In recent years, the number of review texts on online travel review sites has increased dramatically, which has provided a novel source of data for travel research. Sentiment analysis is a process that can extract tourists’ sentiments regarding travel destinations from online travel review texts. The results of sentiment analysis form an important basis for tourism decision making. Thus far, there has been minimal concern as to how sentiment analysis methods can be effectively applied to improve the effect of sentiment analysis. However, online travel review texts are largely short texts characterized by uneven sentiment distribution, which makes it difficult to obtain accurate sentiment analysis results. Accordingly, in order to improve the sentiment classification accuracy of online travel review texts, this study transformed sentiment analysis into a multi-classification problem based on machine learning methods, and further designed a keyword semantic expansion method based on a knowledge graph. Our proposed method extracts keywords from online travel review texts and obtains the concept list of keywords through Microsoft Knowledge Graph. This list is then added to the review text to facilitate the construction of semantically expanded classification data. Our proposed method increases the number of classification features used for short text by employing the huge corpus of information associated with the knowledge graph. In addition, this article introduces online travel review text preprocessing, keyword extraction, text representation, sampling, establishment classification labeling, and the selection and application of machine learning-based sentiment classification methods in order to build an effective sentiment classification model for online travel review text. Experiments were implemented and evaluated based on the English review texts of four famous attractions in four countries on the TripAdvisor website. Our experimental results demonstrate that the method proposed in this paper can be used to effectively improve the accuracy of the sentiment classification of online travel review texts. Our research attempts to emphasize and improve the methodological relevance and applicability of sentiment analysis for future travel research.

mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is a condition between healthy elderly people and alzheimer's disease (AD). At present, brain network analysis based on machine learning methods can help diagnose MCI. In this paper, the brain network is divided into several subnets based on the shortest path,and the feature vectors of each subnet are extracted and classified. In order to make full use of subnet information, this paper adopts integrated classification model for classification.Each base classification model can predict the classification of a subnet,and the classification results of all subnets are calculated as the classification results of brain network.In order to verify the effectiveness of this method,a brain network of 66 people was constructed and a comparative experiment was carried out.The experimental results show that the classification accuracy of the integrated classification model proposed in this paper is 19% higher than that of SVM,which effectively improves the classification accuracy

Abstract Aspect level sentiment analysis belongs to fine-grained sentiment analysis, w hich has caused extensive research in academic circles in recent years. For this task, th e recurrent neural network (RNN) model is usually used for feature extraction, but the model cannot effectively obtain the structural information of the text. Recent studies h ave begun to use the graph convolutional network (GCN) to model the syntactic depen dency tree of the text to solve this problem. For short text data, the text information is not enough to accurately determine the emotional polarity of the aspect words, and the knowledge graph is not effectively used as external knowledge that can enrich the sem antic information. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a graph co nvolutional neural network (GCN) model that can process syntactic information, know ledge graphs and text semantic information. The model works on the “syntax-knowled ge” graph to extract syntactic information and common sense information at the same t ime. Compared with the latest model, the model in this paper can effectively improve t he accuracy of aspect-level sentiment classification on two datasets.

Introduction: Sentiment analysis is a complex problem whose solution essentially depends on the context, field of study andamount of text data. Analysis of publications shows that the authors often do not use the full range of possible data transformationsand their combinations. Only a part of the transformations is used, limiting the ways to develop high-quality classification models.Purpose: Developing and exploring a generalized approach to building a model, which consists in sequentially passing throughthe stages of exploratory data analysis, obtaining a basic solution, vectorization, preprocessing, hyperparameter optimization, andmodeling. Results: Comparative experiments conducted using a generalized approach for classical machine learning and deeplearning algorithms in order to solve the problem of sentiment analysis of short text messages in natural language processinghave demonstrated that the classification quality grows from one stage to another. For classical algorithms, such an increasein quality was insignificant, but for deep learning, it was 8% on average at each stage. Additional studies have shown that theuse of automatic machine learning which uses classical classification algorithms is comparable in quality to manual modeldevelopment; however, it takes much longer. The use of transfer learning has a small but positive effect on the classificationquality. Practical relevance: The proposed sequential approach can significantly improve the quality of models under developmentin natural language processing problems.

The traditional text sentiment analysis method is mainly based on machine learning. However, its dependence on emotion dictionary construction and artificial design and extraction features makes the generalization ability limited. In contrast, depth models have more powerful expressive power, and can learn complex mapping functions from data to affective semantics better. In this paper, a Convolution Neural Networks (CNNs) model combined with SVM text sentiment analysis is proposed. The experimental results show that the proposed method improves the accuracy of text sentiment classification effectively compared with traditional CNN, and confirms the effectiveness of sentiment analysis based on CNNs and SVM

Opinion Mining or Sentiment Analysis is the study that analyzes people's opinions or sentiments from the text towards entities such as products and services. It has always been important to know what other people think. With the rapid growth of availability and popularity of online review sites, blogs', forums', and social networking sites' necessity of analysing and understanding these reviews has arisen. The main approaches for sentiment analysis can be categorized into semantic orientation-based approaches, knowledge-based, and machine-learning algorithms. This chapter surveys the machine learning approaches applied to sentiment analysis-based applications. The main emphasis of this chapter is to discuss the research involved in applying machine learning methods mostly for sentiment classification at document level. Machine learning-based approaches work in the following phases, which are discussed in detail in this chapter for sentiment classification: (1) feature extraction, (2) feature weighting schemes, (3) feature selection, and (4) machine-learning methods. This chapter also discusses the standard free benchmark datasets and evaluation methods for sentiment analysis. The authors conclude the chapter with a comparative study of some state-of-the-art methods for sentiment analysis and some possible future research directions in opinion mining and sentiment analysis.
