This research was conducted to determine the effect of personal selling and advertising on the decision process of students choosing where to study. The sample of this study was 78 students in the Gunung Puteri region, Bogor using the accidental sampling method. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to students as respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The study produces a model of multiple linear regression equation Y = 11,068 + 0,101 X1 + 0,607 X2 which is feasible to explain the effect of personal selling and advertising on the decision of students choosing a college. Personal Selling has no influence on the student's decision to choose where to study. Advertising has an influence on the decision process of students to choose a place of study in a positive direction. Keywords: Personal Selling, Advertising, Decision process. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh personal selling dan iklan terhadap proses keputusan mahasiswa memilih tempat kuliah. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 78 mahasiswa di wilayah Gunung Puteri, Bogor dengan metode accidental sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa sebagai responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier ganda. Penelitian menghasilkan model persamaan regresi linier ganda Y = 11.068 + 0,101 X1 + 0,607 X2 yang layak untuk menjelaskan pengaruh personal selling dan iklan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih kuliah. Personal Selling tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih tempat kuliah. Iklan memiliki pengaruh terhadap proses keputusan mahasiswa memilih tempat kuliah dengan arah positif.Kata kunci:Personal Selling, Iklan, Proses Keputusan

<p>Driving safety is influenced by various such as road conditions vehicle condition, driving behavior, knowledge of driving. All four have an important role in influencing the safety of driving. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence of road conditions, vehicle conditions,driving behavior, knowledge of driving on roads Toll-Bawen Semarang Central Java Province either partially or simultaneously.<br />Results of statistical analysis tools SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solutions) Ver. 22.0 multiple linear regression equation Y= 2,568 +0,268 X1 + 0,266 X2 + 0,216 X3 +0,148 X4 ( The results of multiple linear regression equation showed that there were significant positive influence on Keselamatan drive the road condition (t = 3,229&gt; t tabel = 1,9853) the condition of vehicle on road safety (t =2,624&gt; t tabel = 1,9853 the driving behavior of the safety driving (t = 3,037 &gt; t tabel = 1,9853, drive to the road safety knowledge ( t = 2,139 &gt; table = 1,9853) individually and simultaneously influence, vehicle conditions perilaku driving, and driving knowledge together –have the same effect as 26,529 &gt; F Tabel 2,46. The fourth influence is very strong research variable with the coefficient of determination (R2) were obtained for 50,8 of the safety of driving and 49,2 % are influenced by variable that are not detectedin this study</p><p><strong>Keywords : Road condition, Vehicle condition, Driving behavior, Knowledge of driving, and Driving safety.</strong></p><p> </p><p>Keselamatan berkendara dipengaruhi oleh berbagai factor diantaranya adalah kondisi jalan, kondisi kendaraan, perilaku pengendara, pengetahuan berkendara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh antara kondisi jalan, kondisi kendaraan, perilaku pengendara, pengetahuan berkendara diruas jalan Tol Semarang Bawen Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah pengguna mobil golongan I dijalan tol semarang bawen provinsi jawa tengah berjumlah 100 orang. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari : Variabel bebas yaitu kondisi jalan x1, kondisi kendaraan perilaku berkendara x3 dan pengetahuan berkendar serta variable terikat yaitu keselamatan berkendara. Semua hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima, sehingga model tersebut mengambarkan hubungan yang kausalitas yang terjalin antar variable. Hasil analisi dengan alat bantu statistic program spss ver.22 . Dari hasil persamaan regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antar masing-masing variable. Pengaruh keempat variable penelitian sangat kuat dengan nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 50,8% terhadap keselamatan berkendara dan 49,2 % dipengaruhi oleh variable yang tidak terdeteksi pada penelitian ini.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci : Kondisi Jalan, Kondisi Kendaraan, Perilaku Berkendara, Pengetahuan berkendara dan Keselamatan berkendara.</strong></p>

Customer satisfaction will be formed if it can meet the expectations of the consumer base. Many factors that affect customer satisfaction including the quality of service and price. The problem in this research is (1) How does the quality of service to customer satisfaction, (2) How does the price of the additional services to customer satisfaction, (3) How does the quality of service and price of the additional services simultaneously on customer satisfaction.               The results obtained by multiple linear regression equation Y = 13,122 + 0.159 X1 + 0.145 X2. Quality of service is not positive and not significant to customer satisfaction with the grades were t = 1.459, the price of the additional services are not there is positive and no significant effect on customer satisfaction with the value t = 1.441, quality of service and price of the additional services together no significant effect on consumer satisfaction with the value of F = 3.012. Overall quality of service and price of the additional services affect customer satisfaction by 0.048 or 4.8%, while the remaining 95.2% is influenced by other factors not examined by the author.               Based on this research can be concluded that: 1) there are significant positive and significant correlation between quality of service to customer satisfaction 2) There is no influence of positive and significant correlation between the price of the additional services to customer satisfaction 3) there is positive and significant correlation between quality of service price additional services simultaneously on customer satisfaction.

This research was conducted in the research conducted at CV.Zafira Teknik Pekanbaru, SM.Amin, Pekanbaru City in 2019. This study was to determine the effect of price, location and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions CV. Zafira Teknik Pekanbaru. The population in this study are consumers who buy doors and repair doors at CV. Zafira Teknik Pekanbaru 2018 is 1,188 people. With a sample of 92 people with a sampling method based on purposive sampling. From the analysis of multiple linear regression equation was formulated:  Y= 2,620 + 0,371X1+ 0,143X2 + 0,336X3.  The results of the t test (partial test) obtained the value of t arithmetic for Price/ X1 (5,077) and product quality/ X3 (3,208) greater than t table of 1,98729, then it has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions CV. Zafira Teknik Pekanbaru. Whereas the Location /X2 variable does not significantly influence the consumer purchasing decision variable CV. Zafira Teknik Pekanbaru, this is because the value of t_count (1.340) <t_tabel (1.98729) . F Test Results (joint test), it is concluded that  F count  is 28.304> F table 2.71 so that simultaneously   the variables of Price, location, and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions CV. Zafira Teknik Pekanbaru. . There are contribution the influence of variables of Price, location, and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions CV. Zafira Teknik Pekanbaru of Obtained value of Adjusted R Square equal to 0,471 or 47,1% and 52,9 % influenced by the other factors that are not pursuing in this research. So this research to strengthen previous studies

This research is a correlational study that examines the relationship between cognitive style and habits of mind. The research subjects involved 4th semester students in the Department of Mathematics Education at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training of UIN Suska Riau which consisted of students with heterogeneous academic abilities. Cognitive style data was collected using the GEFT question instrument with test techniques. Habits of mind data were collected using a questionnaire instrument with a questionnaire distribution technique. The data analysis technique begins with the Pearson Product Moment correlation test which is continued with the significance test and the calculation of the magnitude of the relationship that occurs using the coefficient of determination. Because the data is positively correlated, it continues with determining the linear regression equation. The results showed that there was a significant weak correlation between cognitive style and habits of mind with a relationship score of 6% and a linear regression equation y '= 36.35 + 0.31 x.
