A new record of a subpopulation of Bembidion monticola Sturm, 1825 from Arkhangelsk region (Northern Europe, Russia) is discussed. The locality of this record is remote, about 700 km to the east from the northernmost previously known locality of this species. Ecology and distribution of B. monticola in northern Europe are reviewed, as well as possible ways of its spread further to northeast are hypothesised.

Salvia reflexa Hornem., a member of the New World subgenus Calosphace, ranges from North America to southern South America, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Afghanistan in Asia, and still continues to expand its range. Here we report further range expansion for S. reflexa into the tribal areas of Pakistan and hypothesize that it has been introduced from Afghanistan. This represents a new record for the flora of Pakistan.

Several individuals of non-indigenous grapsid crab Percnon gibbesi (H. Milne Edwards, 1853) have been observed and photographed in the area of Palagruža archipelago (Adriatic Sea, Croatia). This is additional confirmed record of this species in the Adriatic Sea. It suggests subsequent range expansion of this species and provides further evidence of its establishment in Adriatic waters.

The pseudoscorpion Lamprochernes savignyi (Simon, 1881) is reported in Central Europe for the first time. The new record from Switzerland is based on a single female specimen found in a compost heap in the Conservatory and Botanical Garden in Geneva. Until now, the species is distributed mainly in Africa, Americas, and Asia, less in Australia and Oceania, Europe, and the Arabian Peninsula. The new record fills in the gap in species distribution between Northern Europe and the Anatolian Peninsula. A description of the collected female is provided.

The presence of the parasitic wasp Horismenus liturgusae Hansson & Schoeninger, 2014 is recorded for the first time in Ecuador. This new record significantly expands the known distributional range of the species by more than 2000 km west of its type locality in Manaus, Brazil. In addition, the Neotropical bark mantid Liturgusa maya Saussure & Zehntner, 1894 is reported as a host, and Horismenus specimens were reared from the mantids ootheca.
