The article's research subject is the information technology of construction company's material resources management. The work's purpose is to construct and implement tools for modeling construction company's material resources management information technology. The article solves the following tasks: determining the place of information technology of construction company's material resources management in the modern construction company's information ecosystem, defining the main components, and building a functional model of construction company's material resources management information technology, taking into account the shortcomings of existing models, сreation of the multicriteria optimization model of the considered information technology. The following methods are used: system analysis, structural analysis, mathematical modeling of complex systems and processes, multicriteria optimization. The following results were obtained: a structural analysis of the existing information ecosystem at the regional level construction company, the composition of which is agreed on the organizational structure elements of the enterprise and the stages of the construction life cycle; considered the functions of construction company's material resources management which are realized at various stages of a construction project life cycle; constructed the set-theoretical model of material resources management information technology; determined the functional characteristics of the considered information technology, offered the criteria of information technology efficiency according to the ITIL strategy; constructed the conceptual model of information technology of material resources management. Conclusions: for the first time, developed tools for modeling construction company's material resources management information technology, including a theoretical-multiple model of material resources management information technology; Offered the information technology's conceptual scheme which realizes specific information technology's functional characteristics. The built modeling strategy will provide an opportunity for further development and software implementation of the information technology.

The major environmental impacts of textile products tend to arise from emissions of toxic substances in the production phase of the life cycle. The theory of chemical footprint (ChF) can be used to study the environmental impact of textile products and leads a new way to quantitatively assess impacts of toxic substances. In this paper, environmental impacts of 1 kg cotton woven fabric were assessed from yarn to finished fabric in terms of its contributions to the ecological system. The results showed that the total ChF in the calculation boundary associated with ecotoxicity was approximately 41526.10 PAF·m3·d. The largest ChF for cotton woven fabric mainly came from weaving process, followed by cultivation and harvesting and fabric processing phases. Sizing agent and all kinds of base potentially created the large ecotoxicity and there are considerable differences in magnitude from other materials’ ecotoxicity. It also revealed that the selection of auxiliaries was more important than that of dyestuffs. ChF does well in drawing more focus on the source of industry pollution and plays an important role in improving management efficiency in assessing and choosing chemicals.

Purpose of research. The purpose of this article is to formalize the processes of creating geographic information products (GIP), within its life cycle (LC), taking into account heterogeneous types of GIS resources of a research - production enterprise (RPE). A typical subsystem of AIS infrastructure of an enterprise is an object of this study. Methods. On the basis of an analysis of scientific sources and standards it was shown that changes in traditional approaches, principles, models are necessary in the creation of GIP. It is also necessary to change infrastructure and resources management of NPP. Presented in tabular form model is describing GIP life cycle taking into account the list of required resources and provisions. Features of LC GIP based on geoinformation technologies processes have been identified. The general approach in formalization of stages describing processes of GIP processing and operation of typical elements of GIS enterprise is described. A model of automated processing process (APP) of GIP is developed on the basis of system representations and theoretical-multiple approach. It is represented by the Cartesian product of vectors. The role and features of information support in the development of GIP are highlighted. Results. The analysis of GIP functioning features, as well as developed structural graphic and tabular presentation, made it possible to identify links between GIP features and stages content of their LCs. The results will allow clearer positioning of GIP elements and components presented for development and operation, especially in GIS NPP. The results will provide an opportunity to define the requirements for systems of this class adequately. Conclusion. The presented LC GIP models, taking into account the identified features of their construction and functioning, will allow, in the future, setting and solving modeling and management system tasks of this class.

Considering the problems of the current cutting tools, such as wide varieties, low management efficiency, high cost and selection difficulty, this paper builds a cutting tools total life cycle management system model, by using the total life cycle management concept the total life cycle management of the milling cutters from purchasing to the use and discarding is realized. In this paper, through researching on cutters selection law, rules for milling cutters selection is made and intelligent cutters selection system is established with rule reasoning method.

To achieve more real-time and efficient management of renewable resources and ensure the economic efficiency and environmental friendliness of the process, the renewable resources management mode based on intelligent processing and life cycle analysis was discussed. With the advantages of intelligent processing technology in perception, data collection, information network transmission and intelligent processing, the theory and method of life cycle analysis on environmental impact assessment were applied to the field of renewable resources management, so as to realize efficient and intelligent management of renewable resources. Meanwhile, the environmental effects of various renewable resources should be taken into account, and their respective advantages should be given full play to provide better services for the management of renewable resources. Finally, the combined application of the two was explored by taking the data as the integrating point.
