Bandrek Hanjuang merupakan minuman kemasan khas dari Jawa Barat yang sudah dipasarkan baik di dalam negeri maupun internasional. Perubahan manajemen pada perusahaan ini berdampak pada peningkatan penjualan produk yang dihasilkannya. Disisi lain, keterbatasan lahan yang dimiliki membuat perusahaan belum mampu memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan terhadap bahan baku tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha produksi bandrek menggunakan dua alternatif pengadaan bahan baku jahe merah yaitu memproduksi sendiri atau membeli dari luar menggunakan analisis R-C Rasio. Penelitian dilakukan di CV. Cihanjuang Inti Teknik dari bulan Maret-September 2015. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang diarahkan untuk memberikan informasi secara sistematis dan akurat mengenai objek penelitian serta menganalisis berdasarkan data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan jumlah pendapatan yang sama, proses produksi dengan alternatif pengadaan jahe merah dengan memproduksi sendiri memiliki nilai R/C yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan membeli dari luar. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa proses produksi dengan alternatif pengadaan jahe merah dengan memproduksi sendiri memiliki biaya produksi yang lebih rendah sehingga memiliki keuntungan yang lebih besar. Oleh karena itu, proses produksi dengan alternatif pengadaan jahe merah dengan memproduksi sendiri dinilai lebih layak untuk direalisasikan. Kata kunci : bandrek, jahe merah, kelayakan usaha, pengadaan bahan baku, R/C rasio Bandrek Hanjuang is a special instant drink from West Java which has been in the national and international market. However, due to the increase of demand, the company was not be able to provide the dried red ginger as raw material, due to the limited resources. The aim of this research is to analyze the properness of bandrek production using two ways of making; self-producing or buying from other party using analysis ratio R-C. This research was conducted in CV. Cihanjuang Inti Teknik from March to September 2015. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method; that is; a research which is conducted to give systematic information concerning the object of the research and to analyze from the obtained data. The finding of this research showed that with equal income, self-producing of dried red ginger had higher R/C value compared to buying from other party. This illustrates that the self-producing required lower production cost, therefore the company is able to get higher income. In conclusion, self-producing of dried red ginger is likely more preferable to be conducted. Keywords : bandrek, red ginger, properness, raw material making, R/C ratio

Research on the study of Minyak Karo ethnobotany aims to determine the types of plants that are the raw material for making Minyak Karo and its utilization. The method used in the study is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques carried out through an emic approach and an ethical approach to the interview method with producers of Minyak Karo. The results obtained in this study are 42 species from 24 families which are used as ingredients in the production of Minyak Karo. Zingiberaceae is the type most widely used in these herbs. Plant parts used are leaves (16 species), rhizomes (7 species), roots (6 species), seeds (5 species), fruit (4 species), flowers and tubers (2 species each), and stems (1 species). Benefits of Minyak Karo treat aches, treat colds, reduce heat / fever, heal wounds, dry out and treat sunburn, treat itching, strengthen bones in infants, treat lumbago, treat rheumatism, treat sprains, treat body aches, and treat muscle cramps. Minyak Karo is an external medicine so that its use is enough by way of being rubbed, applied or massaged.

The research was conducted in the livestock cage of Lampung State Polytechnic in November - December 2019. This study aims to analyze the production cost of using femented kiambang flour on super Javanese chicken ration. The research method used is descriptive method. Data collection is done by taking samples from controls and treatment with a total of 15 heads each at the end of maintenance. The average yield on the administration of fermented kiambang flour of 10% resulted in an IOFC value of Rp. 13,553 and control resulted in an IOFC value of Rp. 12,868. The average yield on the administration of fermented kiambang flour 10% produces a BEP value of Rp. 31,584 and control produces a BEP value of Rp. 33,636. The average yield on the administration of fermented kiambang flour 10 % produces an R/C value of 1,215 and at the control stage produces an R/C value of 1,180. The average yield on the administration of fermented kiambang flour of 10% produces a B/C value of 0.215 and at the control stage produces a B/C value of 0.180. So it can be concluded that the use of fermented kiambang flour as much as 10% on super Javanese chicken rations can reduce production costs and have economic value.

This study focuses on the issue of the formation of noble morals in MAN 2 Bandung City and MAN 2 Bandung Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive method. In this study, it discusses how the management system for the formation of noble morals in educational units, especially in MAN 2 Bandung City and MAN 2 Bandung Regency responds to new challenges in this era of globalization which have resulted in many decreases in the quality of human resources, especially related to embedded moral decadence. in students. Besides, it discusses various environmental influences that affect the implementation of the noble character formation program and various problems that arise from the noble character formation program along with the solutions to its solutions. This research shows that the managerial system for the formation of noble morals in the education unit has implemented management principles through the stages of planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating every noble character formation program with various advantages and limited resources. This stage is an effort to reduce the increasing level of moral decadence. The many influences and problems that arise are taken into consideration in formulating various strategies as solutions to these problems.

Brand has an important role which is as the identity of a business and shape the image in the minds of the community. Moreover, living in the current digital era is the time of the emergence of technology so that it can facilitate the activities of Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSME), including in building brands. But the problem is the lack of awareness of MSME in building brands and only a few MSME in Indonesia use digital media. Therefore, it is expected that SMEs can raise awareness in building brands and be able to adapt to the maximum use of internet media so that MSME brands can be well known to the international market. Of the existing problems it is necessary to discuss the basic concepts of branding for MSME, MSME obstacles in implementing branding, the main key to building branding in the digital era, and strategies for building MSME branding. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that is using literature studies taken through relevant books, journals, and websites. The results of this study indicate that branding strategy is very important to be implemented for the advancement of MSME and that with the existence of internet media it can be easier to implement branding strategies for MSME.

The tax is a compulsory contribution of citizens to the government and is imposed on the public based on the provisions of applicable law. Consideration of the cost of goods sold for a product and how to calculate restaurant taxes is one of the crucial things in a restaurant business, in an era where UMKM  have been increasingly prioritized by the government to build a stronger national economy, pricing and tax calculation for a product is very important by the business of the people or companies. One type of tax whose potential is growing along with the increase in the leisure or tourism business is restaurant tax. This study aims to determine the application of restaurant taxes on the main cost of selling at geprek jo restaurant. The analytical method used in this thesis research is a qualitative descriptive method. Geprek Jo restaurant is a restaurant with a mainstay menu of Chicken and Tuna in Geprek with special chili seasonings Geprek Jo restaurant which was established in September 2018. Calculation of cost of goods sold consists of raw material costs, direct labor costs and costs restaurant overhead, and calculate initial inventory, ending inventory, purchases and production in progress. The results of the calculation of cost of goods sold which require inventory elements get a smaller figure than the selling price of the product after classification. Then there are still benefits for the company. The results obtained that the cost of goods sold at Jo Geprek Restaurant is influenced by restaurant taxes.

This study aims to analyze the development of non-oil and gas exports in East Java Province, seen from the value of non-oil exports and the 10 main commodities of non-oil and gas exports over a period of 5 years (2013-2017) and also seen from the intense competition in the international market. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that describes the conditions of non-oil export in East Java Province. The data used in this study are East Java Province non-oil and gas export data from 2013 to 2017 obtained from existing sources, such as government agencies and various literatures. The results showed that the development of East Java province’s non-oiland gas exports in the 2013-2017 period showed a large increase, as did the exports of the 10 main non-oil and gas export commodities also tended to increase for 5 years. The obstacles that occur in the non-oil exports of East Java Province are mostly due to the sluggish international market and other obstacles that occur in the export areas of East Java Province. Opportunities to increase non-oil and gas exports can be done by maximizing natural resources and human resources as well as government policies of East Java Province.

The purpose of this research is to know about working capital management applied, and its influence on profitability and risk. The research object is trading company moves in import & distribute chemical raw material. The research used analysis descriptive method, and the hypothesis was testing by simple linier regression, correlation, and determination. The result of the research shows that the effect of the implementation of working capital management on the change of the net working capital with tend to rise has a profitability level of 10.4% lower than the net working capital change with tend to go down of 46%, but instead on the risk level, the net working capital change with tend to rise has a risk level of 43.8% higher than the change in net working capital with tend to go down of 0.3%.Based on  t test, the result shows that the net working capital change influence  is not significant  to profitability and risk.

This study aims to describe 1) the form of cohesion contained in the news Watching Sakinah Movies, UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise Students and 2) describing the forms of coherence contained in the news Watching Sakinah Film, Students of UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise. The subjects used in this study were news of watching Sakinah film, UIN Yogyakarta students giving praise, and the objects used were sentences containing grammatical cohesion, a form of lexical cohesion. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study are sentences in the news of Watching Sakinah Movies, This student is a method of literature study. While the method of data analysis in this study is descriptive method analysis method, the method used to analyze and describe cohesion markers and analyze markers of coherence. Test The results of the study show that in the news of watching Sakinah films, UIN Yogyakarta Beri Pujian students have varied markers of cohesion and coherence in the Tebuireng Online news discourse. Cohesion markers were found to reference (3), substitution (1), ellipsis (2), conjunction (3), collocation (1), and markers of coherence found cause-effect relationships (2), relationship coherence suggestions — goals (1), coherence temporal relations (1), and coherence of causal relationships (1).

Abstract             The main fuction of the Bank as an funding and lending activities by offering various types of financial transaction services an attractive choice for people who do money laundering to hide money proceeds of crime. Because of that the government and Indonesian Banks make regulations related prevent money laundering that contains Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence. Bank Mandiri Syariah has implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence as an effort to prevent money laundering. This analyze aims for knowing implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence that has been applied by Bank Syariah Mandiri. In this study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data retrieval is done by observation, interviews and documentation to three sources of informants Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bekasi Timur and one sources of informants that specifically handles money laundering prevention program that is SKAP( Satuan Kerja APU PPT) Bank Mandiri Syariah. Data analysis will be done by doing three steps, they are; data reductions, data display, and verification.The observation result shows that implementation Customer Due Dilligence done at the time prospective customer open the account and the Bank doubt information customer by doing identification and verification. implementation Enhanced Due Dilligence is done to customers Politically Exposed Person/ High Risk open the account, but in practiceat Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bekasi Timur done when there is suspicious transaction or there is a case. Reporting process suspicious transaction through the system SIAP (System Aplikasi APU PPT) to Satuan Kerja APU PPT (SKAP) Bank Syariah Mandiri then SKAP reports to PPATK (Pusat Pelaporan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan). From implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence Bank Mandiri Syariah has been prevent money laundering enter the financial system at Mandiri Sharia Bank.
