Back pain in pregnant women can disturb her daily activities, therfore she needs much more lying. Wearing a proper BH will help reducing a strain on the back. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship using of the type of BH (Breast Holder) with back pain in pregnant women in Children and Maternity Department of Islamic Hospital Surabaya.  Study design is analytic with cross sectional approach. Population were all pregnant women in trimester II and III by 52 person, the samples were 46 respondents taken by simple random sampling technique. Independent variables is using the types of BH (Breast Holder), the dependent variable is back pain. It’s instruments are observation and interviews, data then analyzed by Chi-Square test with significance level α = 0.05 when ρ <α so Ho is rejected it means there is a connection using the type of BH (Breast Holder) with back pain. The most part (67.4%) of respondents uses the reguler BH and the most part (65.2%) of respondents do have back pain. Chi-square test results obtained ρ = 0.000 <α = (0.05) Ho rejected, means there is a relationship the use of the type BH (Breast Holder) with back pain.  Wearing BH (Breast Holder) gives influence in back pain. Maternity bra can reduce back pain during pregnancy. Hopefully the nurse spreads the educational information about the importance of wearing maternity bra to pregnant women.

Background: The knowledge of pregnant women about cosmetics' dangers is still shallow; this is because pregnant women mostly have never consulted a dermatologist regarding the cosmetic products they use. Aim: This study aimed to determine the relationship between pregnant women's knowledge about cosmetics and the use of facial cream. Method: This research applied an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The study samples were 40 pregnant women taken from a population of 44 pregnant women who used facial cream with Slovin formula and a purposive sampling technique that met the inclusion criteria. The instrument used questionnaires. Results: Data analyzed by the Chi-Square test showed bivariate results (ρ = 0.001) <0.05 indicating that there were relationships between 2 variables. Conclusion: In conclusion, there was a relationship between maternal knowledge about cosmetics and the use of facial cream in the Bre Village of Palibelo Primary Health Center in 2017. Consumption of iron tablet 1 tablet per day during pregnancy can cause constipation. Based on the results of preliminary study in the Bandar Village, Pacitan through interviews with 14 pregnant women there were 12 pregnant women who consumed iron tablet regularly and 8 pregnant women complain of difficulty to defecate while not experiencing constipation 4 pregnant women. From two pregnant women who did not consume fe tablets they didn’t get constipation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship consuming Fe tablet with constipation in pregnant women. This type of research is quantitative with cross sectional design conducted in March 2016. The population of all pregnant women in Bandar Village Bandar Subdistrict District of Pacitan as many as 33 pregnant women. The respondents ware all pregnant women in the Bandar Village Bandar district Pacitan. Using total sampling technique, the research was conducted on March 1 until March 30, 2016. The variable in this study is the fe tablet intake and incidence of constipation. The research instrument used was observation about fe tablet consumption and interviewing about incidence of constipation. The data were tabulated and analyzed using a statistical test Chi Square test determined significant with p> 0.05. From the results showed that majority of 19 pregnant women (57.5%) consume iron tablet regularly, and majority of 18 pregnant women (54.5%) got constipation. There was a relationship consuming Fe tablet constipation with in pregnant women in the Bandar Village district ofPacitan. Evidenced by the significant level of 0.000> 0.05 so that Ho refused. Based on the results of the study, the researcher suggested to health workers to provide counseling to pregnant women about how to consume tablets fe correetly and balanced with foods contaiming high in fiber.

School refusal is influenced from various factors, including the parents' parenting. Not all children feel that the school is a time of fun. This study aims to determine the relationship between parenting parents with the incident toddler School refusal in children in early childhood Darul Hikmah Mojosantren Krian Sidoarjo. Using a case control study design with a retrospective approach is that parents in early childhood population Darul Hikmah Mojosantren Krian Sidoarjo. Samples were taken using simple random sampling technique a total of 32 respondents. Independent variables are parenting a parent, while the dependent variable was the incidence School refusal. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire and analyzed using chi-square test with significance level α=0.05. The results showed that of 18 respondents to comply with parenting, is almost entirely (88.8%) had events School refusal. The results of chi-square test and are not eligible to use the Fisher exact a (a = 0.001<0.05) means that there is a relationship between parenting parents with School refusal in early childhood events Darul Hikmah Mojosantren Krian Sidoarjo.  Research conclusions if the pattern of care is given to the child's parents is good, then the child will not suffer School refusal. Provision of information about good parenting and about the School refusal symptoms, so parents can be aware of the incident.

The relationship between pre-menopause women with incidence of hypertension in RT 11 RW 05 Banjarbendo village Sidoarjo. Menopause women have increasing blood pressure is higher than pre-menopause women, it caused by decreasing of hormonal levels. Initial data showed in February 2015 in RT 11 RW 05 Banjarbendo village was obtained 6 out of 10 women or 60% women had symptoms of hypertension in pre- menopause women. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between pre- menopause women with incidence of hypertension in RT 11 RW 05 Banjarbendo village Sidoarjo.It use analytic design, with cross sectional approach. The population were 61 women. The sample were 52 respondents taken by simple random sampling technique. The independent variable was the incidence of hypertension and the dependent variable was the incidence of pre-menopause. Data were collected by using check list. Analyzed by chi square test ( α = 0.05 ) . Study results showed almost all pre–menopause women and most women them had hypertension. Results test ρ = 0.001 < α = 0.05. so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted . The conclusion of this study is there is relationship between Pre-menopause with incidence of hypertension In women In RT 11 RW 05 Banjarbendo village Sidoarjo. Suggested for women to understand and have knowledge about the signs of pre-menopause and the incidence of hypertension and Health staff to provide information to the women about the signs of pre-menopause and hypertension .

Background: COVID-19 is a respiratory tract infection caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Corona Virus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). Since its appearance at the end of 2019, COVID-19 cases have continued to increase and their spread has become more widespread. As an effort to prevent COVID-19, the government has socialized the use of masks as an effort to tackle the spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia as a result of WHO recommendations. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards the behavior of using masks in the effort to prevent COVID-19 in the community of Gunung Putri District in 2020. Methods and Samples: This research is an analytical study with an observational design and using a cross sectional approach. The sample of this research is 95 respondents. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling with a research instrument, namely google form. Data were analyzed based on the chi-square test. Results: From this study, the bivariate test results obtained from the independent and dependent variables, namely the public attitude variable (p = 0.004) had a relationship with the behavior of using masks, while knowledge (p = 0.340) had no relationship with the behavior of wearing masks. Conclusion: The results of the bivariate analysis of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between attitudes and the behavior of using masks in the effort to prevent COVID-19 in the people of Gunung Putri District in 2020.

Pulmonary tuberculosis is a direct infectious disease caused by TB (Mycobacterium Tuberculosis) bacteria. The level of compliance with the use of pulmonary TB drugs is very important and requires a long time that is 6-8 months, because if treatment is not carried out regularly or is not compliant and does not correspond to the specified time then there will be resistance (resistance) of tuberculosis germs against drugs Widespread Anti Tuberculosis (OAT) or Multi Drugs Resistance (MDR). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between motivation, attitudes, the role of supervisors taking medication (PMO) in TB sufferers. The design of the study used an Analytical Observational design using the Cross-Sectional approach. The population in this study were all TB sufferers in Bulukumba District with a sampling technique using cluster sampling. The number of samples in this study were 60 respondents. Data were obtained through questionnaire sheets made by researchers to respondents. Data analysis used Fisher's alternative Chi-square Test, with significance level α = 0.05. The results of the data analysis show that the motivation variable p = 0.023, the attitude variable p = 0.012, and the role of the supervisor for taking medication (PMO) p = 0.017. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between motivation, attitude, the role of supervisors taking medication (PMO) with adherence to taking medication in TB patients in Bulukumba Regency.

Labor productivity can be affected by various factors such as shift work and overtime working , where the work shift is a method of division of time that has different working hours while overtime work or overtime working is a type of work that is done outside of normal working hours .This study aims to determine the relationship between the division of Nurse Shift and Overtime Working with Performance Productivity in the Inpatient Room of LabuangBaji Hospital in Makassar.This research is a type of Cross Sectional Study, this research was conducted by direct observation by researchers, the determination of the sample was carried out by total sampling technique with a sample size of 35 respondents who met the inclusion criteria, the relationship test was performed with the Chi-Square test with a significance level α <0.05.The results showed that there was no relationship between nurse shift with performance productivity using the Chi- Square test obtained ρ = 0, 203 and there was no relationship between overtime working with performance productivity using the chi square test obtained ρ = 0.603 . It is recommended to hospital agencies to routinely provide motivation to improve morale and work ethic so as to cause high dedication , the management also routinely conducts surveillance of nurse productivity .

Currently many teenagers only drinking when they are thirsty, while the thirst is a sign of dehydration. Moreover they have another habit, they didn’t allocate their money for buying drink and they also didn’t bring a tumblr at school. That unhealthy habit can lead dehydration. One of the dehydration’s impact was fatigue and lost of focus. The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship between d rink’s expense and water consumption patterns with the h ydration status at SMP Unggulan Bina Insani Surabaya. This study was an observational study with cross sectional design using simple random sampling technique. The sample was 50 students. The variables were  drink’s expense, water consumption patterns, and  hydration status. This study was conducted at SMP Unggulan Bina Insani Surabaya. Data analysis using spearman/pearson and chi-square test with α = 0.05. The result of this study showed that most of the student had average  drink’s expense, less water consumption patterns, and Minimal Dehydration. There was a relationship between d rink’s expense (p = 0.047), and d rinking pattern (p = 0.000) with h ydration status. The conclusion of this study was the two independent variables such d rink’s expense and water consumption patterns show a significant relationship with h ydration status at SMP Unggulan Bina Insani Surabaya. Suggestions for the school was to provide counseling about the definition, signs, impact, and how to prevent dehydration in students in order to avoid the incidence of dehydration.

Worms caused by Soil Transmitted Helminths are a group of intestinal nematode worms that infect through contact with parasitic eggs or larvae that grow on fertile and moist soil. Knowledge about helminthiasis has an important role to prevent helminthiasis, so the tendency of low knowledge will further increase the risk of helminthiasis. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the level of knowledge, attitudes and actions of farmers to the incidence of Soil Transmitted Helminths infection in Dukuh Ngancan Desa Sobokerto Ngemplak Boyolali and the percentage of Soil Transmitted Helminth infections. This type of research uses observational methods with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling. Data were collected from respondents using a questionnaire and faecal examination with Eosin 2% technique and Sedimentation technique. Data analysis using Chi-Square test analysis. The results showed that there was no correlation between the level of knowledge and actions of farmers against the incidence of Soil Transmitted Helminths infection in Dukuh Ngancan Desa Sobokerto Ngemplak Boyolali, but there was a relationship between farmers' attitudes toward the incidence of parasitic Soil Transmitted Helminths infection in Dukuh Ngancan Desa Sobokerto Ngemplak Boyolali and percentage of Soil Transmitted Transmission in Boyolali. Helminths of 44 respondents who were not infected with Soil Transmitted Helminths 95.5% and those infected with Soil Transmitted Helminths 4.5%.

A woman on the gestation period will experience both physical and psychological changes. These changes have  an  impact on the  fulfillment of  basic needs, including sexuality. Changes in pregnant women’s perceived psychology can result in decreased sexual desire of the women. This study aimed to describe the relationship of psychological changes of pregnant women with the husband’s sexual satisfaction level. The study used cross sectional design with a population of third  trimester pregnant women who  did  checkups in  May 2015 as  many as  183 couples. Sampling technique used accidental sampling and sample size was 46 couples. The instrument used was a questionnaire and Psychological Changes Index of Sexual Satisfaction (ISS). Data analysis  used  Chi-square test.  The  results  showed  that  as  many  as  54.3%  of  respondents experienced a positive psychological change.  Conclusion of the study is that the more positive physiological  changes  in  pregnant  women  will  result  in  higher  sexual  satisfaction  of  her husband.
