The purpose of this research is to study the prospect, problem fared and formulate the developing strategy of raising the chicken laugh at Kendari. The results of this study are expected to be useful as a reference basis for government and practitioners in developing chicken laugh at Kendari and as a reference for further research. The study was conducted in October - November 2012 held at Kendari. Determination of sub-sample study conducted by purposive sampling based on the amount of chicken population Ketawa most, the samples used were each 10 Baruga farmers in the district, sub-district and district Poasia Kadia. Methods of data collection that is through interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis was performed based on a percentage of the value and use SWOT analysis then reviewed descriptively. Prospects for business development in the chicken laugh Kendari supported by the high price of chicken laugh, the majority of farmers belong to the productive age and height HR breeders. The problem faced by the chicken business is a sideline laughing, limited capital breeder, the lack of a stable market and a lack of knowledge and skills in disease control. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis of the development strategy of the management training needs of business in the form of training and directing his efforts into marketoriented core business, utilizing every event as a marketing contest chicken laughing and following exhibitions farms, businesses need to expand the scale poultry laughing, maximizing roles and functions ASPAK for scheduled contests, and disease control training, need guidance from the government in the form of skills training maximal disease controlKeywords: outlook, strategy, development, chicken laugh, City KendariABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji prospek usaha budidaya ayam ketawa di Kota Kendari.. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober – November 2012 bertempat di Kecamatan Baruga, Kecamatan Kadia dan Kecamatan Poasia Kota Kendari. Penentuan kecamatan sampel penelitian dilakukan secara purposive sampling berdasarkan jumlah populasi ayam Ketawa terbanyak. Jumlah responden di masing-masing Kecamatan lokasi penelitian sebanyak 10 orang peternak, sehingga seluruhnya berjumlah 30 orang responden. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data berdasarkan nilai presentase dan menggunakan analisis SWOT kemudian diulas secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa prospek pengembangan usaha ayam ketawa di Kota Kendari didukung oleh tingginya harga ayam ketawa, mayoritas peternak tergolong usia produktif dan tingginya SDM peternak. Permasalahan yang dihadapi yakni usaha ayam ketawa bersifat sambilan, modal usaha peternak terbatas, belum adanya pasar yang stabil dan kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengendalian penyakit. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT maka strategi pengembangannya yakni perlu pembinaan manajemen usaha dalam bentuk pelatihan dan mengarahkan usahanya menjadi usaha pokok yang berorientasi pasar, meningkatkan skala usaha ternak, memaksimalkan peran dan fungsi ASPAK untuk menyelenggarakan kontes ayam ketawa serta pameran-pameran peternakan, perlu adanya pembinaan pengendalian penyakitKata Kunci : Prospek, strategi, pengembangan, ayam ketawa, Kota Kendari

The research aim is to determine development strategy of Banjar Samu as a tourism village. This research used qualitative and quantitative data with source from primary and secondary data. Observation, interview and documentation are data collection techniques. The sample method used purposive sampling while data analysis used descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis.  Based on the results, the research indicate is that Banjar Samu have tourism potential which is consisted of natural potentials include panorama of rice fields and water springs. While the potential of culture include: community activities, hospitality and attitude of mutual cooperation, temples: building architecture and religious activity, sacred art of barong landung and another arts entertainment such as joged bumbung, arja, gambelan geguntangan, as well as local craft communities such as wood carving, silver handicrafts, yoga-meditation activity and sekaa such as sekaa gong,  joged, geguntangan, arja, angklung, subak and sekaa santi. Based on the analysis of SWOT Matrix, the results obtained by SO strategies are improving the quality of tourism potential and establish tourist activity. ST strategy is improving the security services. WO strategies are increasing cooperation with the government college, arranging some promotion. The basic concept of tourism development strategy mangrove forest is reviewing the state of observation in the area of mangrove forests, perceptions and preferences of society and local government, and the use of SWOT analysis. This study aims to determine the development strategy of mangrove forest tour in the village Langadai Kelumpang Hilir Subdistrict, so mangrove well then expected to implement development programs and the development of an integrated strategy between the conservation of natural resouces with economic development in a sustainable society. The application of the concept of travel in the area of mangrove forest ecosystems in general is expected to reduce the rate of destruction of these areas by the public.  Processing method used is the analysis of the potensial landscape and strategy development SWOT analysis. Analysis of the data elements of the landscape each focal point of the model pengharkatan done that is by scoring according to the criteria assessment landscape elements that have been modified. While the SWOT analysis is a technique for identifying problems based on potential or strengths and weaknesses to address and respond to the opportunities and threats. So that the analysis results can be used as a basis for the development of mangrove forest tour in the village Langadai Kelumpang Hilir subdistrict in the future.  Based on the results of the assessment landscape mangrove forest tour in the village Langadai Kelumpang Hilir Subdistrict is in the range of 19-33 which means to have a high quality, so it has the potential to be developed as the natural attractions. Based on the results of this study resulted in several recommendations that include: Completing the supporting infrastructure of natural traveled activities such as: roads, bridges, gazebo, fishing, sanitary facilities, public toilets and others. Promotion to the public both in the region and outside the region. The government should  make the rules tight areas in the preservation of nature and fully supported by the community. Improving the quality of management of natural attractions integrated manner.

Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) Branta sama dengan pasar tradisional yaitu sebagai tempat yang kumuh, kotor dan bau. Padahal kegiatan membeli ikan segar merupakan kegiatan menarik yang bisa dijadikan sebagai wisata untuk melihat beberapa jenis ikan. Oleh karena itu, dengan pengembangan konsep yang lebih menarik menjadikan TPI Branta Pesisir sebagai wisata bahari ikan segar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji kelayakan TPI Branta sebagai pasar ikan wisata bahari di Pamekasan dan untuk mengkaji strategi pengembangan tempat pelelangan ikan dari hasil uji kelayakan. Deskriptif dan SWOT digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner kepada 30 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling dan analisis objek potensial sesuai dengan Pedoman Objek Operasional Daerah dan Analisis Objek Wisata Alam Direktur Jenderal PHKA tahun 2003 dengan kriteria Daya Tarik, Aksesibilitas, Akomodasi, dan Fasilitas. Sebagai alat untuk merancang strategi pengembangan TPI Branta menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil analisis bahwa TPI Branta layak untuk dikembangkan sebagai pasar ikan wisata bahari dengan tingkat kelayakan 70,7%. Strategi pengembangannya yaitu: (1) menambah wahana permainan keluarga, taman bunga, fotospot, fasilitas umum dilengkapi tempat tunggu yang free wifi; (2) membentuk POKDARWIS (kelompok Sadar wisata) dengan dukungan pemerintah dan masyarakat; (3) meningkatkan produk ekonomi kreatif dan memperbaiki manajemen TPI; (4) meningkatkan keamanan, keramahan, kebersihan, perbaikan jalan dan pelestarian lingkungan, dan; (5) meningkatkan promosi TPI sebagai wisata.Title: FeasibilityStudy and Development of Fish Auction Branta As A ‘Bahari’ Tourism Fish Market In PamekasanFish Auction Branta is the same as a traditional market, which is a dirty and smelly place. Though, fresh fish buying could be an interesting tour activity. Therefore, the more interesting concept of its development could promote Fish Auction Branta as a marine tourism for fresh fish. The aimed of this study was to determine the feasibility of the Branta Fish Auction Place as a marine tourism fish market in Pamekasan, and to analysed the development strategy for fish auction place based on the feasibility test. The research used descriptive and SWOT analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires towards 30 respondents with purposive sampling method and analysis of potential object in accordance with the Regional Operational Objectives Guidelines and Analysis of Nature Tourism Objects Director General of PHKA in 2003 with criteria of Attraction, Accessibility, Accommodation, and Facilities. The development strategies for developing Branta Fish Auction Place were designed based on SWOT analysis. The results showed that Branta Fish Auction Place is feasible to be developed as a marine tourism fish market with a feasibility rate of 70.7%. The development strategies are as follows: 1). Build family games, flower gardens, photospots, special public facilitiy, waiting rooms and free wifi, 2). Create tourism conscious group “POKDARWIS” to get support from the government and community, 3) Improve the economic creative products of local community and the management of Branta Fish Auction Place, 4). Improve safety, friendliness, cleanliness, road repair and environmental preservation, and 5). Improve promotion of Branta Fish Auction Place as tourism place.

ABSTRACT National beef consumption continues to increase from year to year, which is characterized by increase the number of requests. This condition is not accompanied by a number of domestic production is unable to meet the needs of national beef. The Government alternative measures of addressing these issues is making import policy. Therefore, the government continues to increase beef production through the national programs and work together with local governments. This study aims to: identify patterns of effective and efficientbeef cattle development, identifying suitability and carrying capacity of the land and to formulate development strategies beef cattle in Gorontalodistrict. The primary data obtained by surveys, direct observation, and interviews (agencies and related institutions) by purposive sampling method. The analytical method used for each objective are: literature review, analysis of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), SWOT analysis and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). From the results of the literature review, the development pattern of the area is the effective and efficient development. GIS analysis results show the suitability of the ecological environment of beef cattle reached 178 455 ha (81% of the area of Gorontalo district, the largest potential area for beef cattle development is Asparaga Subdistrict arround 11 232 ha and forage carrying capacity index of the largest fodder is Tolangohula subdistrict arround 39,2. From the SWOT strategy formulation obtained strengthening planning reinforcement development area, strengthening human resources officials and farmers, strengthening institutional breeders,  strengthening inter-agency coordination, strengthening the production infrastructure, accelerating adoption of production technologies, strengtheningmarketing institutional and socialization development of beef cattle. Key words:    Beef cattle, land suitability, beef cattle development strategy, Gorontalo District  ABSTRAK Konsumsi daging sapi nasional terus mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun yang ditandai dengan peningkatan jumlah permintaan yang meningkat. Kondisi ini tidak dibarengi dengan jumlah produksi dalam negeri yang tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan daging sapi nasional. Langkah alternatif pemerintah dalam mengatasi persoalan tersebut dengan membuat kebijakan impor. Oleh karena itu pemerintah terus berupaya meningkatkan produksi daging sapi nasional melalui program-program dan bersinergi dengan pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengindentifikasi pola pengembangan sapi potong yang efektif dan efesien, mengindentifikasi kesesuaian dan daya dukung lahan dan merumuskan strategi pengembangan sapi potong di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Data primer diperoleh dengan survei, pengamatan langsung dan wawancara (instansi dan lembaga terkait) dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk masing-masing tujuan adalah: literatur review, analisis sistem informasi Geografi (SIG), analisis SWOT. Dari hasil literatur review, pengembangan kawasan merupakan pola pengembangan yang efektif dan efesien. Hasil analisis SIG memperlihatkan kesesuaian lingkungan ekologis sapi potong mencapai 178 455 Ha (81% dari luas wilayah Kabupaten Gorontalo, potensi lahan pengembangan sapi potong terbesar yaitu Kecamatan Asparaga sebesar 11 232 ha dan indeks daya dukung hijauan makanan ternak terbesar yaitu Kecamatan Tolangohula sebesar 39,2. Dari perumusan strategi dengan SWOT diperoleh strategi penguatan perencanaan pengembangan kawasan, penguatan SDM aparat dan peternak, penguatan kelembagaan peternak, penguatan koordinasi antar instansi, penguatan sarana dan prasarana produksi, percepatan adopsi teknologi produksi, penguatan kelembagaan pemasaran dan sosialisasi pengembangan sapi potong. Kata kunci : Sapi Potong, Kesesuaian Lahan, Strategi Pengembangan Sapi Potong, Kabupaten Gorontalo

Sidoarjo has a unique tourist attraction due to the disaster that has happened before, so that emerging potential that can be developed into tourist attraction. But Lapindo mud tourism has a very complex problematics to be used as a tourist attraction. Therefore, it aims to develop lapindo mud as a tourist attraction in Porong district East Java by knowing its development strategy. This research was conducted in Porong district by conducting interviews to selected stakeholders using purposive sampling method. Data is gathered through deep interviews with the tourism department and local communities, then in analysis using SWOT analysis. The results of this study are: 1) potential livelihood opportunities undergo changes to the aspects of tourism. 2) aspects in the attraction of this lapindo mud tourism is very minimal because there is still not much development done by the Government of Sidoarjo and by the manager in the tourist attraction Lapindo mud. 3) The development strategy of Lapindo mud as a tourist attraction has more opportunities because the community began to feel changes in the livelihood because of the many tourists visiting the Lapindo mud, but the lack of Public facilities for tourists visiting the attraction. It can be concluded that the consequences of Lapindo mud disaster can be developed as a tourist attraction because it provides opportunities for local communities such as obtaining new livelihoods. This study aims to figure out what the relationship of empowerment of SMEs through methods of zoning as marketing strategy of SMEs in two different markets (offline and online). The zoning strategy with information and communication system integrated brings together socialization and promotion in a market. This system can help the government in taking and formulating policies to unite SMEs in a new market by not leaving the old market. The method in this study uses qualitative descriptive. There are three propositions produced in this initial research, the first; Offline and online marketing is very relevant for SMEs in Indonesia. Second; marketing information system is access for SMEs to find out the demand or market needs both domestically and internationally. And third; The zoning system can be used as an online development strategy for SMEs to synchronize two different markets, namely offline and online. Further research is needed to validate the propositions found, to generate hypotheses and empirical evidence, we recommend using mix methods for future research.

ABSTRAK Rumah sakit adalah institusi penyedia jasa layanan kesehatan, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro sebagai salah satu Rumah Sakit milik pemerintah kabupaten Bojonegoro. Sebagai pusat rujukandari beberapa rumah sakit di daerah Bojonegoro dan sekitarnya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunkan suatu pen dekatan dengan analisis SWOT yang merupakan langkah awal dari suatu perencanaan strategi pengembangan yang dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, tujuan organisasi sampai pada menimbang kekuatan dan kelemahan sendiri serta peluang dan ancaman dari luar dan juga melakukan beberapa langkah penting yang menunjang pemasaran atau pengembangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan Populasi dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah pasien rawatinap dan pasien rawat jalan sebanyak 200 orang responden Sampel merupakan sebagian atau wakil populasi yang diteliti. Dalam penelitian ini mengunakan sampling pertimbangan (Judgement Sampling) Dari hasil pendekatan dengan analisis SWOT perlunya pelaksanaan atau realisasi dari struktur organisasi yang menempatkan farmasis dalam farmasi klinik, peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia, serta perlunya penambahan fasilitas berhubungan dengan IPTEK untuk kegiatan pelayanan farmasi baik secara manajerial maupun ke arah farmasi klinik. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro as one of the government-owned hospital Bojonegoro. As the center rujukandari several hospitals in Bojonegoro and the surrounding area. In this study using the approach with a pen SWOT analysis is the first step of a development strategy planning which starts with the identification of the problem, the purpose of the organization came to weigh their own strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats from the outside and also did some important steps to support the marketing or development. This research is a case study using qualitative descriptive study design and population in this study population was rawatinap patients and outpatients as many as 200 people respondent sample is partially or representative of the population studied. In this study, using sampling considerations (Judgement Sampling) From the SWOT analysis approach with the need for the implementation or realization of the organizational structure that puts pharmacists in clinical pharmacy, improving the quality and quantity of human resources, as well as the need for additional facilities related to science and technology for good pharmaceutical service activities managerially and in the direction of clinical pharmacy. Sea transportation is a major factor connecting the islands of Indonesia which has strategic and important value in supporting the sustainability of the national economy. Along with the government's policy on the sea highway program and the development of the domestic shipping industry, the growth of the commercial fleet, especially vessels, is currently experiencing rapid progress. In supporting the government program and the demand for reparation and procurement of new ships in domestic production, readiness is required from the shipyard. However, the current condition of the shipyard is only able to meet 83% of the demand for new shipbuilding so that the shipyard still needs to be developed in order to improve its capabilities, so that it can meet the needs and be able to carry out its functions in accordance with the progress of shipping technology. In this study discusses the strategy of developing shipbuilding using qualitative descriptive methods and quantitative SWOT analysis. In this case study shipyard development strategy by increasing the ability of shipyards to meet the demands of ship building by increasing supporting facilities and accompanied by increasing the ability of human resources in the mastery of science and technology. The purpose of the study is to: (1). Analyzing the attractiveness of Pasut Beach as one of the tourist destinations in Tabanan Regency. (2). Analyze the strategy of developing Pasut Beach as a tourist destination in Tabanan Regency. The research location was determined by purposive sampling Pasut Beach, located in Tibubiu Village, Kerambitan District, Tabanan on the basis of having a very suitable potential to be developed into a tourist destination. The sample of the study was taken by 49 people consisting of elements from the Government, community leaders and tourism actors. This study uses qualitative qualitative analysis method (giving more detailed reviews and interpretations of the data obtained and SWOT analysis. Furthermore, in the SWOT method the External Strategy Factor Matrix (EFAS) model and the Internal Strategy Factor Matrix Model (IFAS) are used, followed by IFE matrix and EFE matrix to determine the weight, rating and score and to determine the strategy and position of the quadrant I - E matrix, Beach Pas po is in the position in quadrant I, with the S-O strategy where the values ​​of strength and opportunity are equally high ( use the power to get opportunities) by improving the quality of human resources, especially in the field of mastering technology, communication and information.

Abstract The purpose of this research is to create Economic Development Strategy in Halal Tourism Area in Sembalun of East Lombok Regency and formulate economic development strategy by doing analysis of AHP (Analythical Hierarchy Process). How to take informants in this study using Purposive Sampling. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been done before, the strategy of Economic Development of Halal Tourism Area In Sembalun, East Lombok Regency is still in the low category seen from the income of society and life is still very simple. To overcome these problems then need some strategies that are growth strategy, development strategy and equity, and strategy with insight of space. The criteria for economic development are 1) capital assistance for society (0.863) 2) IT based technology (0.819) 3) Increasing employment opportunities for the community (0.781) 4) Higher education 0.716 5) Reducing Unemployment (0.673).
