A construction and introduction of the information systems in a management education is the actual task of forming of modern information society. In the article the results of research of automation of treatment of financial documents, which was conducted within the project «Scientific-methodical providing of the informative system of programming of scientific researches in Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine based on the Internet» № 0109U002139 are represented. The article contains methodical principles of automation of treatment programming and financial documents as well as requirements to the information system, which will be the base to next project stages.

The article describes the concept of a new geographic information system for the provision of electronic state and municipal services. The problem of the lack of an open portal in the Internet for choosing unencumbered and suitable for use for the intended purpose land plots is considered. The importance of information systems in the development of the digital economy and information society in the Russian Federation is shown. The analysis of existing geographic information systems is given in a generalized and systematic way. As a result, it was found that the main drawback of the existing systems is the limitation of a certain territory and a set of services. It is concluded that it is necessary to display the free land. Automatic notifications should be sent to the competent authorities. The new information system should have direct and feedback links with all information and geographic information systems in operation and being developed in Russia. The results and conclusions are applicable to the creation of new geographic information systems.

The actual task of modern information society forming is a construction and introduction of the information systems in educational management. The article contains the analysis of subject domain of the informative system in the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, description of financial documents and facilities for automations of their treatment in the integrated environment of Windows SharePoint Services – Microsoft Word. The conceptual model of information is presented, it is shown, as on its basis facilities of automation of work are built with financial documents. The CRT forms of document life cycle are resulted in the information system: conceptual model of information, logical model of data, physical model of data, template, a document, eventual document with the automatic filling of indexes of financial documents.

The purpose – The purpose of the article was an attempt to assess the significance of two spheres connected with the functioning of DMOs, i.e. internet marketing and the development of modern technologies and information systems. Design – The study covers theoretical issues connected with the essence of destination management organizations as the basic organizational structures in the tourism sector, and with the significance of the Internet and modern information technologies in the activities of these organizations. The second part of the study covers the empirical issues of the problem analyzed. Approach and methodology – Apart from theoretical deliberations, it provides the review of previous research. Moreover, the results of the author’s research were used with the aid of the diagnostic survey technique. The results from 53 DMOs that represent 19 European states were obtained. Findings – The quantity of expenditures on information technologies was defined in the structure of the total expenditures on the part of DMOs. The average value for all the organizations under analysis was 10.9%. Owing to the application of the point grading method (Likert scale), it was demonstrated that internet marketing and the development of modern technologies and information systems are becoming increasingly more important areas of the activities. Originality of the research – The originality is evident in the insights it provides about use of modern information technologies and the Internet in the activities of DMO. The empirical deliberations presented in this article should become an important point of reference for many DMOs and should emphasize the growing significance of information technologies.

Pertumbuhan akses informasi pada saat sekarang ini berjalan secara pesat. Masyarakat atau user untuk mendapatkan data atau informasi yang akurat, aktual, serta cepat dan mudah sekarang bukanlah hal sulit. Perkembangan internet pada saat ini semakin pesat dan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari dunia pendidikan. Terdapatnya sistem informasi dan internet yang terus berkembang, maka diciptakan suatu cara penyampaian pendidikan secara elektronik dengan bantuan internet. Sistem informasi yang dimaksud pada saat sekarang lebih dikenal dengan istilah elektronik learning (e-learning). E-learning adalah suatu sistem informasi yang membantu pembelajaran manual menjadi pembelajaran secara elektronik. Pada dunia pendidikan untuk membantu dosen dan mahasiswa untuk memanajemen mata kuliah, saat sekarang ini terdapat Sistem Informasi Akademik yang lebih disingkat dengan SIA. SIA adalah suatu sistem informasi yang mengelola dan mengolah semua data-data akademik yang berada di bidang akademik. KRS online yang berada di SIA berhubungan erat dengan mata kuliah yang akan terisi pada e-learning. Dari pandangan kebutuhan tersebut, ada baiknya kedua sistem informasi tersebut digabungkan sehingga dengan user mengisi SIA, maka sistem e-learning yang berhubungan dengan mata kuliah yang diikuti akan terupdate dengan sendirinya dan perlu didesain sedemikian rupa agar kedua sistem informasi tersebut dapat berjalan dengan baik dan dapat digunakan oleh para user. Pendekatan ergonomis yang diperlukan untuk sistem tersebut adalah Human Computer Interaction (HCI) sehingga sistem yang dikembangkan akan nyaman, mudah dan aman digunakan oleh user atau dengan kata lain adalah user friendly. Jurnal ini disusun dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu sistem integrasi SIA dengan e-learning sehingga dapat membantu dan mempermudah aktifitas pembelajaran di Perguruan Tinggi.   ABSTRACT Growth of access to information at the present time is running fast. Public or the user to obtain data or information that is accurate, current, and a quick and easy right now is not difficult. The development of the Internet in today's increasingly rapidly and can not be separated from the world of education. Presence information systems and the Internet continues to grow, then created a way of delivering education electronically with the help of internet. The information system is at present better known as electronic learning (e-learning). E-learning is an information system that helps instructional manual to electronic learning. In the world of education to enable faculty and students to manage course, nowadays there are more Academic Information System shortened by SIA. SIA is an information system that manages and processes all the data of academic residing in the academic field. KRS SIA online that are closely related to the subjects that will be filled in e-learning. From the view of these needs, it helps both information systems are combined so that the user fills in SIA, the e-learning systems relating to subjects who follow will update itself and needs to be designed so that both the information system can run well and can used by the user. Ergonomic approach is needed for these systems is the Human Computer Interaction (HCI) so that the developed system will be convenient, easy and safe to use by the user, or in      other words is user friendly. These journals are intended to develop a system AIS integration with e-learning in order to assist and facilitate the activities of learning in Higher Education.

Creation of information system of scientific researches planning in Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine on the Internet basis (ІS "Planning") will provide an information and technological support of processes of planning of scientific researches which are being carried out in scientific institutions of Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, and will solve a problem of effective maintenance of their performance. The development of modern trade is strongly influenced by advances and conveniences in information systems. Business and marketing services are supportive of accessing the digital world, which we usually know as e-shop or e-commerce. E-commerce is virtual in the sense that it exists on the Internet, and physical existence outside the Internet is limited (Azam 2012)[1]. PD. Indrasari is a home-based business or IKM whose scope of business is still conventional, meaning that business and business applications are still manual without the interference of information technology.Research in PD. Indrasari is only in its external business environment, so researchers use the method described by Ward and Peppard to obtain a business strategy. The methods are PEST analysis, PEST analysis (political, economic, social and technological)[2] and Five Porter Forces analysis The Porter’s Five Forces Model includes Bargaining power of suppliers, bargaining power of buyers, threat of new entrants, and threat of substitutes [3].With this PEST analysis to determine the condition of governance / regulation, economy, social and technology in the area of research object and the Five Porter Forces analysis to determine competition in terms of production and marketing needs. By knowing some of the results of the analysis, it will be formulated as a component in the planning of an information system strategy, in order to obtain recommendations for information systems and applications that will be implemented based on the planned time.
