The specialty of the patterns is that they are present in many disciplines, even our world is organized by them. The application of a regular structure in the field of product design may also open new possibilities. An automatized pattern can be used in many industries, such as interior design, paper industry, and so on. In this article we can see an example for utilization in electronic industry. The innovation is the pattern applied to the product, which was created with a new mathematical method. The goal was to develop a fully automatized general method. The description of the Generalized Design Pattern Vector (GDPV) which contains the functions of geometric transformations is also included.

We present a general method for analysis of convolutional layers under geometric transformations of the input that are linear with respect to pixel values. We also describe the algorithm for finding all possible types of behaviours of the output of convolutional layers under geometric transformations of the input. We also present a general method for construction of convolutional architectures with desired behaviour under geometric transformations of the input.

The energy analysis of electrons scattered by a specimen in a scanning transmission electron microscope can improve contrast as well as aid in chemical identification. In so far as energy analysis is useful, one would like to be able to design a spectrometer which is tailored to his particular needs. In our own case, we require a spectrometer which will accept a parallel incident beam and which will focus the electrons in both the median and perpendicular planes. In addition, since we intend to follow the spectrometer by a detector array rather than a single energy selecting slit, we need as great a dispersion as possible. Therefore, we would like to follow our spectrometer by a magnifying lens. Consequently, the line along which electrons of varying energy are dispersed must be normal to the direction of the central ray at the spectrometer exit.

A mutant of Bacillus licheniformis 749/C, NM 105 exhibits some notable properties, e.g., arrest of alkaline phosphatase secretion and overexpression and hypersecretion of RS protein. Although RS is known to be widely distributed in many microbes, it is rarely found, with a few exceptions, in laboratory cultures of microorganisms. RS protein is a structural protein and has the unusual properties to form aggregate. This characteristic may have been responsible for the self assembly of RS into regular tetragonal structures. Another uncommon characteristic of RS is that enhanced synthesis and secretion which occurs when the cells cease to grow. Assembled RS protein with a tetragonal structure is not seen inside cells at any stage of cell growth including cells in the stationary phase of growth. Gel electrophoresis of the culture supernatant shows a very large amount of RS protein in the stationary culture of the B. licheniformis. It seems, Therefore, that the RS protein is cotranslationally secreted and self assembled on the envelope surface.

Equilibrium vesicles, those which are the stable form of aggregation and form spontaneously on mixing surfactant with water, have never been demonstrated in single component bilayers and only rarely in lipid or surfactant mixtures. Designing a simple and general method for producing spontaneous and stable vesicles depends on a better understanding of the thermodynamics of aggregation, the interplay of intermolecular forces in surfactants, and an efficient way of doing structural characterization in dynamic systems.

Administrative and medical information about the patient forms, in each case, a pattern, the complexity of which increases as the number of data grows. Even when the data are 4—5 in number, the human ability to recognize and distinguish between different patterns begins to fail, A mathematical method (linear discriminatory analysis) has been worked out. This system of analysis appears to provide opportunities of placing patients with the same or similar patterns in classes which are diagnostically, prognostically or therapeutically homogeneous.

This paper describes an automatic procedure for morphosemantic analysis and translation of compound medical terms. This analysis is of interest for the automatic indexation of medical discharge reports and summaries. Since words with the suffix -osis may have many different semantic interpretations, such -osis forms are taken as examples for a general method that avoids the difficulties in interpreting medical terms as reported in other studies.
