Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan peluang pasar tanaman herbal di Kabupaten Pasuruan. Dengan obyek penelitian adalah petani herbal, paguyuban petani, pelaku usaha herbal dan pemerintah daerah. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis lokasi, deskriptif, pemasaran dan SWOT. Berdasarkan analisis dan identifikasi kondisi di lapangan strategi yang diterapkan dalam pengembangan peluang pasar tanaman herbal Kabupaten Pasuruan adalah Stable Growth Strategy, dengan strategi antara lain: peningkatan akan minat budidaya komoditas tanaman obat, peningkatan pelatihan/penyuluhan terkait budidaya dan pengolahan produk tanaman obat, peningkatan inovasi pengolahan hasil tanaman obat untuk mencukupi pangsa pasar yang ada, perluasan jaringan pemasaran produk olahan tanaman obat dan meningkatkan kemitraan antara petani tanaman obat di Kabupaten Pasuruan.

This research is motivated by the strategy carried out by the board including collaborating / collaborating with alumni to promote their alma mater in new prospective students in their neighborhoods and workplaces can improve competitiveness by building a superior scientific culture of printing students as qualified quality learners tough facing the challenges of the times. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, observation, Focus Group Discussion, documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions / verification. From the results of this study, the researchers concluded that: Competitive strategies are carried out by: a) greater demand for good communication with the head and foundation for the advancement of madrasas, increasing education staff and infrastructure, b) Offers by preparing and managing students well, combining the curriculum of the Ministry of religion curriculum and the Salafiyah curriculum. c) Marketing by combining learning of the Ministry of religion curriculum and the Salafiyah curriculum, costs allocated according to the budget, alumni are real life brochures and through websites and competitions lined up, and access to madrasas is very easy and extends locations. Based on internal and external analysis above in a stable growth strategy condition which means that the situation is favorable because boarding schools have opportunities and strengths, boarding schools can take full advantage of opportunities so as to be able to implement strategies that support aggressive growth policies. Educational institutions authorized to manage education which used in this institutions, included manage learning methods, learning materials, student activities, and introduced to society. A while ago educational institutions as a produce education service only seen as seller’s market, prospective students compete to enroll in school without much competition with other institutions. The marketing strategy is needed in introducing educational institutions that is to inform effective and efisien to people about education services so people can attract to study in this institutions. This study aims to know the factors that influence marketing strategy in educational institutions and to know what the best marketing strategy to use in PG/TK Islam Bunayya Samarinda. This study use qualitative research methods with field research. The methods are indepth interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis used SWOT analysis. This study results are 1) implementation of marketing strategy that used by PG/TK Islam Bunayya Samarinda are direct and indirect methods, 2) internal factors consist of strengths are the teachers, services and communication, tution fee, and curriculum, then for the weaknesses are double work, education background of teachers, location, parking area. External factors consist of opportunities are muslim majority, expectation to study in the next study, cooperation with others institutions, alumnus supports, and people perceptions about Islam school, 3) marketing strategy that can be used in PG/TK Islam Bunayya Samarinda is stable growth strategy.

A good company should be able to know what the desire of customers, provide good service, and do some innovations in running the business. An Implementation of good strategy will make the company to survive in a long time. This study was conducted to look at the strategies that must be done by Kid's Fun as the provider for entertainment and recreation for family by using SWOT 8-K analysis. Based on the last research, it can be concluded that Kid's Fun is in quadrant I-B, and then they can do the Stable Growth Strategy. There's an opportunity to be better, which is located in I-A quadrant. The management can enhance existing strengths and minimize the weaknesses. This is in line with existing market potential, supports from local government, economic conditions and technological developments that supporting the companies. Kawasan RTH waduk Batujai yang berperan sebagai ruang publik perkotaan Praya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah saat ini belum berfungsi dengan baik terhadap meningkatnya perkembangan kota. Meningkatnya pemanfaatan dan aktivitas di kawasan RTH sebagai tempat rekreasi, bermain, maupun olahraga tidak diikuti dengan peningkatan kualitas lingkungan serta penyediaan fasilitas penunjang yang memadai. Permasalahan lainnya adalah belum dikembangkannya kawasan RTH waduk Batujai ini secara optimal, sehingga diperlukan suatu kajian arahan pengembangan kawasan RTH waduk Batujai sebagai ruang publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survei melalui kuesioner terhadap 175 responden yang terdiri masyarakat setempat dan pengunjung RTH serta 100 wisatawan, dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan model gravitasi, distribusi frekuensi dan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kawasan RTH Batujai berada pada posisi Stable growth strategy dengan arahan pengembangan; Dikembangkan sebagai rekreasi Taman Kota (urban park) dan hutan kota serta pengembangan rekreasi olahraga air; Peningkatan kuantitas dan kualitas fasilitas wisata; meningkatkan potensi daya tarik dan menambah atraksi wisata; meningkatkan kualitas aksesibilitas; penataan vegetasi; pelestarian perairan waduk, serta penataan area sempadan waduk dan sungai sekitar.

This study aims to obtain findings regarding the internal conditions of Gojek, obtain findings regarding Gojek's externalities, and obtain findings on the strategic results that Gojek needs to do in increasing service sales through the concept of Disruptive Marketing. The object of this research is PT. Indonesian Gojek. The variable in this study is Disruptive Marketing. This type of research is descriptive. With qualitative methods and SWOT analysis. Based on the overall research results with SWOT analysis shows that the direction of Go-Jek's management in increasing service sales through the concept of Disruptive Marketing is in a Stable Growth Strategy, meaning that Gojek is pursuing maximum growth by strengthening market share, pursuing profit, and this strategy is able to pursue growth. sustainable by always making innovations.

The level of poverty in Bantul regency is higher than the average of poverty in Yogyakart province. One of the way to decrease poverty is zakat. Decreasing of poverty can be efficient and effective, if zakat collection and distribution by zakat institution. In fact, zakat collection in zakat institution in Bantul regency is increase, but it is lower than zakat potentially. It is 10 pecent only. Furthermore, zakat institutions in Bantul regency need efficient and effective zakat collection strategy. Based on the information, this research use tool of analysis is Matriks SWOT 8K. The steps of this analysis such as determining variable of streghts, weaknesses, opportinities and threaths, determining indicator, determining value of equality, determining position of zakat instititution, finally determining strategy of zakat collection. The result of this research is the position of akat institions in Bantul regency is IB Quadrant and IIA Quadrant. So, Zakat Institutions should implement aggressive maintance strategy and stable growth strategy.Key Word : poverty, zakat, strategy

Well-established results indicate that export diversification might be a better growth strategy for an emerging economy as long as its GDP per capita level is smaller than an empirically defined threshold. As average incomes in Russian regions are likely to be far below the threshold, it might be important to estimate their diversification potential. The paper discusses the Atlas of economic complexity for Russian regions created to visualize regional export baskets, to estimate their complexity and evaluate regional export potential. The paper’s results are consistent with previous findings: the complexity of export is substantially higher and diversification potential is larger in western and central regions of Russia. Their export potential might become larger if western and central regions, first, try to join global value added chains and second, cooperate and develop joint diversification strategies. Northern and eastern regions are by contrast much less complex and their diversification potential is small.
