THE EFFECT OF SELF-EFFICACY ON STUDENT LEARNING INDEPENDENCEThis research is a quantitative research with a causal approach, the purpose of this research is to know the effect of self-efficacy  towards the independence of student learning. The population of this research 215 students of fifth grade in Elementary Schools as a group two, Bojonggenteng sub District, Sukabumi Regency in 2020/2021 with the quantity of sampple a’s much  68 students. The results of this reasearch indiactes there in the effec of self-efficacy towards the indeendence of student learning with coefficientvalue of path as big as 0,63 and a regression equation Ŷ = 10.12+ (0.93X). that thing means that every enhancement one unit  self-efficacy (X) will increase the independence of student learning (Y) as big as 0.93 units. The contribution of the self-efficacy variable in increase independence of student learning (r²) as big as 0.40 with determination coefficient cooficient as bis as 40% and the remain 60% can be affected by other factors. Based in research above, we can conclude that there is a positive influence of self-efficacy towards the independence of student learning.  This thing means that one of the factors in increasing independence of student learning ability is by increasing self-efficacy

Abstract Backgroundwe combined anatomy with imaging, transformed the 2D information of various imaging techniques into 3D information, and form the assessment system of real medical imaging cases in order to make up for the deficiencies in the current teaching of the medical imaging technology students. MethodsA total of 460 medical imaging students were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The research group received the teaching of the fusion of the original CT and MR data 3D model and the original image combined with 3D anatomical image. Statistical analysis Academic self-efficacy scale and Self-directed learning ability scale was adopted by self-directed learning evaluation scale between two groups.ResultsCompare the theoretical scores and case analysis scores of the two groups. The scores of the study and control groups were significantly higher than those of the control group.Before the experiment, no significant difference was detected in the self-efficacy of learning ability and learning behavior between the two groups , while after the experiment, these differences between the two groups were statistically significan. Moreover, the learning ability self-efficacy and learning behavior of the two groups of students after the experiment was significantly higher than that before the experiment. The self-efficacy of the learning behavior of the control group was higher after the experiment than that before the experiment, albeit the difference was not statistically significant . ConclusionsThe modern, information-based and humanized experimental teaching mode will be constantly improved under the support of PACS system in order to optimize the medical imaging teaching activities for the development of modern medical education.

<em>Reading interest and vocabulary mastery affects the language style in writing narrative texts.</em><em> The study aimed to prove positive correlation of: reading interest on narrative writing skills, vocabulary mastery on narrative writing skills, reading interest and vocabulary mastery on narrative writing skills for fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Alian sub-district in academic year of 2019/2020. The research used quantitative research design with correlation method. Sampling method was cluster random sampling technique. SPSS version 18 was applied in analysing correlation data. The result indicated that the correlation coefficient between reading interest and vocabulary mastery on narrative writing skills was 0.169 with Sig. F Change = 0,000 &lt;0.05 and the value of adjusted R-squared variables was 5.1%. It concludes that there are positive and significant effects between reading interest and vocabulary mastery on narrative writing skills to fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Alian sub-district.</em>

The objective of this study is to explore the correlation between self-efficacy and learning motivation towards the learning outcomes based on e-learning among the 4th semester students of mathematics education program, Universitas Flores. The research method used in this study was quantitative research with Linear Regression Analysis use of SPPS involving 40 students of the 4th semester randomly chosen. Data were collected through online questionnaire with Google Form. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov analysis and hypothesis testing with Bivariate Pearson Correlation through SPSS were used. The findings showed that self-efficacy (X1) and learning motivation (X2) had a positive impact towards learning outcomes based on e-learning (Y), as a result from the correlation analysis from R for X1 against Y= 0.895 and X2 against Y=0.923, and significant value between X1 and X2 against Y resulted with (**). Therefore, there was a positive influence with 1% significant. In the other words, the more increase or the better the self-efficacy and learning motivation are, the more increase the learning outcomes from the students.

This study aims to determine how much entrepreneurial competence influences the performance of the Principal of Elementary Schools in Peranap, Indragiri Hulu District. The method used in this study is a causal method with quantitative research. Data is taken from the distribution of instruments to 34 public elementary school principals from Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The results showed that: There was a significant influence between entrepreneurial competence (X) on the Principal's Performance (Y) with a correlation coefficient ry = 0.343 and a regression equation = 71.301 + 0.463X.

ABSTRAK Terdapat banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja seseorang, diantaranya adalah self efficacy dan self esteem. Self efficacy sangat diperlukan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Demikian juga dengan self esteem yang dimiliki akan menumbuhkan suatu kekuatan dalam melakukan yang terbaik dalam kinerjanya sesuai tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif yang ditimbulkan oleh self efficacy dan self esteem terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kota Palopo, serta untuk mengetahui variabel yang lebih dominan memberi pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kota Palopo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi, sementara teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Jumlah Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 orang pegawai bagian lapangan atau Tim Reaksi Cepat (TRC), karena penentuan jumlah sampelnya menggunakan metode sensus maka sampelnya adalah sejumlah populasi yaitu 32 responden. Hasil penelitian  menjunjukkan bahwa nilai f hitung 13,883 > f table 3,32 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Self efficacy dan self esteem secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kota Palopo, dan adapun variable yang lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah self esteem dengan nilai koefisien regresi paling besar yaitu 1,055, dan nilai standardized coefficient Beta 0,502 dan dari hasil koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa besarnya kontribusi variable self efficacy dan self esteem mempengaruhi variable kinerja pegawai yaitu sebesar 48,9%, dan sisanya sebesar 51,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci:   Kinerja_Pegawai; Self Efficacy; Self Esteem ABSTRACTThere are many factors that can affect a person's performance, including self-efficacy and self-esteem. Self-efficacy is very necessary in improving employee performance. Likewise, self-esteem that is owned will grow a strength in doing the best in performance according to their duties and responsibilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the positive effect of self-efficacy and self-esteem on employee performance at the Palopo City Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), and to determine which variables are more dominant and have a positive influence on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD). ) Palopo City. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and observations, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The number of population in this study were 32 field employees or the Quick Reaction Team (TRC), because the determination of the number of samples used the census method, the sample was a population of 32 respondents. The results showed that the value of f count 13.883> f table 3.32 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the simultaneous self-efficacy and self-esteem have a significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Palopo City. , and the more dominant variable that has an effect on employee performance is self-esteem with the largest regression coefficient value of 1.055, and the standardized beta coefficient value is 0.502 and from the results of the coefficient of determination it is known that the contribution of self-efficacy and self-esteem variables affects the employee performance variable which is equal to 48.9%, and the remaining 51.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: Employee_performance; Self Efficacy; Self Esteem

Abstract Introduction: Academic self-efficacy refers to the student’s belief in their ability to organize and perform actions regarding academic activities and demands. In this context, self-efficacy has received great importance in the literature, both for the relevance and the predictive power of the events in the school setting. Students with higher levels of self-efficacy are more likely to succeed in their interventions, as they can more easily test and use their skills. Objective: To evaluate the academic self-efficacy of students in the 4th year of medical school and its correlation with the teaching method (PBL x traditional). Method: This is a cross-sectional and quantitative study carried in two medical schools: one with PBL methodology and another with traditional methodology. A total of 147 4th-year medical students participated in this study, who were divided in two groups, 73 from the school using the PBL methodology and 74 from the school with the traditional methodology. Data collection was carried out by filling out a self-answered questionnaire, containing questions on sociodemographic information and general health aspects, in addition to the Self-efficacy Scale in Higher Education. Result: Students from the school using the PBL methodology had a overall higher mean sum of the highest score (p <0.01) and higher mean score in each domain of the self-efficacy scale when compared to the school using the traditional methodology. The variables female gender, older age, living alone, not using medication for chronic disease and having an extracurricular activity had a positive influence on the mean self-efficacy score in the different scale domains. Conclusion: The 4th-year medical students of the assessed institutions showed moderate to strong self-efficacy. Students from PBL school had higher self-efficacy scores than those using the traditional methodology. These results may indicate that the active learning methodology such as the PBL curriculum may be related to a higher degree of academic self-efficacy. Further studies are required to understand the influence of the curricular model on medical students’ academic self-efficacy.

The use of English in communication becomes important nowadays in facing the challenges of globalization. Mainly in education, English is one of the school subjects that helps students in preparing their abilities to be part of global citizens. Speaking skills in English subject is one of way in preparing the students, meanwhile learn English also becomes one of the challenges for students.This research is is a quantitative research which aimed to identify the influence of self efficacy, learning motivation and reading interest of the students to their learning outcomes of speaking skill. Data collection was carried out by distributing 3 questionnaires to a population of grade X students, as well as doing some interview to grade X students. The data obtained were further processed and examined by conducting multiple regression analysis tests and determining contributions through R-Square values. The population in this research consists of 76 students. On the results of the analysis, self-efficacy had positive influence on learning outcomes of speaking. Learning motivation had positive influence on learning outcomes of speaking. The last, the coefficient of reading interest had positive influence of reading interest on speaking learning outcomes. These results are based on the R-Square value of the three variables silmutantly have a strong influence on learning outcomes of speaking skills. Penggunaan bahasa Inggris dalam berkomunikasi dirasakan penting dalam menghadapai tantangan global sekarang ini. Terkhusus dalam dunia pendidikan, Bahasa Inggris menjadi salah satu matapelajaran yang membantu siswa sebagai bentuk persiapan untuk membekali kemampuan dan kecakapan siswa menjadi bagian dari warga global. Keterampilan berbicara “speaking skill” dalam bahasa Inggris juga menjadi salah satu tantangan bagi para sisw. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh efikasi diri, motivasi belajar dan minat baca terhadap hasil belajar speaking siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran tiga kuesioner kepada populasi siswa kelas X, pemberian pertanyaan wawancara kepada siswa kelas X, serta nilai hasil belajar speaking siswa. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dengan melakukan analisis regresi berganda serta menentukan kontribusi melalui nilai R-Square. Populasi siswa terdiri dari 76 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang diperoleh yakni bahwa koefisien efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar speaking. Koefisien motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar speaking. Terakhir yakni koefisien minat baca berpengaruh positif minat baca terhadap hasil belajar speaking. Berdasarkan nilai R-Square, maka ketiga variabel diatas diperoleh nilai secara simultan berpengaruh kuat terhadap hasil belajar speaking.

This type of research is quantitative with a causal approach consisting of independent variables (parenting parents) and dependent variables (learning independence). The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of parenting on the independence of student learning. Collecting research data using a five-scale questionnaire instrument. To find the magnitude of the effect of parenting parents using the statistical calculation model Carl Person Corelation Product Moment. For reliability calculated using the Cronbach Alpha formula. A sample of 49 students was obtained using the Taro Yamane formula. Analysis prerequisite testers are Liliefors normality test. After the normality test, the homogeneity test is done by Fisher's test. Instruments that are valid and reliable are used to collect data on the results that show there is an influence of parenting parents on student learning independence. Simple regression analysis and correlation techniques produce a model of influence expressed in the form of a regression equation that is Y ? = (87.22+ 0.06X), with the F value of 0.281 greater than F table with a level of 0.05 of 4.06 and its contribution is 49%. The conclusion of the study is that there is a positive effect of parenting on the learning independence of students in fifth grade of Cibubur Public Elementary School 03 Odd Semester Cibubur 03 in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year.

This research was aimed to know the influence of teachers’ expectation and student’s self-efficacy through the student’s learning achievement of the fifth grade elementary school students in Gugus V Cakranegara academic year 2019/2020. This research is correlational research with total population 259 students which separated in 6 schools.The technique of taken the sample used proportionate random sampling with total sample 157 students. The method of collecting the data that used in this research was documentation and questionnaire method. The achievement showed that the simple regression equation formula I was Y=29.674+0.742X1, so it was obtained the value of learning achievement was 29.674 (a=29.674) and the value of teacher’s expectation was (bX1=0.742). Therefore, thesimple regression equation formula II was Y=23.373+0.699X2, so it was obtained the value of learning achievement was 23.373 (a=23.373) and the value of student’S self-efficacy was 0.699 (bX2=0.699). Hence, in the hypothesis III, the dual regression equation formula was Y=25.937+0.319X1+0.401X2, so it was obtained the valueof learning achievement was 25.937 (a=25.937), the value of teacher’s expectationwas 0.319 and student’s self-efficacy was 0.401 (bX1=0.319; bX2=0.401). So it can be concluded that there were influence of teacher’s expectation and student’s self-efficacy through the students learning achievement in the fifth grade elementary school students in Gugus V Cakranegara academic year 2019/2020.
