There is a long history of using handwritten signatures to verify or authenticate a “signer” of the signed document. With the development of Internet technology, many tasks can be accomplished through the document management system, such as the applications of digital contracts or important documents, and more secure signature verification is demanded. Thus, the live handwriting signatures are attracting more interest for biological human identification. In this paper, we propose a handwriting signature verification algorithm by using four live waveform elements as the verification features. A new Aho–Corasick Histogram mechanism is proposed to perform this live signature verification. The benefit of the ACH algorithm is mainly its ability to convert time-series waveforms into time-series short patterns and then perform a statistical counting on the AC machine to measure the similarity. Since AC is a linearly time complexity algorithm, our ACH method can own a deterministic processing time. According to our experiment result, the proposed algorithm has satisfying performance in terms of speed and accuracy with an average of 91% accuracy.

In the article a study of the history of the development and development of document management is made. It has been justified that the main objective is the development of documentation management based on the integrated use of modern information technologies. The author's classification of e-management technologies and their possible application in document management is presented. A plan has been developed that reflects an author's view of the complex effects of the introduction of the electronic documentation system on the document management system. To determine the effectiveness of the introduction of the electronic documentation system into the document management system, it is proposed to use the total cost of ownership model of the electronic documentation system.

This article considers the features of electronic document management at retail trade enterprises of the FMCG-segment. The paper observes the types of document flow at chain companies and examines the process of implementation of electronic document management system. The notions of “electronic document management” and “electronic data interchange” are also distinguished in the article. The paper explores positive changes caused by the introduction of electronic document management and the complexity of its implementation. The study reveals that in the Russian Federation the process of mass introduction of electronic document management in the chain retail companies of the FMCG segment has been ongoing for about ten years, though has reached the highest level of its activity in the last two years. At present day, the major part of chain retail companies in the FMCG-segment has already started to actively work with the Electronic Data Interchange system. Moreover, in recent years the number of partner-enterprises that join this system has been steadily increasing. The results of the study show that introduction of electronic document management in chain companies of the FMCG-segment allows to reduce the time spent for processing documents and to track all stages of the core business processes more effectively. It also ensures information security, improves staff discipline and the quality of service, which in its turn significantly improves management efficiency of the company in general.

Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) is commonly used in image compression. In the history of DCT, a milestone was the Distributed Arithmetic (DA) technique. Due to the technology dependency a multiplier-less computation was built with DA based technique. It occupied less area but the throughput is less. Later, due to the technology scaling, multiplier based architectures can be easily adapted for low-power and high-performance architecture. Fixed width multipliers [1]-[7] reduces hardware and time complexity. In this work, Radix 4 fixed width multiplier is adapted with DCT architecture due to low power consumption and saves 30% power. In order to reduce truncation errors caused during fixed width multiplication, an estimation circuit is designed based on conditional probability theory.
