Our paper focuses on the description of both multinational enterprises (MNE) and the state owned multinational enterprises (SO-MNE) rates of importance within the world economy. The impact of the public administration is felt in both counts. Along Europe it is more intensive in the post-communist countries like in Czech Republic and Slovak Republic and the same in some Arab countries where the SO-MNE are intensive even dominantly operating mostly within the energy industry segments.

Europe has the strongest and largest tourism in the world. As in times of economic prosperity, the industry can prosper, in the case of a change in the economic environment as a result of a crises, it is hit hard and the tourism industry throughout the European Union is suffering billions of euros in damage. It is the case of all post-communist countries and also in Slovak Republic. The effects of such fluctuations are all the greater for the country´s GDP because they do not have contingency plans in place and solutions are often chaotic or implemented too late. The article assesses the impact of several crises, including the current one associated with COVID-19 and predicts a possible approach to mitigate the consequences of the crisis and at the same time better manage the future crisis.

The Covid-19 pandemic has fatal consequences for the world economy, one of which occurred in Indonesia. Government regulations require the public to apply health protocols that must be obeyed, namely social distancing which causes traders to be hampered in the process of buying and selling activities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Covid-19 on export-import activities in Indonesia. This research method uses the desk study method, namely the collection of data sourced from secondary data obtained from BPS in 2020. The results show that: Covid-19 has had an impact including: (1) The largest decline in the value of imports in Indonesia was experienced in February 2020 and May 2020; (2) Document processing must take longer due to this pandemic and all import-export activities must be guided by health protocols that must be carried out; (3) Delay in handling the ship at the port (ship delay), which will have an impact on the delay of the goods arriving at the hands of the owner of the goods (importer) which causes the importer to also have to prepare more costs for importing the goods.

Today, our state is undergoing significant shifts and transformations of the outdated social system, affecting all spheres of the country’s functioning. Such shifts are taking place all over the world and are due to the presence and active influence of globalization processes. World globalization prompts all countries of the world to revise the outdated postulates of their national policy towards realizing the importance of adapting international goals and values recognized by the world community, which are designed not only to ensure the harmonious development of an individual country, but of the whole world. Globalization acts as a factor in leveling static ties between countries, expanding the boundaries of interaction. Basically, the vector of activity of globalization processes is inclined towards the formation of a unified system of socio-economic and political-legal forms of state structure. At the same time, a qualitatively new formation of branched transnational systems of ties is taking place, as a result of which qualitatively new “social actors” enter the world arena, which in turn form new communities, communications and channels of interaction. Thus, the influence of globalization processes is becoming a powerful factor in the democratization of society, increased transparency in government circles and the establishment of equality in society. The purpose of the article is to characterize the main features of the impact of socio-economic globalization on the public administration system in the field of higher education. It is determined that the process of globalization, like other processes, has its own life cycle, which, in our opinion, should be considered as a vicious circle, that is, it has an end, but which, at the same time, becomes the beginning of a new cycle. It has been proven that globalization has led to the need for teaching intercultural communication skills. To move at the same pace with the world, we must start, not turn away from the idea of globalization and its impact on the curriculum of higher education, and strive to understand how to educate citizens who fit into a global way of life. A growing number of case studies point to the complexity of the impact of globalization on the future of higher education. In the future, attention should be paid to determining the main factors of the impact of socio-economic globalization on the public administration system in the field of higher education.

The subject, a source of long standing debate among theoreticians and practitioners in public administration, is revisited in an interesting and challenging way. In the face of a changing decentralized government role in many parts of the world, the author presents a modified classical position that proposes to deal with the impact of this on the public service. Canada and the Canadian public service are attempting to re-establish their roles in this new milieu. The author argues for a new role for public administration by drawing from an historical development of the field and introducing new arguments to support changing needs.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the lives not only of many people but also significantly affected the economy of individual countries and the world economy as a whole. The world has seen a reduction in production capacity due to the closure of borders between countries and the introduction of self-isolation. The coronavirus pandemic has disrupted the usual relationship between manufacturers and users and has made a major difference in transport. Such changes have been reflected in the regulation of relations regarding civil and criminal liability for offenses in the field of transport relations in a coronavirus pandemic. With this in mind, it is important to analyze the transformations of civil and criminal liability in the field of transport due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The work aims to analyze the civil and criminal liability in the field of transport relations due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The object of the study is a civil and criminal liability in the field of transport due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The subject of the study is the public relations that arise, change, and end during the prosecution of civil and criminal transport in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. The research methodology consists of such methods as the analytical method, historical method, method of analysis of legal documents, articles, and monographs, method of generalization, comparison, synthesis, and modeling. The study will analyze the changes that have taken place in the field of transport, namely the peculiarities of civil and criminal liability for violations in the field of transport during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as clarify the problematic issues of prosecution in the field of transport and controversial aspects pre-trial settlement of conflicts by the parties. The research also identified the main trends in the transport sphere in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic and explained what changes need to be made to establish a mechanism for civil and criminal liability in the field of transport due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The development of technology, information technology and various means of communication have a significant impact on public relations activity; especially in government institutions. Many government institutions have invested these means in their management system, in order to facilitate the goals of the institution, and ultimately the interaction between the internal and external public. In this theoretical research, I tried to explain the impact of the new media on public relations in the public administration, based on the views of specialists. The aim of the research is to know the use of the new media of public relations and how in the system of public administration, as well as, Explaining the role it plays in public relations activities of government institutions. Add to this, analyzing the way of how new media and public relations participate in the birth of e-government. Pumping elephantThe COVID-19 pandemic has adversely affected the lives of people around the world in millions of ways . Due to this severe epidemic, all countries in the world have been affected by all aspects, mainly economic. It is widely discussed that the COVID-19 outbreak has affected the world economy. When considering this dimension, this study aims to examine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the world economy, socio-economics, and sustainability. In addition, the research focuses on multiple aspects of social well-being during the pandemic, such as employment, poverty, the status of women, food security, and global trade. To this end, the study used time series and cross-sectional analysis of the data. The second-hand data used in this study comes from the websites of major international organizations. From the analysis of secondary data, the conclusion of this article is that the impact of the pandemic is huge. The main finding of the thesis is that the social economy is affected by the pandemic, causing huge losses in terms of economic well-being and social capital.

A purpose of the Master of Public Administration (MPA) program is to translate theory into practical concepts to prepare leaders of the public and nonprofit sectors. The practice continues to employ entrepreneurial activities throughout the world. The academy has researched, written, and published extensively about entrepreneurship to build knowledge. The author pulled together aspects of the research to build an applicable framework for entrepreneurship—presenting, publishing, and designing an MPA course. This paper discusses that journey. The author sought to find the extent of similar courses in other accredited programs. The findings did not reveal widespread dissemination of entrepreneurship courses. An unintended finding shows that core course offerings appeared to be largely unchanged for decades. Is it time to “reinvent” the MPA program?

The nature of the relationship between the public administration and politics and the subsequent role of the administration appear to be incompatible with the emergence of an administrative elite. After analysing the reasons for this incompatibility, the article explores the impact of the measures taken in the wake of the economic crisis on the civil service and its reform, and also the prospects for the development of a senior civil service. The key, and also the challenge, to any change in this direction remains the rebalancing of the relationship between the public administration and politics. Points for practitioners What might interest practitioners is the issue of the conditions of effectiveness of civil service reform in times of economic crisis and significant pressure.
