Abstract The main production of machine-building enterprises of various industries is the production of metal parts and products, 90-95% of which are manufactured using metal processing by pressure. Ensuring the stability of the technological processes of cold stamping is impossible without the use of interoperative coatings, which play the role of lubrication, preventing the diffusion “setting” (interpenetration at the atomic-molecular level) of the processed materials and tools. Therefore, one of the tasks in constructing the technology for manufacturing parts from these materials is to conduct a test cycle to establish the most acceptable coatings at the intermediate stages of processing. In the process of studying the operability and manufacturability, it is also advisable to use new methods for evaluating quality indicators at separate stages of processing semi-finished products and at the stages of control of finished products, which allows practically eliminating defects due to internal defects, ensuring the uniformity of the microstructure and predicting the operability of finished products during operation. Ensuring the quality of stamped semi-finished products made of refractory metals (niobium, molybdenum) is an urgent task due to the significant proportion of defects during cold stamping of these parts.

The study is about parental involvement in quality of teaching at pre- education level (PG to Class2). The aim of this research was to explore the effect of parents’ role in the enhancement of quality of teaching at Montessori level. This research study was descriptive in nature. Parents and teachers of students studying in Lahore city were the target population of the study. Two hundred parents and one hundred students of PG to class 2, from ten public and ten private primary schools were sample of the study. The survey method was used for data collection. It has been found out that parents are facing challenges and difficulties in rearing of child in current era. Study has witnessed a long gap in students’ achievement due to less parents’ support in classroom guidance provided to their kids at preschool level. Findings of this study show that teaching quality and learning level of student is directly correlated with scales from the parental involvement. Evidence based research in this literature review indicated that those preschool approaches are more successful that have focus on role of parents along with the teacher.

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is one of the common multifactorial inflammatory diseases manifesting predominantly in childhood. There is significant number of cases of self-regression of the disease with aging. On the other hand, there is also another scenario ending with AD persistent course and/or development of comorbid allergic pathologies that can significantly worsen patient’s quality of life and finally lead to social maladjustment. The pathogenesis of such way includes epidermal barrier disturbance, transcutaneous sensibilisation and aberrant allergic (Th2) immune systemic response development. Main role in preventing of this pathological pathway is lying on the new class of moisturizers containing active components "emollients plus". They are considered as foundation for the therapy and prevention of the development of AD and other allergic diseases. This literature review provides relevant data on AD pathogenesis and development of comorbid allergic pathologies. This paper also covers data on the effect of emollients in restoration of the epidermal barrier and their use as preventive measures.

AbstractThe establishment of repositories of frozen semen, for the conservation of agricultural genetic resources, is not a simple matter of collecting and freezing semen in the hope that one day it will be suitable for use in an artificial insemination procedure. Important genetic issues need to be considered; for example, how many samples should be stored and from how many individuals? Aside from these, many biological and logistic issues must be considered. Cryopreservation technology does not work equally well in all species, often because of anatomical differences in the female reproductive tract leading to significant variability in the number of spermatozoa needed in order to achieve an acceptable conception rate. Moreover, spermatozoa from different species are not equally susceptible to cryoinjury. However, it is also emerging that semen samples from individuals within a species are also of different quality; several studies have revealed that these differences reflect the quality of DNA within the spermatozoon itself and also the efficacy of biochemical functions, including metabolic and signalling systems, within individual cells. As new possibilities to select spermatozoa for insemination arise, especially the use of flowsorting for gender selection, these issues may become more significant. In this article we interpret the way in which some of this new information may impact upon the practical implementation of genetic resource conservation.

Atopic dermatitis is a chronic hereditary recurrent skin disease. One of the most pronounced symptoms of this dermatosis is itchy skin. Pruritus accompanies atopic dermatitis in more than 80% of cases. This review presents modern data on the mechanisms of pruritus formation in atopic dermatitis. The issues of etiological factors, neuroimmune interactions, peculiarities of skin dysfunction, as well as the role of stress are considered. The relevance of studying the topic is due to the high prevalence of atopic dermatitis among the population, a decrease in the quality of life and the lack of effective therapy. Analysis of the literature indicates the need for a comprehensive assessment of the pathogenetic mechanisms of the development of pruritus in atopic dermatitis. A more in-depth study of the mechanisms of neurogenic inflammation in atopic dermatitis will contribute to the development of new methods of diagnosis and treatment.

Excitement, the strong positive affect engendered by new information, plays a key role in creative learning. The department chair noted as problematic for all programs that very few of our graduate students became faculty at major universities. But many of the students of Karon did become faculty at major universities, one index of quality of graduate training, as well as becoming competent psychotherapists. This was not because of any direct encouragement to become faculty members. The difference in his approach to graduate education from that of his colleagues can be summarized in four principles. First, remember that graduate students are just like the faculty, except that they are younger. Consequently, they have done less and read less. Second, teach what you know. Particularly if you have done original work, teach that. Your excitement will communicate itself. Third, encourage them to take their own work seriously, including their own research and clinical observations. Their own ideas are as valuable and as worth exploring and developing as any in the literature. Finally, if they are bright, get out of their way. This is related to Tomkins’ theory of the role of affects, especially interest-excitement, in learning and intellectual creativity.

The world practice of distance learning has updated the educational technologies that are adequate to the challenges of today and can effectively solve the problems of training competitive specialists in the new information society. Among them, visualization is singled out, which improves the quality of perception, understanding and assimilation of educational material and serves as a powerful motivator of the students’ cognitive activity. The study is aimed at characterizing the potential of visualization as a technology for teaching Pedagogy students, which allows using the tools of the digital environment effectively to achieve educational goals. The main research method is the survey of 96 second-year bachelor-degree students of the subject area “Pedagogical Education” of the Faculty of Philology of the North-Eastern Federal University. A quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results of the research on visualization as educational technology has revealed the interest of future teachers in using visual teaching methods and understanding the role of visualization in enhancing the cognitive activity of students. The respondents have demonstrated, on the one hand, knowledge of the basic means of information visualization (88%). Yet, on the other hand, not all of the respondents (55%) can clearly and consciously differentiate the concepts of “online platform”, “social network” and “visual means of transmitting information” (“visual communication”).

This article discusses leadership in an educational institution where the nature of good leadership will bring ease in coordinating an organization in achieving its goals. Educational leadership is the ability to drive the implementation of education, so that educational goals that have been set can be achieved effectively and efficiently. Leadership has been described as a manager who is able to influence people or groups to achieve the desired and jointly determined results. The principal is expected to be the leader and innovator in the school. Therefore, the quality of the principal's leadership is significant for school success. Leadership is essentially the ability possessed by someone to foster, guide, direct and move others to work together to achieve the goals set. To realize these goals, the leader needs to carry out a series of activities including directing the people involved in the organization they lead. Leadership is part of management that is planning and organizing, but the main role of leadership is to influence others to achieve the goals set. A good leader will produce a good performance from each of his members and vice versa if the leader can not manage well then it will be difficult to achieve a goal of the institution.
