The research was distributed by drug services granting conditions up to this moment there are still many problems. As for the problem of the research is "whether the compliance of nurses in identifying influence on accuracy in the service of dispensing". Aim of this research is to know the level of compliance officers perform identification before providing the service of medicine, knowing compliance do identification relationship and analyze correctness of granting of service remedy with precision identification in "Darmayu" general hospital Ponorogo. In this study data collected through questionnaire method against 40 people the respondents admitted in "Darmayu" general hospital using the accidental method, Ponorogo for knowing the responses of respondents to each variable. Then conducted an analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis includes the test validity and reliability, as well as test the correlation of Phi. Of research results, data the respondents obtained shows that the level of accuracy of the perwat in the service of the drug still has not been fullest is demonstrated from 40 respondents, there were 22 stating the precision. Likewise, the level of compliance of nurses in conducting identification is still lacking, from 40 respondents, 14 respondents declared not obedient in doing identification. The results of the analysis of the compliance officers do get that the identification of the effect on the precision in the service of medicine. Hypothesis testing using the test correlation of Phi showed that independent variables examined is proven to significantly affect the dependent variable. Patient safety incidents can be prevented by the presence of the nurse in conducting compliance identification as well as precision in running the SOP. Sosiaisasi and high awareness of nurses on the importance of obedience and compliance in carrying out procedures will greatly affect the success of a service to patients at home sick.

AbstractIndividual self-evaluations like internal locus of control (ILOC) and organization-based self-esteem (OBSE) are discussed as personality traits relevant for positive work behavior of employees. Our case study focuses on the influence of these individual self-evaluations (ILOC & OBSE) on affective commitment and job performance in the contrary cultural settings of Germans and Thais. To test these assumptions, a case study was conducted with 196 German and Thai students with experience in workplaces. As independent variables ILOC and OBSE were assessed, three relevant cultural dimensions were chosen as independent variables: In comparison to Germans, high power distance, femininity and collectivism should be predicted as cultural values of Thais. AOC and self-reported job performance were assessed as dependent variables. Germans and Thais show different levels of three cultural values. Further findings revealed that Germans and Thais have identical levels of OBSE and job performance, but differ in ILOC and AOC. Regression analyses were employed to validate the relationships between the variables. Overall, nationality and masculinity impacted ILOC, whereas OBSE was influenced by masculinity and collectivism. In line with previous research, ILOC and OBSE predict AOC, surprisingly no cultural values impact AOC, but nationality does. Based on our hypothesis, job performance was impacted by ILOC, OBSE, AOC, and, however, also by masculinity. The influence of nationality vs. cultural values is not consistent on both dependent variables. Regardless of their German vs. Thai nationality our participants, i.e. highly qualified people, share masculinity as a common value. Confirming previous studies, self-esteem like ILOC and OBSE are valid predictors for commitment and job performance. Limitations and outlook for further research are discussed.

There are two objectives in this study: (1) to determine how micro businesses in Ciputat in accessing loan credit program (KUR) for their business development; (2) analyze the factors that can be an obstacle in accessing it. The research data obtained through questionnaires and interviews with micro entrepreneurs (traders) who are in the market Ciputat, South Tangerang Municipality. Research analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques and quantitative analysis. The variables in the study include independent variables/internal factors and external the dependent variables/constraints. Relationships between variables were examined by using test correlation coefficient. The study concluded that essentially the factors or constraints that may affect businesses in accessing credit consists of internal and external factors. Internal factors consist of background education, their understanding about credit, collateral owned, and the courage to apply for credit. While external factors consist of socialization of KUR, lending, collateral requirements, licensing, and credit application process. This is shown by the average of respondents agree that these factors affect or be an obstacle in accessing credit.

The main purpose of the study was to determine the extent of participation of rural women in the cultivation of vegetables and fruit trees around the homestead areas. The study was conducted on married women of four selected villages of Raumari upazilla under Kurigram district. Data were collected from randomly selected 103 women by using pre-tested interview schedule during the month of May, 2013. In measuring the participation of rural women in homestead farm activities, cultivation of vegetables and fruit trees were considered as dependent variables. Each aspect consisted of 15 activities under three sub-headings. A three point Likert-type scale was used to measure each activity. The independent variables were measured by employing prevailing standard methods. Pearson’s correlation coefficient (r) was used in order to explore the relationships between the concerned variables. About 59 percent of the rural women had high participation in vegetables cultivation while only 10.68 percent of them had low participation in the cultivation of fruit trees. Among 15 statements of different aspects in relation to vegetables cultivation, tilling by spade was ranked first. In case of the cultivation of fruit trees, the highest proportion (46.60 percent) of rural women had medium participation and irrigation after planting was in the first position. Agriculture knowledge, attitude and innovativeness had positive relationship with the cultivation of vegetables. On the other hand, education, family income, cosmopoliteness behaviour and attitude had positive relationship with the cultivation of fruit trees. This paper details the study on the changes in riding behaviour, such as changes in speed as well as the brake force and throttle force applied, when motorcyclists ride over a curve section road using an instrumented motorcycle. In this study, an instrumented motorcycle equipped with various types of sensors, on-board cameras, and data loggers, was developed in order to collect the riding data on the study site. Results from the statistical analysis showed that riding characteristics, such as changes in speed, brake force, and throttle force applied, are influenced by the distance from the curve entry, riding experience, and travel mileage of the riders. A structural equation modeling was used to study the impact of these variables on the change of riding behaviour in curve entry section. Four regression equations are formed to study the relationship between four dependent variables, which are speed, throttle force, front brake force, and rear brake force applied with the independent variables.

Quantitative analysis of ionic solutions in terms of physical and chemical principles has been effectively prohibited in the past by the overwhelming amount of calculation it required, but computers have suddenly eliminated that prohibition. The result is an approach to acid–base which revolutionizes our ability to understand, predict, and control what happens to hydrogen ions in living systems. This review outlines that approach and suggests some of its most useful implications. Quantitative understanding requires distinctions between independent variables (in body fluids: pCO2, net strong ion charge, and total weak acid, usually protein), and dependent variables ([Formula: see text], [HA], [A−], [Formula: see text], [OH−], and [H+] (or pH)). Dependent variables are determined by independent variables, and can be calculated from the defining equations for the specific system. Hydrogen ion movements between solutions can not affect hydrogen ion concentration; only changes in independent variables can. Many current models for ion movements through membranes will require modification on the basis of this quantitative analysis. Whole body acid–base balance can be understood quantitatively in terms of the three independent variables and their physiological regulation by the lungs, kidneys, gut, and liver. Quantitative analysis also shows that body fluids interact mainly by strong ion movements through the membranes separating them.
