principal city of tourism in West Sumatra. There are many halal hotels and restaurants and 190 mosques available in the city. Unfortunately, the information regarding the mosque locations is still inadequate. For this reason, this research was conducted in order to develop a web-based and mobile-based geographic information system (GIS) for places of worship information (GPWI) to make it easier for Muslim tourists to find mosques, and other tourism objects and facilities. This paper reports on the development of the GPWI. The development of the GPWI employed the waterfall method. The GPWI allowed tourists to find mosques based on specific criteria, whose output showed them the location, information, route, and local transportation available to get to the mosques as well as other tourism objects and facilities around the mosque. The GPWI was developed using Free Open Source Software (FOSS) PostgreSQL/PostGIS, PHP, JavaScript, and Basic4Android. The spatial-based database and programs that were used to develop this GPWI are the main contributions of this study. Based on the product evaluation, the GPWI successfully met the needs of Muslim tourists in finding mosques during their visits to Bukittinggi.

O desenvolvimento de software é uma atividade intensive em esforço humano. Assim, a forma como os desenvolvedores encaram suas tarefas é de suam importância. Em um ambiente como o usual em projetos de FOSS (free/open source software) em que profissionais (desenvolvedores pagos) compartilham os esforços de desenvolvimento com voluntários, a moral da comunidade de desenvolvedores e usuários é fundamental. Neste artigo, apresentamos uma análise preliminary utilizando técnicas de análise de sentimentos realizada em um projeto de FOSS. Para isso, executamos a mineração da lista de endereços eletrônicos de um projeto e aplicamos as técnicas propostas aos participantes mais relevantes. Embora a aplicação seja limitada, no momento atual, experamos que essa experiência possa ser benéfica no future para determiner situações que possam afetar os desenvolvedores ou o projeto, tais como baixa produtividade, abandono do projeto ou bifurcação do projeto, entre outras.

Terkait fungsinya sebagai pendingin utama reaktor RSG GA. Siwabessy, untuk menjamin suhu di dalam teras dan reflektor sesuai batas operasi yang diijinkan selama reaktor beroperasi. Komponen–komponen sistem pendingin primer yang terkait harus mengacu pada daya termal reaktor dan dapat meminimalkan kebolehjadian kegagalan (failure) pada komponen supaya dalam pengoperasiannya reaktor aman dan selamat. Pengembangan RCM (Relibility Centered Maintenance) berbasis web dengan perangkat lunak Free Open Source Software (FOSS) / GPL (General Public License), akan membantu sebagai sistem informasi pendukung perawatan yang bisa bekerja dalam jaringan intranet/internet. Free Open Source Software (FOSS) merupakan perangkat lunak yang dapat memberikan jaminan kepada penggunanya untuk melakukan pengembangan, sharing dan melakukan perubahan jika diperlukan, terutama pengguna merasa yakin bahwa software tersebut benar-benar legal dan bebas (free software). Metode RCM merekomendasikan sebanyak 52 jenis perawatan dari task selection untuk diterapkan pada sistem pendingin primer dengan rincian 35% time directed (18 task), 63% condition directed (33 task) dan 1% failure finding (1 task). Research Question: This analysis arises from the decision of the current local council of Barcelona regarding the postponement of the sporting mega-event ‘World Roller Games’, due to a lack of a social and sportive implication in this event. This research tries to shed some light on the matter and give evidence to the local council to become the world capital of skating. The research question is to analyse whether non-economic impacts could be relevant enough to organise a mega-event.Research Methods: The methodology is based on the perception and experience of spectators and participants on four main impacts (social, economic, sports city image and sports practice) using a survey from a National Roller Skating Championship in Spain, considering that this profile of respondents have a better knowledge of the current situation of this sport.Results and Findings: There are positive expected future consequences of this mega-event to be held in Barcelona in social and sportive terms. We can also conclude that the local council must still introduce some social and sportive policies in the city in order to improve the chances of success in social, sports practice and sportive brand image development.Implications: It is demonstrated that a mega-event should not be seen purely from a perspective of business generation, especially with minority sports like roller skating. There is a clear opportunity to develop social and sportive practice initiatives that can push social cohesion throughout the city thanks to a mega-event such as this one.
