Fatigue can lead to a decrease in productivity and increase the incidence of workplace accidents. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between nutritional status and history of disease with work fatigue in workers at PT. X. This study was an observational study using a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this study was the total population of 45 workers from the morning shift workers. The independent variables of this study were nutritional status and disease history. The dependent variable was work fatigue. Coefficient correlation is used as data analysis to determine the strength of the relationship of the variables. The results showed that some workers’ nutritional status was fat (57.8%), and as much as (26.7%) workers had history of a certain disease. The conclusion of this study is both nutritional status and history of disease have a moderate relationship with work fatigue in workers of morning shift at PT.X. A monitoring of nutritional status from the companies is needed to be done for the workers also regularly holding a physical activity or exercise every once a week and conducting regular health checks can be done to maintain the good condition of the workers. <p><em>Kelelahan kerja menunjukkan kondisi yang berbeda–beda dari setiap individu,  semua bermuara kepada kehilangan efisiensi dan penurunan kapasitas tubuh serta peningkatan peluang untuk cidera di tempat kerja. Pemanen Sawit merupakan salah satu pekerja yang beresiko mengalami kelelahan, dimana pekerjaannya dilakukan secara manual, atau aktivitas kerja dengan pembebanan fisik. Kelelahan kerja dipengaruhi  oleh  faktor dari pekerja dan luar pekerja.Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai hubungan  karakteristik  pekerja seperti umur, masa kerja, riwayat penyakit dan status gizi, serta beban kerja dengan tingkat kelelahan kerja pekerja. Tujuan  penelitian  untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik pekerja dan beban kerja dengan kelelahan kerja pada pemanen sawit di PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk. Jenis penelitian analitik, pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dengan metode total sampling yaitu sebanyak 64 responden. Hasil  penelitian  diperoleh  ada  hubungan  antara  umur  dengan  kelelahan  kerja (p=0.000),  ada  hubungan  antara  masa kerja dengan kelelahan kerja (p=0.001), ada hubungan  antara  riwayat  penyakit  dengan  kelelahan  kerja (p=0.001), ada  hubungan antara  status  gizi  dengan  kelelahan  kerja (p=0.001), dan  ada  hubungan  antara  beban kerja  dengan kelelahan kerja (p=0.017). Berdasarkan  hasil  penelitian  ini  disarankan  agar  perusahaan  melakukan  rotasi kerja  berdasarkan  kemampuan  fisik  dan  ketahanan  kerja  pemanen,  serta  memberikan safety  talk  untuk  melakukan  peregangan  tubuh  selama  10  menit.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Fatigue shows the condition of each individual, all leading to loss of efficiency</em><em>,</em><em>a decrease in body capacity</em><em>, </em><em>an increased chance of injury at work. Background. Malnutrition in children can affect growth and development. Infectious diseases are also associated with malnutrition, including diarrhea and Acute Respiratory Infections where this condition still occurs in Posyandu Kusuma, Palur Village.The Aim of the Study. To find the relationship between the history of acute respiratory infections and diarrhea with the nutritional status of children. Subject and Method. Subject were 47 of children 1-5 years old in Posyandu Kusuma at Palur Village. This research was observational analytic and correlation design with cross sectional method. Sampling by accidental sampling. The data obtained were analyzed using the Chi Square test.Result. The children with a history of diarrhea were  8 (17%), 39 with no history of diarrhea (83%), 16 with history of acute respiratory infections (34%), 31 with no history of acute respiratory infections (66%). The Childrens with good nutritional status were 34 (72.3%), 13 underweight nutritional status (27.7%). The results showed that the relationship of diarrhea history obtained p = 0.001 and a history of Acute Respiratory Infections obtained p = 0.693 to nutritional status.Conclusion. History of diarrhea has a significant relationship with the nutritional status of children (p=0.001) and a history of acute respiratory infections has no relationship with the nutritional status of children (p=0.693).Keywords : diarrhea, history of acute respiratory infections, nutritional status.Korespondensi: Ratna Indriati. Menarche is a sign of the proper functioning of a woman's reproductive organs when having her first menstruation and is common in the age range of 10-16 years. Menarche is influenced by several factors, one of which is nutritional status. According to Noviyanti research (2016) nutrition affects a girl's sexual maturity so that it affects the slowness of menarche. Similarly, research conducted by Munda (2016) that students with overweight nutritional status faster experienced menarche compared to students who have normal nutritional status and underweight. This study aims to find out the relationship of nutritional status to the age of menarche grade VII students in Pesantren Bahrul Ulum. This research method uses descriptive method with cross sectional research design. This research was conducted in SDN 007 Rambah. The sample of this study amounted to 45 respondents. Data collection uses simple correlation and linear regression tests. The results of this study stated that the average nutritional status of grade VII students is 21.60Kg /m2, and the nutritional status of students is at least 16.90 Kg / m2 and the highest nutritional status is 27.60 Kg / m2 with an average age of menarche 12.11 years. The conclusion of this study is that there is no relationship of nutritional status with menarche age in grade VII students in Pesantren Bahrul Ulum with a value of p= 0.036.

In general, the process of each child's developmental stages is the same, that is the result of the maturation process. But in accomplishment, every child has a different speed.  Based on the initial survey 5 (50%) children doubt in the development. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship among nutritional status with the development of children age toddler. This research design using correlation analytical method with Cross Sectional approach. The number of 45 samples of children under five with simple random sampling technique with the independent variable of nutritional status and the dependent variable of development, analysis using Spearmen test with ρ <0.05. The test results obtained significant 0.002 (ρ <0.05).  Shows there is a relationship of nutritional status with the development of children age toddler. Mother's efforts to improve the development of toddler age children by improving nutritional status that includes 4 healthy 5 perfect in accordance with the needs of children aged toddler and provides stimulation of development through the provision of educational games and immediately bring the child to health personnel if there is suspected deviation of development

One of the important factors that affect childdevelopment is a nutritional factorThe purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of nutrition statuswith the development of children aged 1-5 years in Sirnoboyo village of PosyanduWonogiri RegencyMethod Correlation research design with cross sectional approach . The subjectof research is the 35 children aged 1-5 years with his mother in Sirnoboyo villageof posyandu Wonogiri Regency with technique purposive sampling. Dataobtained by doing observation to know nutritional status and child development.The data obtained are then analyzed by chi square test with p = 0.05Results showed the child with good nutritional status of as many as 25 children(71,43%), nutritional status less as much as 9 child (25.71%) and betternutritional status as much as 1 child (2.86%) while the children with normaldevelopment of as many as 24 children (68,57%) and a total of 11 children ofquestionable developments (31,43%). The results of the analysis using the chisquaretest p = 0.006 obtained so that the value of p < 0.05, which means that Hois rejected and Ha accepted.The Conclusion of the research was there is relationship of the nutritional statuswith the development of children aged 1-5 years in Sirnoboyo village of posyanduWonogiri RegencyKeywords : Nutritional Status, Development

Menstrual disorders such as delayed menstruation, irregular cycle, menstrual pain, or hypermenorea can bring so much discomfort to women caused by biological abnormalities and psychological factors. However, nutritional status can also play a role in contributing to this disorder. This study aimed to determine the relationship of nutritional status to menstrual disorders in midwifery students. This descriptive analytical study used a cross sectional study design and a correlation study to find the relationship between the independent variables and dependent variables. The samples were all the first grade students of Midwifery Department of Poltekkes Jakarta Kemenkes III by 150 people. Based on the bivariate test, there was a relationship between nutritional status and polimenorea/oligomenorea (0.000), hipermenorea/hipomenorea (0.006) and amhea (0.001). The lecturers of the midwifery program are expected to put more concern on this problem by providing counseling about this issue so that the students can get prepared to face the disorder by having nutritional food in their daily life.

Abstract: Nutrition is needed for growth and development, energy, thinking, and physical well-being. Selection of proper nutrition will optimize growth and brain development. This study aimed to determine the relationship of nutritional status and academic achievement of elementary school students in Modoinding. This was a descriptive analytical study with a cross sectional design. The nutritional status was based on BMI value meanwhile the academic achievement was based on school reports. Samples were 114 students. Data were analyzed by using univariate and bivariate analyses as well as ANOVA F test. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between nutritional status and academic achievement with a p value = 0.792. Conclusion: There was no significant relationship between nutritional status and academic achievement among the elementary students in Modoinding.Keywords: nutritional status, achievementAbstrak: Gizi dibutuhkan anak sekolah untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, energi, berpikir, serta daya tahan tubuh. Gizi yang berkualitas akan mengoptimalisasikan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan otak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi dan prestasi belajar siswa Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Modoinding. Penelitian ini bersifat dekriptif analitik dengan desain potong litang. Status gizi dan prestasi dilihat berdasarkan nilai IMT dan hasil rapor. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 114 siswa. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji anova F. Hasil analisis data memperlihatkan tidak terdapat hubungan bermakna antara status gizi dan prestasi belajar siswa dengan nilai p = 0,792. Simpulan: Pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Modoinding tidak terdapat hubungan bermakna antara status gizi dan prestasi belajar.Kata kunci: status gizi, prestasi

In this globalization era, all people are required to work, on other side, demand for services also increased so that some companies use a shift work and divided the shift into morning shift and night shift to improve services. This study, researcher wanted to determine the relationship of sleep disorders with fatigue in the working rotating shift especially at night.This study used a cross sectional analytic study. The subject of this study are the 24-hour minimart employees in Denpasar. The results will be presented in tabular form in the auxiliary correlation with SPSS 17.0 for data processing.There is a significant relationship between sleep disturbance and fatigue level subjects (p = 0.024). Positive r values indicate sleep disturbances and fatigue has a comparable relationship.From the results of this study, so it is advisable for each company to give more attentionto work shift patterns according to the ergonomics of work to reduce fatigue and accidents.

Abstrak Tuberkulosis (TBC) mengakibatkan penurunan asupan dan malabsorbsi nutrien serta metabolisme tubuh berubah sehingga terjadi massa otot dan lemak menurun akibat mekanisme malnutrisi dari energi protein. Malnutrisi pada TBC berpengaruh terhadap prognosis dan tingkat kematian. Peningkatan produksi IFNl- γ dan IL-6, TNF α menghambat dari aktivitas Lipo Protein Lipase (LPL) dijaringan lemak. Enzim LPL berperan dalam proses bersihan trigliserida. Peningkatan ini meningkatkan trigliserida sehingga proses sintesis lemak menurun dan proses lipolisis lemak meningkat di jaringan. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan trigliserida dan status gizi pada klien TBC. Metode penelitian ini korelasi analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional, sampel 25 orang, dengan uji korelasi Pearson-Product Moment. Hasil penelitian status gizi dibawah normal 56%, normal 40% dan kelebihan berat badan 4%. Kadar Trigliserida normal 84%, trigliserida tinggi 16%. Kesimpulan ada hubungan antara kadar trigliserida dan status gizi yakni r hitung sebesar 0,5: r tabel = 0,396 sehingga r hitung > r tabel dengan korelasi positif.Kata Kunci : Trigliserida, Status Gizi, Tuberkulosis.AbstractTuberculosis(TB) resulting the decreasing of nutrient intake and malabsorbsi as well as changing the metabolism of the body. The wasthing are decreased protein energy. Malnutrition on TB affects the prognosis of the treatment and death rates. The increase TNF α will inhibit the enzyme activity of Lipoprotein Lipase (LPL) in the fat tissue. LPL enzyme plays a role in cleavage process of triglycerides. This research was to analyze the relationship of triglycerides and nutrition status on the client with tuberculosis. The design was cross-sectional approach. The respondents were gathered from 25 newly TB patients. The analyzed using Pearson Product-Moment correlation. The results showed 56% respondents undernutrition, and normal 40% and over nutrition 4%. Most triglyceride level of the respondent were normal (84). The concluded was a relationship between triglycerides and the nutritional status with a positive correlation ( P value 0,396).Keywords : Triglycerides, Nutritional Status, Tuberculosis

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the relationship between mothers' knowledge about nutrition and nutritional status of children aged 1-3 years in the Mopusi village, Lolayan Bolang Mongondow Induk. This was an analytical study with a cross sectional design. There were 90 samples that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were collected by using anthropometric measurements and questionnaires and then were analyzed by using Spearman's rho test. The results showed that there was 5.6% samples with nutritional status (BMI/A) very thin, 6.7% underweight, normal 68.9%, obese 18.9%. The nutritional status (H/A) of the samples was 38.9% very short, short 12.2 %, 45.6% normal, and tall 3.3%. There was no relationship of nutritional status of children (BMI/A) with mothers’ knowledge about nutrition with ƿ = 0.480 (p <α = 0.05) as well as there was no relationship of nutritional status of children (H/A) with knowledge of maternal nutrition in children aged 1-3 years with ƿ = 0.113 (p <α = 0.05). Conclusion: There was no relationship between nutritional status (BMI/A) as well as (H/A) of children aged 1-3 years with mothers’ knowledge about nutrition in Mopusi village, Lolayan Bolaang Mongondow Induk. Rancangan penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan potong lintang. Sampel merupakan bagian dari populasi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi berjumlah 90 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengukuran antropometri dan kuesiener pengetahuan dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Spearman’s rho. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan status gizi (IMT/U) yang sangat kurus 5,6%, kurus 6,7%, normal 68,9%, dan obes 18,9%. Status gizi (TB/U) yang sangat pendek 38,9%, pendek 12,2%, normal 45,6%, dan tinggi 3,3%. Pengetahuan ibu tentang gizi dengan kategori baik sebanyak 12,2%, cukup 42,2 %, dan kurang 45,5%. Analisis statistik menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan status gizi (IMT/U) dan pengetahuan gizi ibu dengan anak umur 1-3 tahun, nilai ƿ = 0,480 (p<α=0,05), dan tidak terdapat hubungan status gizi (TB/U) dan pengetahuan gizi ibu pada anak umur 1-3 tahun, nilai ƿ = 0,113 (p<α=0,05). Simpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara status gizi (IMT/U) dan (TB/U) dengan pengetahuan gizi ibu dengan anak umur 1-3 tahun di Desa Mopusi Kecamatan Lolayan Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Induk.Kata kunci: status gizi, pengetahuan gizi ibu
