RÉSUMÉ. Les transformations des systèmes universitaires du monde, dues à l’insertion des TIC et des approches pédagogiques différentes, nous ont amenée à faire une recherche sur l’une des possibilités favorisant le terrain de mutation de l’enseignement supérieur du FLE, une mutation qui implique le changement du système universitaire et du comportement des acteurs du terrain afin d’acquérir le savoir comment agir. Cet article s’est donc assigné un objectif : créer un lien entre deux mouvements récents en didactique, la classe inversée et l’approche actionnelle. Après avoir effectué une étude analytique sur ces concepts ainsi que sur la pédagogie universitaire s’inscrivant dans les pédagogies active et numérique, un scénario didactique a été proposé pour les niveaux A1-A2 du CECRL destiné aux étudiants de la première année de licence, tout en appliquant les concepts théoriques présentés au cours de l’article. Mots-clés : approche actionnelle, classe inversée, pédagogie universitaire, scénario pédagogique, TIC ABSTRACT. The transformations of the world's academic systems, due to the integration of ICT and different pedagogical approaches, led us to research one of the possibilities providing the field of mutation of the higher education in the FFL, a mutation that implies the change of the university system and behavior of actors in order to acquire knowledge how to act. The goal of this article is to create a link between two recent movements in didactics, the flipped learning and the actional approach. After an analytical study on these concepts as well as on university teaching in active and digital pedagogy, an educational scenario was proposed for the A1-A2 levels for students in the first year of BA applying the theoretical concepts presented in this article. Keywords: Actional approach, Flipped learning, University teaching, Pedagogical scenario, ICT

For numerical simulations of cavitating flows, many physical models are currently used. One approach is the void fraction transport equation-based model including source terms for vaporization and condensation processes. Various source terms have been proposed by different researchers. However, they have been tested only in different flow configurations, which make direct comparisons between the results difficult. A comparative study, based on the expression of the source terms as a function of the pressure, is presented in the present paper. This analytical approach demonstrates a large resemblance between the models, and it also clarifies the influence of the model parameters on the vaporization and condensation terms and, therefore, on the cavity shape and behavior. Some of the models were also tested using a 2D CFD code in configurations of cavitation on two-dimensional foil sections. Void fraction distributions and frequency of the cavity oscillations were compared to existing experimental measurements. These numerical results confirm the analytical study.

The article reveals the specifics of Russian national culture and its role in business. The data of studies of Russians are summarized in behavioral context. The historical periods of Russia's development and governance and their influence on behavior are described in the business environment. The greatest differences are noted between the Russian and Anglo-Saxon mentality. Russians are described in typical situations at the present stage of Russian economy development - the formal use of IT, bureaucracy, subordination, the importance of personal contacts, and desire to control workers behavior during off-hours.

Abstract Background Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) are one of the most frequently prescribed classes of drug in the world and there is a growing number of publications on correct versus incorrect use of PPIs worldwide. The knowledge of PPIs among the medical staff is essential for improving the rationality of PPI application. The present study aimed to investigate awareness, attitude and behavior toward PPI use among medical staff in the Southwest of China. Methods The present descriptive-analytical study was conducted on 900 medical staff from three professional groups (300 doctors, 300 nurses and 300 pharmacists) in China. The study data were collected through a self-designed questionnaire which included demographics, awareness, attitude and behavior toward PPI use. The study was carried out in 22 hospitals in Luzhou between February and June 2018. Results Of 900 surveys issued, 851valid questionnaires (295doctors, 268 nurses and 288 pharmacists) were returned. Of all respondents, 33.25% were men and 66.75% were women. The score related to PPI awareness score of medical staff was low (59.47 ± 15.75). The level of awareness of pharmacist was significantly higher than that of doctors and nurses (P < 0.01), which was related to gender, age, occupation, educational level, professional title, hospital nature and hospital grade. Similarly, on the attitude towards PPI use, the pharmacists scored also significantly higher than doctors and the nurses (P < 0.01). Three hundred eighty-one of 851 medical staff had used PPI in the past 1 year, of which omeprazole was the most widely used. Among doctors, nurses and pharmacists, the usage rate of PPI was 50.85, 42.16, 40.97%, respectively. The use frequency was related to occupation and professional title. The score about the behavior toward PPIs of the nurses was also significantly lower than that of doctors and pharmacists (P < 0.01). Conclusions The study indicated that the medical staff lack of awareness concerning rational use of PPI in China, especially nurse. Thus, it is necessary to call for action on the improvement of PPI awareness and medication-taking behaviors to reduce PPI overuse and to promote the rationality of PPI application.

Abstract We identify the significance and typical requirements of developmental analyses of the microbiome-gut-brain (MGB) in parents, offspring, and parent-offspring relations, which have particular importance for neurobehavioral outcomes in mammalian species, including humans. We call for a focus on behavioral measures of social-emotional function. Methodological approaches to interpreting relations between the microbiota and behavior are discussed.

There is extensive interest in SiGe for use in heterojunction bipolar transistors. SiGe/Si superlattices are also of interest because of their potential for use in infrared detectors and field-effect transistors. The processing required for these materials is quite compatible with existing silicon technology. However, before SiGe can be used extensively for devices, there is a need to understand and then control the origin and behavior of defects in the materials. The present study was aimed at investigating the structural quality of, and the behavior of defects in, graded SiGe layers grown by chemical vapor deposition (CVD).The structures investigated in this study consisted of Si1-xGex[x=0.16]/Si1-xGex[x= 0.14, 0.13, 0.12, 0.10, 0.09, 0.07, 0.05, 0.04, 0.005, 0]/epi-Si/substrate heterolayers grown by CVD. The Si1-xGex layers were isochronally grown [t = 0.4 minutes per layer], with gas-flow rates being adjusted to control composition. Cross-section TEM specimens were prepared in the 110 geometry. These were then analyzed using two-beam bright-field, dark-field and weak-beam images. A JEOL JEM 200CX transmission electron microscope was used, operating at 200 kV.

High-pressure oxidation of silicon (HIPOX) is one of various techniques used for electrical-isolation of semiconductor-devices on silicon substrates. Other techniques have included local-oxidation of silicon (LOCOS), poly-buffered LOCOS, deep-trench isolation and separation of silicon by implanted oxygen (SIMOX). Reliable use of HIPOX for device-isolation requires an understanding of the behavior of the materials and structures being used and their interactions under different processing conditions. The effect of HIPOX-related stresses in the structures is of interest because structuraldefects, if formed, could electrically degrade devices.This investigation was performed to study the origin and behavior of defects in recessed HIPOX (RHIPOX) structures. The structures were exposed to a boron implant. Samples consisted of (i) RHlPOX'ed strip exposed to a boron implant, (ii) recessed strip prior to HIPOX, but exposed to a boron implant, (iii) test-pad prior to HIPOX, (iv) HIPOX'ed region away from R-HIPOX edge. Cross-section TEM specimens were prepared in the <110> substrate-geometry.
