This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of UIN Alauddin Makassar graduate quality to stakeholder satisfaction, stakeholder trust and image of UIN Alauddin Makassar either directly or indirectly. This study categorized in exploratory research. This research included in the descriptive research. The population of this research is all stakeholders in Makassar City. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The sample criterion used is a private banking company that employs UIN Alauddin Makassar graduates. The sample size uses maximum likelihood (ML). The number of samples in this study is 100 respondents. In this study, the techniques used include (1) questionnaire; (2) observation; (3) interviews and (4) documentation. The method of analysis used in this research is structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis. The conclusion of this research are: (1) the quality of UIN Alauddin Makassar graduates has a positive and significant impact on stakeholder satisfaction, stakeholder trust and image of UIN Alauddin Makassar; (2) stakeholder satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on stakeholder trust and image of UIN Alauddin Makassar and (3) stakeholder trust have positive and significant impact on UIN Alauddin Makassar image.

Business opportunities for buying and selling that previously could only be done in supermarkets, malls, shops, or markets called offline businesses can now be done using online media by creating sales websites or by using social networking media. This study aims to determine the Analysis of Online Transactions Against Purchase Trust and Grab E-commerce Satisfaction in Pekanbaru City. The population taken in this study is from the Districts in Pekanbaru City, namely the Districts of Tampan, Marpoyan Damai, Pekanbaru City and Bukit Raya, with a total of 548,730 inhabitants.         The method used in this study uses quantitative methods with causal and descriptive research designs. And testing the hypothesis in this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. Data collection techniques are done by interview and questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the coefficient of determination obtained value of 0.760. This means that 76% of purchasing confidence variables are obtained from online transactions consisting of security, privacy, brand name, word of mouth, good experience and quality of information. The e-commerce satisfaction variable was 0.815. This means that 81.5% of e-commerce satisfaction variables are approved by online transactions and purchase confidence. While the partial test relationship of H1, H2, H5, H6, H7, H8, H8, H10, H11, H12, H13, have a positive and significant effect. While H3, H4 and H10 have a positive and not significant effect

The study of success information system organized is still a study important in researchs systems information. It is caused by existence of the diversity of the results of research on the success of the the information system in organizations on various research an object that impact on variable user and the weapons of the analysis that adapted to the purposes of research (Delone & Mclean, 2003; Wu & Wang, 2006; Holsapple & Le-post, 2006). The purpose of this research is to test antaseden in the form of satisfaction in building intention use the information at RSUD Dr .Moewardi Surakarta. Research sample areas are employees at RSUD Dr .Moewardi as many as 200 respondents. Sampling technique use two stage clusters random sampling, a measuring instrument use testing spss and the testing of hypotheses use SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) with software AMOS. Based on the results of the analysis showed that all hypothesis supported that is significant the connection between satisfaction with the intention to continue, a significant relation between quality information with satisfaction user, a significant relation between quality the system with satisfaction users, and a significant relation exists between the quality of services with satisfaction users information system

The development of a sustainable rural world must have an innovative agri-food industry as one of its bases. This article offers a comprehensive analysis of the main drivers of innovation by small and medium agri-food companies in Spain. A combined multiple correspondence analysis (MCA) and structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) is performed to identify the key factors among 63 indicators in the domains of the technology-organisation-environmental approach. The results suggest an open field of research. Positively related to innovation are firm capacities and financial resources. Moreover, agri-food firms innovate in products, processes or marketing in order to increase sales, enter new markets, or increase the quality of their products. On the contrary, most of these firms did not innovate to reduce costs or time of response, meet regulatory compliance or maintain employment. Authorities should be aware that smaller and younger agri-food firms face more restrictions to innovate, and firms feel public policies could help to meet market demand as a driving force of innovation. On the contrary, essential objectives of regional development such as environmental compliance and maintaining employment seem to depend solely on public action.


Recent years, medical tourism began to develop in Bali. This phenomenon indicated by a proliferation of medical clinics that offer a various medical services treatment to tourists. In order to be chosen by tourists, clinics must have an outstanding medical services quality for winning the competition and for the sake of customers’ satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the medical services quality on the tourists’ satisfaction in Radiance Clinic Bali. The number of samples specified in this study were 200 respondents chosen by accidental sampling technique. This study uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis, computed with AMOS program. The results of this research analysis states that each indicator of service quality should be maintained and improved to boost satisfaction. Regarding on the results of the 200 participating respondents showed that satisfaction caused by outstanding service quality of medical tourism in Bali for the future needs. This study aims to analyze the influence of gold goods quality and service quality on WOM (Word of Mouth) by using consumer satisfaction as a variable mediator (intervening) study at Mirage Jewellery Gold Shop. The quality of gold goods is a consideration for consumers in making purchases at Mirage Jewellery Gold Shop. Respondents in this study were consumers who made transactions at Mirage Jewellery Gold Store. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis that is run with AMOS program. Hypothetical test results with SEM indicate that 1. The quality of gold goods has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, 2. The quality of service has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, 3. Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on WOM4.The quality of service positively influenced WOM’s study on Mirage Gold Jewellery Stores.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of managerial competency on improving education quality in preschool education. When the kindergarten head has managerial competency, she is able to manage, regulate and move the educational institution to the maximum in achieving the institution’s targets and ideals stated in the vision and mission of the institution with high and measurable quality of education. This research survey was conducted in one sub-district in  Palembang city, Indonesia. The samples  were 131 kindergarten heads, teachers and administrative staff from 12 kindergartens in Ilir Barat 1 district  Palembang city. The sampling technique used is random and the data analysis used is structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis. The results show that the managerial competency of the kindergarten head has a positive and significant impact on improving the preschool educational quality , as well as improving the image of the institution in the community.

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui adakah pengaruh secara langsung antara efikasi diri, komunikasi interpersonal, dan media pembelajaran terhadap perilaku belajar peserta didik Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran Kelas X, XI di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 143 peserta didik yang merupakan peserta didik kelas X, XI Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal dengan seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel dengan teknik sampling menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yaitu uji instrumen (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik menggunkan SPSS versi 21 dan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan program aplikasi Lisrel versi 8.51. Hasil perhitungan data diperoleh Equation Modelling sebagai berikut:  PB = 0.31*ED + 0.17*KI + 0.37*MP, Errorvar.= 0.62 , R²= 0.40. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  efikasi diri, komunikasi interpersonal dan media pembelajaran berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap perilaku belajar peserta didik kelas X, XI Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Kendal.   The objectives in this study are whether there is direct influence between self efficiacy, interpersonal communication and media learning on behavior learn. The population in this study is 143 student who are students of Class X, XI Majoring in Office Administration at SMK N 1 Kendal with all population be used as sample with sampling technique using saturated samples. Methods of data collection of questionnaires. Methods of data analysis are instrument test (valdity test and reliability test), classical assumption test using SPSS version 21 and analysis multiple linear regressionStructural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using Lisrel application version 8.51. The result of data calculation obtained by Equation Modeling as follows: :  PB = 0.31*ED + 0.17*KI + 0.37*MP, Errorvar.= 0.62 , R²= 0.40. The results showed that efficiaacy self, interpersonal communication and media learning had a direct positive effect on the behavior learnstudents of Class X, XI Majoring in Office Administration at SMK N 1 Kendal.

  This study aims to analyze the marketing mix strategy, quality of human resources, entrepreneurial characteristics, and accounting knowledge for the development of MSMEs in Wonosobo District. The population in this study were food processing industry business actors registered at the Department of Trade Industry, Cooperatives and UMKM, Wonosobodi Regency, Wonosobo District, which listed 315 MSMEs. The sample in this study was 76 business actors obtained through the accidental sampling technique and the SmartPLS structural equation model (SEM) analysis test. The results show that the marketing mix strategy, quality of human resources, entrepreneurial characteristics, and accounting knowledge have a positive and significant effect on the development of MSMEs in Wonosobo District.

Improved personnel performance will bring progress for the institution to be able to carry out its duties. Therefore, efforts to improve personnel performance are the most serious challenges for leaders because the success in achieving goals depends on the quality of the performance of human resources in it. The purpose of this study was to analyze the variables that have an effect on improving the performance of the Indonesian Navy's Diktukpa students Candidates including competence, career development and soldier motivation. The method used is a quantitative method with Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis and AMOS software. The results showed that the competency variable had an adequate influence on performance although it was not significant. The soldier career development variable has a significant effect on the performance variable of the NCO soldier candidates for the Indonesian Navy's Diktukpa students. The soldier competency variable has a very significant influence on the motivation of the NCO soldier candidates for the Indonesian Navy's Diktukpa students. The soldier career development variable has a significant influence on the motivation of the NCO soldier candidates for the Indonesian Navy's Diktukpa students. The soldier's motivation variable has a sufficient influence on the performance of the NCO soldier candidates the Indonesian Navy's Diktukpa students even though it is categorized as less significant. The analysis of the results can be used as a basis for input in the formulation of strategies and policies as well as efforts to improve the performance of Naval Air Force candidates for the Indonesian Navy's Diktukpa students, given the very important function of the presence of NCO members who are the liaison between officers and enlisted. By increasing the performance of Naval Forces candidates for the Indonesian Navy's Diktukpa students, it will automatically improve the performance of the Indonesian Navy organization.  Keywords: Competence, Career Development, Motivation, Employee Performance, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).

The research aims to analyze and assess determining parameters for public transportation usage for choice user group among the labours that work in Pati Urban Area; therefor the most dominant parameters will be known. User satisfaction recently used in public transportation researches and widely believed as determinant of mode choice. This research is using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Analysis with 150 sampels of Pati Urban Area labours (including public servant and private workers) choosen by purposive sampling technique. The findings of the reasearh are : connectivity, accessibility and service quality have positive and significant impact toward user disatisfaction and user disatisfaction influences traveller behaviour to unuse public transportation services, while influence of travel cost couldn’t be explained and estimated. Finally, answering the research question, research reveals that connectivity’s parameters (0,563 influence rate), i.e waiting time, desireable arrival schedule and travel time, are the most dominant to determine public transportation usage with accessibility’s parameters (0,462) at the next ranking. At the lower rangking but also significant are service quality’s parameters with 0,451 influence rate.
