Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi guru meningkatkan kepedulian peserta didik terhadap korban bullying yang bersekolah di SD Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber penelitian ini adalah guru kelas SD Negeri Kecamatan Bumiayu, Kabupaten Brebes Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi guru meningkatkan kepedulian peserta didik terhadap korban bullying SD di Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes adalah sebagai berikut: memotivasi, menasehati, bimbingan secara kelompok dan individu, melakukan tindakan pengawasan, memberi peringatan dan hukuman, menjadi tokoh teladan atau panutan, kerjasama dengan orangtua, kerja kelompok, memberikan penghargaan, memasang slogan dan tata tertib di kelas. Kata Kunci: kepedulian, peserta didik, strategi guru ABSTRACT The study aims to find out how the strategy of teacher to improve the careness of learness about bullying victims in the 4th grade SD di Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes. This type of this research is qualitative research with case study approach. The source of this research is the teacher of 4th grade Elementary School Bumiayu District, Brebes Regency, in the 2016/2017 school year. Technique of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of the study indicate that the teacher’s strategy to improve students’ careness of the 4th grade bullying victims SD di Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes as follows: motivating, counseling, grup and individual guidance, taking surveillance, giving warning and punishment, beaing a role model, working withparents, groups, rewarding, show of slogans and order in the classroom. <p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The study aimed to describe the school principal's leadership to improve teacher’s performance at SD Negeri 4 Kalibagor. It used qualitative research method with case study approach. Data collection techniques were observation, interview, and document. Data analysis included data reduction, data presentation, and verification.The results showed that the school principal's leadership to improve teacher’s performance at SD Negeri 4 Kalibagor met the excellent category as educator, manager, administrator, leader, and motivator.As a supervisor and innovator, the principal was in the sufficient category. Principal improved teacher’s performance through lesson plans, learning implementation, and learning evaluation. The obstacles faced by school principal were: (1) the teachers lacked of discipline, (2) the teachers used conventional learning methods and materials,</em><em>and </em><em>(3) the teachers lacked of motivation. The efforts to overcome the obstacles were: (1) being a good role model, (2) providing training,</em><em>and </em><em>(3) giving reward. It concludes that the principal's leadership to improve teacher’s performance at SD Negeri 4 Kalibagormeets good category.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: leadership, school principal, teache</em><em>r’s</em><em> performance<strong></strong></em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru di SD Negeri 4 Kalibagor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis data kualitatif meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru di SD Negeri 4 Kalibagor dilaksanakan dengan kategori sangat baik sebagai <em>educator</em>, manajer, administrator, <em>leader</em>, dan motivator sedangkan sebagai supervisor dan inovator kepala sekolah masuk kategori cukup. Kepala sekolah  meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah: (1) kurangnya disiplin; (2) guru menggunakan metode dan media pembelajaran konvensional; (3) kurangnya motivasi. Upaya untuk mengatasi kendala: (1) menjadi teladan yang baik; (2) memberikan pelatihan; (3) memberikan penghargaan. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian kepemimpinan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru di SD Negeri 4 Kalibagor dalam kategori baik.</p><strong>Kata kunci:</strong> <em>kepemimpinan, kepala sekolah, kinerja guru </em>

This study examines the strategies of madrasa headmasters in improving the quality of Islamic Education and the facilitating and hindering factors as well as the solutions of the headmaster's strategies in improving the quality of Islamic Education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah. This study used descriptive qualitative and research design using a case study approach. The data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques through data reduction analysis, data presentation, and data verification which ended with checking the validity of the data. The results showed that: 1) The strategy employed by the madrasah headmaster in improving the quality of Islamic Education begins with an analysis of the internal and external environment of the madrasa which includes strengths and weaknesses, as well as the threats and opportunities. Head of Madrasah TsanawiyahAlkhairaatSibalaya always builds harmony in the organization, for example, being able to place personnel appropriately and influence his subordinates in human relationships which are covered by authority situations, enforce discipline to all madrasa personnel, and empower teachers to improve their competency and evaluate by involving relevant and professional related parties.2) The supporting factors are harmonious cooperation with subordinates as well as the conducive and comfortable situation and conditions of the madrasa. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors are the lack of teachers' discipline and lack of community response to send their children to madrasas.

Muslim Designer Community Chapter Jombang, a community that is active in social activities such as Islamic studies, training, talk shows, exhibitions of visual da'wah works, and so on. The phenomenon of preaching through visuals indicates that now graphic da'wah has received wide attention and is in demand by various circles of society. Then how is the behavior of the Muslim Designer Community Chapter Jombang preaching? What is the influence of preaching activities through graphics / visual communication? This study uses a qualitative research type with a case study approach with phenomenological data analysis techniques. The results showed that the preaching behavior of Muslim Designer Community Chapter Jombang in carrying out graphic da'wah can be seen in two phases, namely because-motive and motive-for (in-orderto-motive). The reasons that were found were: learning motive (learn). and the motive for sharing (share). Meanwhile, the influence of the delivery of da'wah through graphic media by the Muslim Designer Community Chapter Jombang covers three aspects, namely cognitive, affective and behavioral aspects.

This study aims to determine the development of sportsmanship in children through a modified game of HOT (Hoki Tiup) during the pandemic. The research was conducted at Rumah Belajar All Kids. The research subjects were selected by purposive sampling, namely 4 children aged 5-6 years who did limited face-to-face learning. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Methods of data collection used interviews, observation, and document study. The data analysis was used the data reduction stage, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that sportsmanship develops from the aspects of respect, fairness, and acceptance of the results of the game. Respect is shown through natural expressions when experiencing victory or defeat. A fair attitude is marked by the child starting to obey the rules of the game when playing with all his friends.The child receives the final result of the game.

This research is framed in the topic of leadership, which specifically discusses the leadership of female caregivers in the Al Hajar Pesantren Pagu Kediri in maintaining the tradition of pesantren education as a tafaqquh fi addin institution. This research focuses on how the pesantren management strategy is, how the leadership style tends to be in the pesantren, and the role of the pesantren in al Hajar Kapurejo Pagu. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques with interviews that are supported by observation and documentation. Data analysis by data reduction. The end of this study shows: The strategy of managing a pesantren is carried out by planning at the beginning of the school year, organizing it in daily life and direct supervision by Nyai. His leadership style tends to prioritize work or authoritarian orientation. Nyai's role is as an educator which is realized by directly engaging in teaching (Penelitian ini dibingkai dalam topic kepemimpinan, yang secara khusus membahas kepemimpinan pengasuh perempuan di Pesantren Al Hajar Kapurejo Pagu Kediri dalam mempertahankan tradisi pendidikan pesantren sebagai lembaga tafaqquh fi addin. Penelitian ini terfokus pada bagaimana strategi pengelolaan pesantren, bagaimana kecenderungan gaya kepemimpinan nyai di pesantren, dan peran nyai di pesantren al Hajar Kapurejo Pagu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitattif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara yang didukung dengan pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan cara reduksi data. Akhir penelitian ini menunjukkan:Strategi pengelolaan pesantren dilakukan dengan perencanaan di awal tahun ajaran, pengorganisasian dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan pengawasan langsung oleh nyai. Gaya kepemimpinan nyai cenderung mengedepankan orienasi kerja atau otoriter. Peran Nyai adalah sebagai pendidik yang diwujudkan dengan terjun langsung mengajar)

His study aims to describe the implementation of the decorative reliefs of the Borobudur temple flora on the batik motifs of PGSD FKIP UAD students. The research method that will be used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and document review. Data analysis techniques that will be used in the form of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study were the implementation of various relief batik motifs through the reliefs of the flora of the Borobudur temple on the work of PGSD UAD students. The motifs that appear in the decorative motifs made by students are geometric and non-gemetric batik motifs combined with flora reliefs in the form of frangipani trees, lotus trees, banana trees and lotus trees. Student works are in the form of 2-dimensional works with the identification of elements of straight, curved, zigzag and irregular lines, geometric expressions, organic expressions, multi-angled faces, and irregular shapes. and tertiary, playing dark and light, applying the principles of composition work. The background of this research is (1) the majority of students have gadgets, (2) students spend more time playing gadgets than reading the Qur'an, (3) students have various social media applications and games but rarely have Al-Qur'an applications' an digital, (4) lack of student awareness in reading the Koran, (5) the need for guidance and motivation by teachers in reading the Qur'an with digital applications. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of digital Al-Qur'an applications to gadget addicted students and to analyze how to overcome students addicted to gadgets using digital Al-Qur'an applications. Furthermore, this study uses qualitative research using a case study approach. The research subjects were 10 students who were addicted to mobile phones in the learning process at SMP Negeri 3 Tanjung Batu. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using analysis refers to the concept of Miles and Huberman interactive models, namely: Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Drawing Conclusions. The results showed that the application of digital Al-Qur’an applications in the learning process of reading Al-Qur’an can help direct students to use their cellphones on positive things, and want to change to prefer using their cellphones to read Al-Quran.

This study aims to determine the development of tantrum children and parental guidance in tackling Tantrum Children in Kuripan Utara Village, Kuripan Lobar District. This research is a descriptive qualitative study with a case study approach. The subject of this study is the parents of children who have the behaviour of tantrums and their neighbours. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis techniques are used, namely through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Check the validity of the data by increasing perseverance and using source triangulation. The fndings of this study, namely the development of tantrum children in Kuripan Utara Village, have several developments including (a) physical development, (b) emotional development, (c) cognitive development, (d) social development. While the fndings of parental guidance in dealing with tantrum children are (a) moving to another place, (b) distracting the child, (c) talking softly to the child. In this parent’s guidance, the connection with the theory can produce children who will be spared from deviant behaviour when they are big.

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of school literacy movement in instilling characters to read low-grade students in the integrated Islamic SD Lukman Al Hakim Sleman. This research is included in qualitative research. The design of this research uses a single case study approach for collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this research use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The validity test in the study uses data source triangulation and triangulation method. The findings of the research is the implementation of school literacy movement in instilling characters to read low-grade students in integrated Islamic SD Lukman Al Hakim Sleman has been implemented using the method of 15 minutes reading. GLS conducted at the integrated Islamic SD Lukman Al Hakim Sleman focuses on reading with the aim of instilling characters to read in low-grade students. Through the implementation of school literacy movement in instilling the optimal character of reading, and motivating and giving the spirit for the students to read will create the character to read the good students and shape the love of Students to Reading.

The purpose of this study was to gain an understanding of Islamic Religious Education Teachers' exemplary approach to developing students' emotional, spiritual quotients. This article employs a qualitative research methodology in conjunction with a case study approach. The approach taken is consistent with the formulation of the problem under investigation. Informants were chosen based on the research's objectives. Formal and informal interviews were conducted. The findings of this study demonstrate two aspects of the emotional approach in Islamic education: Methods of persuasion and education. Teachers develop spiritual, emotional intelligence by providing students with new knowledge that includes exemplary figures dating all the way back to the Prophet Muhammad's time and exemplary national figures, as well as by inviting students to practice family strategies for recognizing and managing their own emotions, the ability to motivate themselves, the ability to recognize the emotions of others, and how to build relationships with others.
